Traded in a 2008 Highlander for the Base trim Crosstrek mostly because of poor experiences with Toyota dealership service and sales departments after buying four cars from them. Now we wish we had bought a Subaru years ago. The Crosstrek turned out to be much more than we expected. Performance is adequate. Mileage is awesome. And safety features are the best.

Will Krasinski is a top notch salesman. Ronnie Catanese GM and Eddie Business Mgr. made the process successful. Their Service Team is why we purchased here initially. Now, we will return to buy when appropriate. Look forward to Subaru having flood lights available.

I had a dinosaur car and finally traded in for the 2025 subaru crosstrek limited. Kinda expensive but, I feel safer driving it and the desert weather is harsh where I’m at so this car is very reliable. (4WD)

General service appointment, oil change, tire rotation. One hour was the approximate service repair time. Total time I wait was one hour , 10 minutes. Car was brought up to the door. Very friendly gentlemen at the service desk. Very pleased all in all.

I just purchased my first ever Subaru, premium model. First month I racked up 5,000 miles. I like how it sits up high , very easy to get in & out. I've been using it diving Uber & getting ready to take it on Lake Superior Circle tour. I'm averaging 34-37. It's a little noisy on concrete pavement. Makes my F150 feel like a Cadillac . I actually like it more than I thought I would.

My service agent was great. Set my expectations for the wait then exceeded her projection. She heard my frustration with the subaru website that DOESN'T PROVIDE THE PRICE FOR A SERVICE!!!! I don't buy without knowing the price. Please fix this!!

I have been a Subaru owner for a number of years. I traded a 2022 WRX for the Crosstrek. The new vehicle meets my standards. Not the performance of a WRX but very smooth and comfortable.

The kindness of every person I dealt with today at Clay Subaru cannot be overstated. My car needed an oil change. Very good but not able to give 5 star for now. I just got the vehicle today. I need to drive the vehicle more. Ira Subaru always are good on service and responsable. My recommendation, have your self the extended warranty/service agreement. The repairs always are expensive on Subaru.

Quick and efficient service appt made for 8am was done about 930am, service rep explained what was done and provided written paperwork.Also pleasant room to watch TV while waiting for my car.
