I have been a Subaru owner for a number of years. I traded a 2022 WRX for the Crosstrek. The new vehicle meets my standards. Not the performance of a WRX but very smooth and comfortable.

Subaru takes an interest in their customers and community. Consultants are always friendly, professional, & review the status of the car after each service. Recently had a repair done on a tire. Due to the distance of the dealership, went to a company near my home. They gave superlative comments about the tires on my car. It is reassuring to have another company speak well of the products Subaru uses. I trust Subaru & enjoy driving my Forester.

I love this car. I never thought I would want a Subaru, but I needed an all wheel drive, and this car drives smoothly and has all of the features I was looking for.

Very happy with my new Crosstrek. Enjoyable to drive. Handles well. The 2.5L, 182 HP motor has plenty of power. And the ride is smooth and comfortable. What’s not too like?

Brought my car in for 60,000 mile service. Told the service advisor about a couple of additional things I wanted checked. Service advisor told me the price to repair each area I asked about and also said that the AC was leaking. I was quite surprised since I had service done on the AC within the last year. The advisor checked and confirmed that work was done on the AC last year and thought perhaps the fluid on the AC was old and dried up from the last service on the unit. The mechanic confirmed this was probably the case. This leads me to be concerned when the service advisor is recommending services on my vehicle. A needed repair should never have been discussed with me until it was confirmed that the repair was actually needed.

Jim at Subaru went above and beyond any expectations I could ever have. He went out of his way to help me and completed the service in a timely manner, keeping me updated during each step of teh process. I would highly recommend Jim and the Subaru Superstore to any customer looking for a welcoming, trusting environment. I purchased my first Subaru from the Superstore of Chandler and overall it was an excellent experience. After visiting other local dealers and test driving a few other vehicles, I settled on a Forester a week later.
