Very happy with my new Crosstrek. Enjoyable to drive. Handles well. The 2.5L, 182 HP motor has plenty of power. And the ride is smooth and comfortable. What’s not too like?

Let me start by saying that I'm someone who asks tons of questions. I like to learn a lot about a car before I buy it. I put my feelers out to 12 dealerships in NJ and Lester Glenn was one that responded immediately. They were upfront and honest about everything I wanted to know about the car, including the price. They never seemed to mind answering any question with ease and immediately I knew that I was dealing with knowledgeable friendly people. I felt more than comfortable driving over an hour to go down to their dealership to see if they would follow through. What ensued was nothing better than a perfect car buying experience. As a woman alone, you can feel pressured but NEVER did I feel like the people who helped me, namely Fred in sales, Donato and finally Mike in finance, we're talking down or at me. They made me feel at ease with every step. While waiting, I met a gentleman waiting for his car who told me he'd never bring it anywhere else because of the high level of customer service at this place. I see why. After everything was said and done I walked away feeling satisfied and happy with my entire experience at Lester Glenn. I have not purchased a car since 1997. My needs have shifted from a sports car to a compact SUV that is higher off the ground and easier to get into. What impresses me the most is initially the leather interior, but the seats are amazing. The driver's seat is fully adjustable and more comfortable than anything I have experienced before. The handling, performance, and safety features provide the quality that I am looking for. The sales staff at Kendall Subaru were supportive and helpful. Jerry Thompson was my primary sales contact and worked with me over a period of time until I was ready to complete my purchase.

There was an issue with the original order that I placed but the team at Haldeman Ford found a resolution. The General Manager ( George Abel) and Sales team ( Brandon Z and Kevin) stepped up and delivered ( above and beyond). No one is perfect . The way they took ownership and handled the issue at hand leads me to recommend this dealership without reservation. i would go back for my servicing needs and if I do need another vehicle.

This 2025 Subaru Crosstrek Limited replaces my 2021 Crosstrek 6MT. Sad to give up the manual transmission but this one is really outstanding. Loaded with comfort and safety features the car is tremendous value for the cost. Quiet and comfortable with a nice look.

After contacting a few local Subaru dealerships, we landed on Pine Belt and I am glad we did. Others tried to force a NEW '24 Crosstrek on me, despite the fact that I was in the the market for a pre-owned model. My salesperson, Bronson, listened to everything I said & found me my perfect vehicle! And for a fantastic price, all in a little over 3 hours time. Was very straight forward. Only thing is I would have liked to take the car out for a test drive at highway speed before we bought it-they didn't give us that opportunity.
