I have been a Subaru owner for a number of years. I traded a 2022 WRX for the Crosstrek. The new vehicle meets my standards. Not the performance of a WRX but very smooth and comfortable.

I was in need of a good, safe vehicle that my husband who recently had a stroke could easily get into and out of. Brian Klie and Quan Bone assisted me in deciding which vehicle matched my needs. I never felt any pressure to purchase a specific car but was thoroughly educated on which vehicles would work with my want list. The car I chose was a beautiful 2024 Subaru Outback Onyx. I was given a very fair trade in allowance for my current vehicle and there were no surprise add on dealer charges for the new one which is rare! So my husband would not have to make a trip to the dealer and wait while the new car was inspected by me and paperwork completed, Quan actually came to our home to have my husband sign the necessary paperwork. One of the best dealership buying experiences I have had. They said they would have the paperwork ready when I came in and they actually did. Was able to do a lot over the phone so the time spent in finance was minimal no waiting. The Sales person started the process of going over the car while we waited for the genius to finish with his prior client so I had no down time. The entire staff was kind, courteous and respectful of my time. Subaru of Loveland is the place I would recommend if you are in the market for a new Subaru or used vehicle

Very positive! Was helped by Jason Clark, who went above and beyond! He even took a video of him showing the car, sent me a cost estimate, and answered my questions. He and management agreed to take my deposit, pending my arrival in Texas from California later in the month! I'm looking forward to getting there and completing the purchase! Nice team at Georgetown Subaru! Thank you, particularly Jason! Also, knowing the Subaru had been looked over and problems fixed from a Subaru dealer was a big plus for my comfort level.

Very Good. Take good care of the customers. But of course, you need to know what you can accept. All the dealerships have the selling process. For the used car their asking price is very reasonable. This is for sure. Go to cars.com, check the Carfax and they will see they check the car detailly, and all the services are up today. Not all the car dealers like this.

Anthony Pacheco at North Park Subaru provided us with excellent customer service, from ordering and securing the specific Outback Wilderness we wanted (when no other dealers in the state seemed to be able to), keeping us informed weekly until the car arrived, and then walking us through a smooth and easy purchase process at the dealership, including a through walk-through of vehicle features. Everyone at the dealership was genuinely nice and very professional. We were in and out quickly. I would highly recommend buying a new car from them!!

Great Customer Service and communication during your whole experience when you bring your vehicle in for maintenance. I really like it when they send you a video of all of the things they have checked in your vehicle. It gives you great info. Thanks to all. I love Castle Subaru.
