I have been a Subaru owner for a number of years. I traded a 2022 WRX for the Crosstrek. The new vehicle meets my standards. Not the performance of a WRX but very smooth and comfortable.

I was contacted pretty quickly after first contact and informed them that I was still in the discovery process. I was pleased that there was no pressure to visit the lot. A couple of months later I decided to head to the dealership just to check things out on a whim. I walked in and was actually greeted by the same person that originally contacted me. The service department is excellent, and extremely accommodating; Ashley was very helpful and calm the whole time. I have a particular problem with commercial fragrance, and they go out of their way to help me avoid going into any spaces with a lot of chemical residue (bathrooms, service lobby, waiting room; I usually stay outside or just in the service bay). The manager of the service bay who also takes care of loaner cars is especially attentive, Jason, but everyone there was very friendly and helpful. When it first seemed that it was going to cost me many thousands of dollars, they immediately combed over the paperwork and made sure that my two warranties would take care of me.

Jay Kadlec was a great salesman in helping me get a Subaru Forester at a good price. Very responsive and down to earth. Not at all your typical car salesman. I felt very comfortable with him and the way the dealership is run.

We purchased our 2024 Legacy Touring XT from Wackerli Subaru. We found exactly what we were looking for online and worked with Logan Jensen over the phone to close the deal. Logan was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. After arriving at the dealership there was no pressure to buy any add ons. We finished the paperwork, and Logan gave us a quick tutorial on the controls and info screen. We were able to buy a new car for the price of a two year old car in our area. It was well worth the 460 miles round trip.

Every staff member i encountered was knowledgeable, courteous and welcoming. The experience was comfortable. The staff explained everything well and reviewed what they told me. Offered to connect my phone to my new car which can be a challenge for me. The Love-Encore program is a wonderful idea and will help me to understand my new car after Ice been able to experience it for a couple weeks.
