I've always had exemplary service and all work that needs to be done or that was done explained in detail. Comfortable waiting area, a couple of quiet workstations, free WiFi, and nice refreshments make waiting for my vehicle a breeze!
Sales lady was very personable, not pushy and listened to my needs and wants. I was in and out in 2 hours and felt quite comfortable with finance manager as well. He took his time with me to explain everything and answer my questions. I love my new vehicle and am very happy with the deal that I was able to get. I won't go anywhere else :)
Cross Creek Subaru and my salesman Myk made buying a car a wonderful experience. My husband is housebound and this was the first time I had to deal with a major purchase by myself. I was never talked down to or treated as a "woman" who does not know what she is doing. Myk went out of his way to make sure I could take different cars home to be sure my husband was comfortable sitting in them. When we made a decision I met with the General Manager who took me through the complete process of settling on a final price. When I picked up the car, Myk made sure I understood all the "bells and whistles" my new car has. Today I met with a Starlink specialist who answered all the questions I had come across the last three weeks. I am looking forward to having a great long term relationship with Cross Creek Subaru.
This dealership has always gotten me in ASAP or sooner. Danny Vaughn is always great! I want to know why, how and what service is done to my car. It is not because I do not trust, I am curious and always in the learning mode. Danny is excellent at explaining, is knowledgeable about my car, and very much of a gentleman and always has a smile to share.

Exceptional service from start to finish. We made an online inquiry about a 2018 Forester and was contacted by Nick Clough who was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. We explained to Nick exactly what we were looking for in regards to vehicle and price point. Nick went to work and found us the perfect car. When we came to the dealership for our test drive we were greeted at the door as if we were a returning customer. We were not bombarded with pushy sales people but were asked who our appointment salesperson was. It was a class act all the way around. Completing the financing was as simple as signing a few documents. Nick took care of most of the detail work before we ever came in. This was a nice touch and made our experience much more pleasurable. I would wholeheartedly recommend this dealership and Nick Clough for all of your Subaru needs.

Every time we went there we felt that Lars was there to help us. He is knowledgeable and was willing to work with us until we fully understood and felt comfortable with our transaction. There was never any pressure or slant towards a specific offer. He continues to help after delivery.

Got a postcard from GMC saying that my truck needed to be brought in for a recall and that the service *re-programming the ECM* would take anywhere from 20 to 40 minutes. I made the appointment and it took nearly 1 1/2 hours to get my truck done and pressing to get back to work. I could see the service men and customer service weren't motivated nor eager to please their customers from the moment I walked in. I was rather disappointed when I got that treatment.
Stress free test drive/purchase.
Tony B. met us in the parking lot. Very casual, no pressure. Not like the other dealerships we went to. They made us feel like fresh meat at a piranha convention! We test drove a 2006 Chevy Trailblazer. We were looking for a pickup but had no luck after 2 weeks up and down the I5 corridor from Seattle to Bellingham. Tony B. was very patient and polite. The experience was refreshing to say the least.
So, we bought what we needed, (NEEDED not WANTED. I wanted a Lamborghini Countach but my wife said it would be difficult to fit a tow hitch on it).
Shout out also to Jeff. He helped us out by arranging a couple of fixes to the vehicle. Needless to say we were very impressed by the service. All-in-all a very pleasant experience. When we win the Lotto we will buy all our future vehicles from Dewey Griffin.
