My car buying experience at Lithia Reno started in early January '17 when I was home for a short stay at Christmas. I had shipped my 2011 Outback to Hawaii in October and knew I would need a car when I returned from Hawaii at the end of March '17. I knew I wanted another Subaru Outback so I went down to the Reno dealership to look over and possibly test drive the vehicles. At that time I met Tomas who spent time showing, explaining new features and letting me test drive a new Outback which convinced me of the model, upgrades and color I wanted. However I told Tomas that I would not be buying until late March when I planned to return to Reno but would like to keep in touch on pricing and financing until then. Tomas agreed and kept me informed by email. The day after I returned in March, 3/24, I met with Tomas to make my purchase. Unfortunately the color I wanted was not in inventory and would not be available until April 17th. But I also wanted to take advantage of the 0% financing available through March. So in order to make my purchase by the end of March, Tomas and his manager found the color of vehicle I wanted at another Subaru dealer and arranged to bring it to Reno. On Tuesday 3/28, Tomas called and told me that my vehicle was at Lithia. I went down that same afternoon, sat down with Tomas and Jesse and finalized a purchase (including credit check and financing) and drove my new Subaru home in less than 3hrs! What could be easier! It drives so smooth and the Interior is so sleek!! All my friends love my car! Big upgrade from the PT cruiser I used to have.

Ohhhhh, we were soooo eazzzeeeeee !! We got so much wool pulled over us you'd think they were sheep ranchers. Don't know if we were fleeced or sheared !! SERIOUSLY, WE WERE TREATED WONDERFULLY. Picked a miserable day for a test drive , 5 Jan, 3-4" snow in an hour, but it let the Subaru show off a bit, and the rest of the day just got better. They provided intelligent answers to all our dumb questions. We got down to a good price in 15-20 minutes, and then Paul, Brock, and the finance team kept things rolling until we had our keys and were on our way to lunch, about 3 1/2 hours, total. I've had my 2018 crosstrek sport eyesight for 16 months so far--- on my THIRD RADIO so far--- AND 10 other VISITS to dealership for UPDATES, UPGRADES, REPROGRAMMING, etc--- thinking of seeing a LAWYER to SUE subaru for a FULL REFUND ---THAT way they can keep GUESSING ON THIER ON TIME, NOT MINE ANYMORE--NASA can send a spaceship FASTER to the SPACESTATION than subaru can fix their RADIO PROBLEMS--- E M B A R R A S I N G

When my Wife and I bought our Crosstrek on 9/28/18 I cant say enough good stuff about this dealership. Especially Troy and Salvador!! Those guys are one of the big reasons why we bought the Crosstrek other than we already did the research on the car before we went there and just needed to pick a color. Getting back to Salvador and Troy. These guys were super informative and extremely knowledgeable about the car. Its the first time I have ever went to a dealership to buy a car and wasn't pressured and felt extremely relaxed throughout the entire process. Your dealership has 2 top notch salesmen! Excellent experience!!!

The safety features of this car have saved lives and thousand of dollars of accidental damage. Eyesight is amazing. The buying experience was great. The dealer we dealt with was one of the best I have ever visited.

Thank you for getting my jeep fixed and for actually caring about your customers! My jeep was a few miles over my 36k warranty and they were nice enough to still let me use my warranty. They even provide a shuttle. My jeep was fixed, I was picked up 15 mins after and taken to the dealership. (Shuttle driver is 10/10) Great service!!

14,000 miles so far and no problems. It handles and rides really good goes anywhere in snow , great gas mileage just a good all around car . Its perfect for road trips around town or anything in between. Its power is better than what most people say about it being slow, its no race car but it gets up and goes pretty well.

I couldn't find an AWD Ruby Wine red Tucson Ltd where I live in Calif (apparently only 2% of the cars they receive from Corporate in Calif. are AWD) and so called Reno, NV to see if they have a red one. They didnt. I was going to settle for a white one that was coming in to my local dealer, when Sales Mgr Steve from Reno called and said he was getting a red AWD shipped in from Oregon; He sent a copy of the window sticker, and it was the EXACT car I was looking for! Even had most the added accessories I wanted, such as a trailer hitch. Then he price matched my local dealer, also making sure I got every rebate and incentive I qualified for. We did this all by text and emails. Car came in a few days later than he hoped, but otherwise it all went well. The Lithia Hyundai Reno dealership is across the highway from the main airport, making a flight or one-way rental car an easy way to get there for out-of-state purchasers. Chris, in Finance, carefully explained what I had to do to register the car in California (I need to Calif. smog test a brand new 50 State certified car??!) and gave me a 15 day temporary Nevada registration so I could drive it the 260 miles home. Salesman Ali explained all the many buttons and features, 'paired' my cell phone, and signed me up for all Hyundai's online programs that tie in with the car's many features. I was playing with the Nav, XM Radio, sunroof, etc. all the way home on Hwy 80. The car got over 31mpg at 70mph, which is higher than it is rated. I love my new car!

I drive for my job. Door pockets aren't large enough or square to be useful. Center console is a C minus! I'm 5'5., must reach way back to lift storage cover. VERY BAD. there are 2 useless recesses in the center console --too shallow to hold a cell phone or pen -- what are they for? cup holders set too far back. and PS: never open the door if it's been Snowing!!! it all lands in the driver's seat. Obviously not designed by an outdoor team!

It is axiomatic that there???s a special place in hell for car salespeople: most people would rather have a root canal than deal with them. Dealing with Chad on my recent purchase of a 2018 Subaru Forester gave lie to those truisms. What a gem he is! Due to some unfortunate recent medical issues, my credit was problematic. But Chad refused to give up and left no stone unturned to make the sale. I can???t believe I???m saying this but I???m actually looking forward to going back to Reno Subaru for my routine mantenance.!

The Subaru Crossover is a nice looking car with a beautiful leather interior. It has all the gadgets and being a Subaru you know it will last a lifetime. I love everything about it except it is not a comfortable ride. I cannot drive for long distances. Compared to my Rubicon it gets a one star for being a comfortable ride. Other than that, compared to all the other Crosstreks it is the best by far.

Perfect size for me. Great handling and super safety features. Would like to have the car starter on the key remote. Maybe on my next one.

Raul and Paul are amazing to work with, and I know this is true because they did a great job with me and I???m aware that I???m a pain! Very knowledgeable and very helpful they both helped navigate around my horrible and changing schedule. I???d highly recommend coming to Lithia Subaru and working with these two gentlemen; they will get you where you want to be.

No storage compartments in rear. “Felt” paper for carpets. No CD player. Not what I wanted for the money. Value not there. Do not recommend.

On round trip from Travis AFB (where car was stored for 9 months) to Reno and discovered just past Sacramento that both CV joints were failing. Called ahead and they committed to assessing problem if I arrived by 4 PM. Checked in at 3:30. Within an hour they confirmed the bad condition, luckily had the parts in stock and committed to replacing them that same day. Finished by 5:40 and on my way.

I have owned my 2018 Crosstrek for 7 months and I still love it as much as the day I drove it off the lot. Excellent fuel economy for the weight and drivetrain. Fun to drive with fantastic steering response. It is a bit underpowered for my liking but it does have the torque for highway passing. The cargo area is spacious and the rear seats fold completely flat which is great for hauling. After test driving and researching several vehicles in this market segment, this was the best “bang for the buck”. I strongly recommend this vehicle.

I was looking to replace my Saturn but had no idea what type of vehicle I wanted. I dread car lots, pushy sales staff and haggling on price. CarMax is different and a joy to work with. After checking out over a dozen different makes, models and features on their lot, I zeroed in on a 2015 Subaru CrossTrek. My brother checked the mechanics and after test driving we both felt this vehicle was a perfect fit for me. CarMax is unique. There is no pressure in purchasing. Rick Baker was excellent in answering our questions, helping with paperwork and providing me with 1.95% financing. Outstanding! I would definitely purchase another car here.

It took awhile as wife is quite picky and wanted exactly what she wanted. Daniel Dunham was our Sales Rep who worked with us for over a week before wife made a decision. The sale parts was easy and Dan got everything done before hand as far as paper work needed to process though F&I. Even though Dan had done an excellent job preparing the final documents we still waited over 45 minutes to see the F&I processer. After another 20-30 minutes we back in Dan's hands as he went the vehicles attributes with my wife. She is totally happy with vehicle except for one thing- no one told her that it NO CD player in it and her trade-in had a 6 CD Changer that she enjoyed. She is still happy and even purchased some exterior add-on that I have install of course.

This car has everything I need & nothing I dont. Drive great. It has all the acceleration you need to get to speed on a highway or pass. No complaints here. First Subaru I have ever owned but won't be my last. The base model has all the technology & safety features need without all the extra nonsense that I dont need. By far the best car I have ever owned even better than my Malibu.

We tried to get servicing at Subaru for my 2017 Subaru Outback but after being unable to schedule online and no one calling back after speaking online with representative we found out the service could be done by any Lithia service center. Called Volkswagen and they were able to get the service done on the same day. Stephanie Bourquin Clarkson was instrumental in assisting us with getting the servicing and Richie, Carlos and Brenden all were so helpful and great in expediting the service appointment. It only took 1 hour for the oil change/filter change, tire rotation and they also washed my car. Will definitely come back for servicing.

Power is not that high, but comfort ease of driving, leg room heated seats, 6 speed, gas mileage 37.8 mpg, great little car but not for 10,000 ft in elevation

My experience was nothing short of great!!! Our salesman - Evan Williamson, went above and beyond his job to make sure everything was perfect! Can't wait to get another Subaru for my husband from Evan. He followed up to make sure everything was going well and if I had any questions. I did call him back and he answered immediately and had an immediate answer to my questions. Everything was/is perfect!

Got me home during the biggest snow storms of the year. People were even stuck in standard trucks and we still got through without any issues.

Great experience! We really love our new Crosstrek, and we were very happy with the whole process. We've bought Subarus at this dealership in 2005, 2017, and now 2018.

This car met all my needs. It’s sporty and the design is great. The only thing I would redesign is the back storage. It needs more space. Overall it’s great for its price. Also note the lugnuts seem to get jammed so beware when changing tires and let the dealer know to manually loosen up the lugnuts to avoid jamming. Otherwise it’s gonna cost you more money to have them fix

Arrived 15 minutes early for routine warranty service appointment. Car was "inducted" into the shop immediately, greeted at the door to the service desk area immediately, and the whole process took 45 minutes v. the one hour predicted. While waiting, had a nice chat with the general manager, who told me about the company's expansion plan for the dealership, which is number two in the US>

Best car I have ever owned so far. It is truly a winter bitter specially for someone living in Canada and driving long distances. It has met all my expectations so far.

My husband and I were looking to buy a new truck and were really looking at the 2016 Tacoma's. I had called the day before to schedule the appointment for 12:30 and to our surprise unlike many other dealers that we have dealt with in the past, there was actually someone there waiting for us when we arrived. The gentleman that drew the short straw and ended up with us was Brian Bowley , Let me just say that Brian was Amazing! He didn't pressure us in anyway, he then proceeded to show us many of the Tacoma's (couldn't make up our mind) Then showed us a 2016 Tundra and all I can say is bye bye Tacoma and HELLO Tundra! that was it, we were sold...It was love at first sight! Because we were taking sooo long to make up our mind Brian had another appointment scheduled so he introduced us to Zac Barrett. So now it was up to Zac to patiently wait for us to make up our mind as to what color and so on. Poor Zac, lol he really took one for the team dealing with us as we had changed our minds on color, seats etc,...many times. However Zac was the most amazing car salesman that we has ever dealt with and that is saying a lot! Zac made sure by time we left Toyota dealership with were 100% satisfied. Zac made sure that the whole process was as smooth and painless as possible. In fact everyone that we had encountered that day was amazing. I also want to give a thumbs up to Jeremy Parkes the finance manager that did the financing and got us the amazing interest rate. Not only did he gt us the amazing interest rate but he also explained everything in detail and made sure we understood everything before we signed without pressuring us to buy more stuff like most finance guys do. Now I know this is long winded but I have just one more thing to add.,,, The day that we had purchased the truck we had a few extras added to it, running boards being one of them. We came back the following week, which was 3/20/16 to have them installed and to our amazement Zac came over several times to sit and talk with us while we waited. He made sure we had plenty to drink and great conversation. Both my husband and I were in total shock! Typically once you purchase the vehicle, that's it..their job is done and never hear from them again. Only had my Crosstrek a few weeks, but I did a LOT of homework before buying it. I am really picky because I keep cars for 10+ years. I have the Limited - leather seats and great safety features. Roomy interior, comfortable and dashboard is nicely laid out for ease of use. Subaru “Eyesight” is awesome - bacause if it this car was LESS to insure than my 08 Acura. Jury is still out on reliability but so far I love this car - sporty and luxurious.

I bought a 2014 Ram 2500 in Oct 2014 from Don Weir's Reno Dodge (completely horrible buying experience). I had to take it back to the dealer several times for recurring issues with the tire pressure sensor system. Reno Dodge could not get it right. They chipped the paint on my driver's door one of the five different times in six weeks that I had to drop the truck off for repairs. I will not return to Reno Dodge, or ever use their new dealership opening in Fernley, where I live. I had been taking my other Dodge vehicles to Lithia Chrysler Jeep of Reno for service for years, and I will continue to do so. The folks in the service department are always friendly and helpful, and the lifetime oil change program is certainly a great deal!
