This is my 4th Subaru, 1st new & 1st Impreza. I hated my early 2000 Forester-boxy/noisey loved both of my outbacks. Other than regular maintenance none of them had any major problems. Subaru of America never hides any issues or recalls, they have been quick to alert me and fix ALL. Every car company has recalls, sadly many companies try and hide the fact or sweep it under the rug so they don't have to fix it or pay up. Not Subaru in fact after my 3 year warranty ran out and they found an issue with the tires, Continental would not cover them nor prorate them. Yet SOA stepped up and paid for all 4 mounted, balanced, and alignment for FREE! Now THAT is a customer friendly car company in a world of rip-offs! They have me for life! I'm getting 30 mpg town and 40 highway! AWD that's awesome!

On Friday, January 6th my Outback was serviced. The service advisor was Kyle Jordan. Kyle provided an excellent assessment of the service needed, communicated those needs clearly, as well as accurate timelines for service completion. Kyle was able to provide a loaner vehicle for my use which enabled me to carry out my day's activities. Love my Subaru. Been a Subaru owner since 2008. the hatchback and fold down seats allow for excess storage and plenty of it, even being a small car. The cars height is perfect since I am 5'2. Its very comfortable, reliable, looks cool is fun to drive!!!

Found exactly the car I wanted and the sales process was easy. The sales person Derreck was fantastic through the entire process. Facility was spotless as was the car when we finally got it.

there are downsides. Easy driving, comfortable, well-designed economy car, one of the best in its class, especially appreciate the AWD. Safety features so numerous it's almost overwhelming (assuming you have eyesight feature). But it is slightly underpowered, the CVT tran is not smooth, cruise control erratic (but adaptive cc is great). I am a featherfoot but only getting 25/32, well below EPA est. I recommend the car but shoppers should be aware of the flaws.

Very prompt and professional. Minor glitch in a repair was addressed with apology and credit toward a future visit.

Took a while to find exactly what we were looking for but had major problems with the dealership. It is hard to shop during a pandemic

We recently visited Carvision and worked with Michael Foose. We have been going through the car buying process for weeks, and Michael was by far the friendliest and most sincere car salesperson we have dealt with. He was very knowledgable about the car we were looking at, as well as patient and kind in regards to our desire to purchase or not. There was absolutely no pressure at all! It was such a nice feeling that we weren't getting pushed around like we had been at so many other dealers. We will for sure be visiting Michael again!

I purchased my car in August from the Maple Shade NJ location. Anthony the Salesman and Rich the Desk Manager did an excellent job from start to finish. So often you hear horror stories at the dealership. This was a very pleasant and they addressed my needs. I would definitely recommend them to people looking to purchase. They stand by their product and sell clean cars.

Van in the finance department was extremely helpful! Van walked me through buying out my Wrangler. Second Wrangler from Bergey’s, always friendly, brought me in on short notice and got everything done extremes quick.

Me and my husband went to Apollo to look for a car. I wasn’t sure if I would even get a loan because my credit score was low. Moses Arellano assisted us and he made me feel comfortable even though my score was low. He gave suggestions on ways to increase my score. He was so easy to be around after about 15 minutes I felt like I knew him for much longer. He felt like a true friend. He gave suggestions and we ended up getting a Lexus which I never dreamed I could purchase with a decent percentage rate. He was great and we will go to Apollo for now on. I highly recommend Moses to anyone in need of a new vehicle.
