Adam is just a really nice man. There was absolutely no pressure. The transaction wasn’t the least bit stressful. They didn’t have the car I wanted in stock so they got it in on a dealer trade. I made one trip to the dealership, signed all of the paperwork, and drove home in the new car in less than an hour and a half.

I am a repeat customer and the Mazda vehicle speaks for itself... but GREAT customer Service cannot. When I was shopping to renew my lease, I was able to contact Charles Clark in VW - as I thought I might switch from Mazda to VW. When we could not get the pricing to work, Charles sent me to Ravi Patel. He was helpful, kind and very knowledgeable about all the products in my inquiries. Through the deal, I also met with Joel Cruz. He was a whiz at getting me the best price, the best vehicle and provided the best service. Now, I do not live close... I live about 35 miles away... but I will ALWAYS come back to Brunswick for this high quality of service. Kudos to Brunswick for doing it right! This is the second Subaru I have bought from this dealer. The wife bought her Outback in 2015, and she is still in love with it. Due to physical issues, I needed a car that was easier for me to get into, decided to give the Forester a look and it was a perfect fit. I am also well pleased with the service dept and sales staff. I wasn?t going to give feedback, because I?m not sure it?s actually valued. But since I have been solicited three times now, including a phone call, here you go. I came in without an appointment, and received the service requested, in the time estimated, so the experience was satisfactory. I also spur or the moment, bought a part. The only negative, and unfortunately, I?ve given this feedback in the showroom before, I was able to walk around the showroom looking at the vehicles displayed, and no one said a word to me, not even a ?Hello?. I?m not sure why that happens, but it?s a pattern of behavior that I think will eventually out the business in jeopardy.
