Professional, polite and EXTREMELY efficient. Explained the vehicle perfectly. The manager also came out and thanked me personally for the purchase. Appointment was on time, thorough safety and performance check. Time for service was accurate. Communication via app and in person was helpful. Waiting are was comfortable.

To begin with the receptionist was courteous,kind , knowledgeable, and very easy to talk to. The waiting area was perfect! The television, coffee, and the snacks really hit the spot.

I wasn?t going to give feedback, because I?m not sure it?s actually valued. But since I have been solicited three times now, including a phone call, here you go. I came in without an appointment, and received the service requested, in the time estimated, so the experience was satisfactory. I also spur or the moment, bought a part. The only negative, and unfortunately, I?ve given this feedback in the showroom before, I was able to walk around the showroom looking at the vehicles displayed, and no one said a word to me, not even a ?Hello?. I?m not sure why that happens, but it?s a pattern of behavior that I think will eventually out the business in jeopardy.

They get me in quickly and have my car ready when I need it. The work is done right and at a reasonable price. Yesterday I had a 2:30pm appointment for an oil change and they called me around 2:00pm to say it was done.
