I had written an earlier review dissatisfied with the fulfillment of promises made when I bought my subaru. After I contacted the sales manager, everything went very smoothly. If the service had gone well from the beginning, I would give 5 stars. As it is, a customer shouldn't have to contact the sales manager to have promised services delivered. They are very accommodating, and really tried--I'm sure that their process will improve.

We search lots of hatchback models & makes and found the Subaru Impreza met most of our criteria. ( would have like it to have a turbo option for the manual transmission) The cabin is stylish yet practical & roomy. The hatchback space if perfect for the cargo we will be carrying. Love this car!

Back in the day we had a Suburu Impreza liftback. It seemed sturdier and had more storage than the 4 door 2014 we just bought with 56,000 miles on it. Our most recent car was a 2005 Sienna but we've had several mechanical issues with it. Compared to the Rogue we also test drove, it has better reliability rating and cost much less, but we preferred the Rogue's "Back End." I gotta say, the buying experience at the dealer's was MUCH more pleasant than last time I bought at a dealer, decades ago.
Promised a lot of perks when I bought the car, such as free starlink for a year and free door dent/ding repair for a year. The salesperson didn't give me the codes for starlink for about a month. Now that I'm trying to arrange the free dent repair, I'm getting the runaround, asking for warranty information (which I was never given or told about) and having to call multiple people, none of whom are available. Huge hassle.

I absolutely love my 2015 Impreza, it's extremely reliable in all types of weather thanks to its AWD system. I've never had any issues with performance or with its comfort. My one issue is slight and more surface related, but the screen and the operating system is very wonky. Their standard Starlink system doesn't work very well in this model, although I believe they did a lot to improve it in later models. Small complaint, but otherwise I've thoroughly enjoyed my car and would recommend it to anyone.
This car is a story on its own. And finally, my son has the car that he would not stop talking about. Now....I could not have asked for a better sales person than Tom Henry. Not only is he patient, thorough, straight up and honest, he also sees thing almost to the point of being family. In all the years I have been purchasing vehicles from Hewlett VW, NO ONE comes close to a great sales person as Tom Henry. He is an asset to your company and he is honest. I wish car buying was always like the last two processed with Tom. Tom Henry goes above and beyond for his customers - Hands Down!

Absolutely blown away by the level of service we got from Sutton Motorsports. This car is fun to drive being a manual transmission with plenty of torque. Super reliable in all weather conditions. Fun to visually mod with tints and rally car features. It is very safe and looks great. I own this car currently and love it so much.
Best service experience I've ever had. Superb, professional and personal service, with top-notch free espresso bar (and dogs) to boot! Worth buying a Subie just for this. Also, Susan, my "case worker," was especially terrific. Both friendly and professional and interested in my personal experience with the car and quality of service and operation.

We looked for a smaller SUV, and the Subaru was a pleasant surprise. Aside from the fact that it comes with known Subaru reliability, it's fun to drive. The standard equipment is almost TOO much!! The safety features are incredible ( especially vs most American vehicles ). I would definitely recommend this vehicle to others!?
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
Best Car I've owned. Ill only own Subarus now on.

This is the best car ive owned. The AWD in the snow is magic and the comfy design inside fits even my biggest friends. Great for camping or trips to the lake. Tons of fun being a stick too.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. I love my car! The sport version is perfect and has everything for a great drive, without too many bells and whistles. Nothing beeps at me when I'm reversing, leather seats are comfortable and heated and it's the perfect size to fit almost anything (including a xmas tree!). My only gripe is how slow it is to pick up when you put your foot down - this response could be improved. Would buy another one.
My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!

Good small family car. Wasnt as stable as I thought it would be on highways next to big cars. Maybe because it is a small car and the wheelbase is small.
I posted my car on Craigslist. Never heard of Caravana before. Tom Perkins called me and told me about Caravan. He send me the link. Put a few information and walaaa, got my reasonable offer for my car. I attached a picture of my drivers license and the title of the car on the website. Made appointment to have them pick up the car, gave me my check......done. Seriously, it was that easy. Tom Perkins followed up the whole time with a text how the process is going. Best service. If you want sell your car with no hassle, go with Caravan. Thanks for the best service Tom.

This car is an AWD car like all Subaru's and it also had phenomenal gas mileage. Recently went on its first long road trip and it got an average of 39 miles to the gallon. I have had other cars of it type and none of them feel as sturdy as this one. The only issue that I have with this car is sometimes the backup camera can have issues, but this is supposed to be fixed in an update.
Weird honking noise when I turned to the left and my instrument lights kept coming on. Susan talked me through all of the recommended work and was very helpful.

This car is a crazy value for where its priced at all trim levels. With standard symmetrical all wheel drive in a compact as well as the optional eye site assist, it was hard to look else where. Mind you I live in an area where winter weather is about 4-6 months of the year. You wont win any drag races but it rides as smooth if not smoother than a full size sedan with the steering control of a sport, even in base/premium/limited levels. Highly recommend!
My first service as a Subaru owner could not have been any better. I was greeted quickly, service was explained thoroughly. I had decided to wait in the lounge area and was pleasantly suprised that the service was completed earlier that quoted. Great Job!

This car is so easy to drive, and handles really well in nearly all weather conditions. It does get pushed around with high winds but that's expected. I love all the additions to to the car; backup camera, radio screen which your phone can plug into and you can control music and your maps easily.
Very easy to purchase, the entire thing happened over email and the papers were signed via overnight FedEx. Less than 1 week later, the car was in my driveway. It does take longer than a traditional dealer, but you don't have to sit there for hours while the paperwork and financing takes place. The car came in immaculate condition, no paint chips, no scratches. Interior was perfectly detailed and cleaned. Good price, low mileage, clean history report.

Service advisors recommended I get the 60,000 mi service on my 2017 Subaru and quoted ~$930 in August 2018. I saved up for the service, returned in October 2018, and final amount was $1,021.00. I drank the Subaru kool-aid culture-wise but am writing a review so others are aware that this recommended service is extremely overpriced and consists of potentially unnecessary checks/fixes. I wasn't consulted about what was necessary prior to the service - seems the service managers went through a checklist and didn't consider that some of the work wasn't necessary. That total included a tire rotation despite the fact that two weeks prior I had a brand new set of tires put on my car. It also included an inexplicable $80 shop fee and another random $35 repair request fee (I didn't request any repairs). Background on my vehicle is that it is in perfect condition - I was simply following recommendations from Subaru by going in because I had reached the 60,000 mile service. I did sign the paperwork so feel a review is the only thing left to do at this point - learned a lesson and will think twice before ever going back to the dealership for any kind of service. I recommend taking your car elsewhere if you need a regular service (or repairs for that matter) - there was no reason to spend that much on a regular check-up.

The car met all of my travelling needs. It's a great commuter and capable of some adventurous dirt paths. Getting ~30mpg for AWD all the time is great. Subaru's eyesight makes the driving experience assuring and the Apple CarPlay integrated in the head unit makes media consumption super easy.
Everything went great. Second time buying a car from Danny Sosa. Great guy easy to work with. No high pressure sales tactics. Austin Subaru takes good care of me.
It's OK but I miss my old Honda

It's fine. I like the heated seats. But not enough pickup and there's persistent issues with rattling noises in the car. My 1997 Honda was not this bad! It handles well in the snow. It's reliable so far. But I wish I hadn't bought it.
Great experience with buying my WRX. John and Jeremy were excellent and made the stereotypically stressful car buying experience smooth and relaxing. Financing and warranty options were streamlined and I felt like I was being given the best options for me, rather than just having every possible additional charge pushed across the table.

I like the sporty look and the interior is sleek. the car is easy to handle and the trunk hold what I need. Its not so complicated which makes it easier to use all the devises it has for electronic convenience. it's a perfect fit for my 6 foot husband and my 5 foot height. My neighbor said I look slick driving it.
My Subaru has all that I want or need. I am very impressed with my impreza. She is easy to drive, safe and has all wheel drive.
