It started off sort of rough working with this dealership, but in the end- I found a quality salesperson who made me feel valued and took the time to work with me. I felt very comfortable with my decision and totally would love for others to seek out James Swanson to buy a car from! Sincere, honest and never ever felt like he was giving me some "line" or "smoozing me".

This is my first owned car. Before I used to drive a 2003 Saturn Ion and then a 2012 Kia Soul. The Mazda3 was such a nice drive and has all the features I could have ever asked for! I love the car.
My buying experience for my 2016 Mazda CX5 was fantastic. Everyone was very attentive to make sure my visit was a pleasant one and explained all of the features of the vehicle. I would recommend this location to anyone considering a vehicle purchase.

Has the feel of a sporty car and handles very well. Smooth ride. Good gas mileage and little maintaince costs. Could have a little more legroom in back. Lip on trunk opening limits size of what can put in.
Would like a cup holder in drivers door. Husband has limited mobility and has difficult time getting in and out and adjusting the seat back tilt. He also feel the door handle is too far back and his elbow is stopped by the back of the seat. Like the backup camera and that it beeps when a car approaching from side, not just behind the car. Love the alerts on the mirrors of car in blind spot. Like GPS, but not always intuitive. Disappointed it doesn't seem to have moveable headlights.
My initial service visit was easy to schedule. My car received full service, including tire rotation. Personnel were very friendly and professional. I'm impressed with the amount of service received and their use of synthetic oil.

Great gas milage. Great styling and curves. Interior feels more premium then the car is and a very comfortable ride with heated seats, dual climate control air conditioning.
I’ve been to Roger Beasley Mazda Service Depratment several times now and only had great experience! Knowledgeable, experienced, courteous and friendly stuff all around! Great facility. Service advisors/specialists are very knowledgeable! Give them a call if you need to service your Mazda!

It is a 2010 and ok for a used vehicle. I have had a few problems with the car in the few months that I have owned it.
If you're buying, call Brian Giroux. If you're taking your car in for service, use Alan Solis. I've purchased two cars from BMW of Austin; both of which were great experiences. Brian was knowledgeable, helpful, not pushy, and was super polite to me, my wife, and daughter each time. Alan Solis in service is also amazing. He's kept me informed every time I take my car in, made sure I had a loaner if it was a longer appointment, and breaks down what can wait, and what needs to happen now. Both of these guys are phenomenal and I HIGHLY recommend them.

I purchased this vehicle specifically to commute to/from work. Although I bought it used with over 92k miles, it has been very reliable. havent had to do anything but routine maintenance. Highly recommend.
I bought my car from this location and even though I moved a half hour drive away I still take it here for every service, they are that good.
From the Advantage perks through to the facilities, everything makes the process easy and comfortable.
Even on my most recent visit, I drove away and only a few miles down the road my tpms lights come on, I spun the car around and drove back, let them know what happened and their mechanics immediately double checked everything without a complaint heard by me, I've had other locations try to tag on anything from additional costs to wait time to be seen again if similar things happened in the past.
Honestly, this is a great business to have bought a car from and I always recomment Mazda to friends, especially if they can buy from Beasley.

Love my car, super reliable and such a nice drive! The heated seats are my favorite during cold mornings and the sun roof offers a great way to get air when you’re not trying to use the air conditioner or have your hair blowing everywhere with the windows down
Drove over 100 miles for used car. Dealer was great at all points of purchase process. Christina and sales manager were both very helpful and finance person was quick and not pushy like most.
The Mazda 3 drives very smoothly.

The exterior is very beautiful and looks much more expensive than the actual price. I also love the dark blue color and it has little sparkles in it. The powerful 2.0L engine provides fast and powerful acceleration. Very high quality car for a reasonable price.
Very easy to purchase, the entire thing happened over email and the papers were signed via overnight FedEx. Less than 1 week later, the car was in my driveway. It does take longer than a traditional dealer, but you don't have to sit there for hours while the paperwork and financing takes place. The car came in immaculate condition, no paint chips, no scratches. Interior was perfectly detailed and cleaned. Good price, low mileage, clean history report.

I love my new Mazda3 Sport, it really meets all that I want in a car. Small, efficient, comfortable, and reliable. The interior is beautiful. The safety features are great, with city safe breaking and blind spot monitoring. I wish I could have upgraded to a higher trim package to get the rest of the safety features, but unfortunately that would have required getting leather interior, which I do not want. I am very happy with the price I paid for this new vehicle, and the warranties offered by Mazda make me feel confident in my decision on the Mazda3.
Eddie Carter was awesome to work with. He listened to what I wanted and expedited the process. Kendall in finance was also great. This is my 2nd purchase and I will be back. My wife loves the Mustang GT and was very surprised.

Safe and reliable and good on gas! Roomy as I am able to put two full size car seats in and still have room for a third person in the back seat! She runs smooth and takes the road on with ease! The headlights are brighter than what I am used to and I’m not complaining! Lol overall I’m so happy with my purchase!
Carlos at Roger Beasley Mazda South was by far the best car salesman I’ve ever had. There was zero pressure, he was imformative, knowledgeable and he worked hard to get me to where I needed to be on payments. He did not waste my time and was very upfront about every aspect of the process which was greatly appreciated. Carlos and Henry even managed to get me an incredible interest rate that was by far better than my usual go to, USAA. I can’t recommend Carlos and the Roger Beasley team enough. Great folks.

I've owned this car for 4 years and never had any issues, never needed to see a mechanic - only to replace tires and do oil changes.
