Finding a car you are interested in is only part of the ordeal of buying a car. First you research, then test drive, re-evaluate and hopefully you eventually purchase. Jacob at Action Auto was/is the ONLY sales rep who ever replied to ANY inquiry about any vehicle over the course of a month. I even did LIVE chats online with other dealerships and they couldn't even tell me if the car was still available on the lot. Jacob and I emailed back and forth answering my questions, etc.. He stayed after hours to meet my husband and I who were traveling from another county- and we were interested in seeing a particular vehicle. He was helpful, friendly and informative. We appreciated him going the extra mile with us. Also, we appreciated him actually responding to our online inquiries- that has made all the difference!

Went to this dealership after viewing and test driving cars from 10 other dealerships. They had the friendliest customer service of the ones I visited, and I always felt like I was in charge of the purchase. They let me test drive multiple vehicles and recommended certain ones to me based on my preferences, and we found the right car for me. They offered me warranties and other side-purchases in the purchasing process but it was never forced upon me and I declined some without a stressful environment. I would definitely buy a car from here again.

I had a great experience with Action Auto. They stayed 3 hours past close to help me get the right car. They also walked around the car with me and took note of any issues I found. We addressed those and they promised to repair them as part of the purchase. The Service department was very helpful, and listen to and addressed all my concerns. They were very flexible with my schedule, and quick with the repairs (brought car in and picked up same day). It's obvious they like helping people, and realize the best way to do that is with communication and a positive attitude. I would absolutely recommend them to family & friends, and will be coming back in the future.

I like the Legacy and it’s safety features. It was comfortable and roomy. AWD was good in snow and easy to drive. It also has some nice features like the Bluetooth, a CD player and cruise control. Backup camera was also a plus.

I love this car!! Never having owned or been in a Subaru before, i have always loved the idea of full time All Wheel Drive!! This car delivers on that, the handling in snow, rain or even dry road conditions is way different from other vehicles and you can feel it while steering! The interior is amazing, layed out with enough room to feel comfortable, in all seats...even in the back (others have told me.) The layout of controls and the general interface of the car is great, once situated, you will feel comfortable with everything within reach!! Always being at the top of the game in safety, i feel more then relaxed in my Subaru!! Knowning that i can pretty much handle anything that might happen, from possible hazardous drivers or road conditions. Always wanting a Subaru and finally getting one, has made driving a completely different experience...i have used this car several times to travel long distances and it is amazingly comfortable, with the lumbar support the seats provide, as well as general comfort of the leather seats. Excellent car all around!!!

I love the look, performance, features, comfort and reliability. I have owned VW's, Ford Pinto, Audi Fox, Honda Accord, Toyota Tercel, Chevy Malibu, Chevy Impala and a 1942 Pontiac that was a gift from an old neighbor who went into a Nursing Home in 1964. I had the most fun in the '42 but my Legacy is by far the nicest car I have ever owned.

Plenty of head room and leg room front and back. I like how I can sit up higher as the driver. The windows give great visualization along with awesome safety features. The AWD gets me everywhere during MN winters.i feel very safe driving my Subaru!

I've notice a lot of confusion from other reviews with the customer service and service at Prestman Auto so I thought I'd add my two cents and my experience. First of all, they have a policy where they allow you to browse on your own without any interruptions from annoying sales reps. If you need help for a test drive something else, just ask any staff for an available sales rep to help you and they'll find one. Also, if you don't understand why their prices are so low, you should read on their website to learn a little about them because they aren't your typical car dealership. About 2 years ago I bought a 2013 Ford Focus ST-3 from them for an excellent price. I have loved my car ever since and I would recommend this dealership to anyone especially my fellow car guy/gal.

bought my 2009 limited pzev 2.5i with 23k, one owner. I broke 4 wheel bearings, 2 cats (recalled), the radiator, and an oil sensor. there were 9 recalls which is a bit sketchy. I bought the car as a test really - to see if subaru's really are unbreakable, reliable, and cheap to maintain...im not exactly disappointed... the car currently has 160k of HARD miles. I purposely put a beating on this thing. I tried to get it stuck in deep snow and NOT ONCE would it get stuck. every morning hot or cold it turns right over. engine light came on one time at 150k for an oil pressure sensor ($120), but that's it. the drive train feels invincible - I literally cant break it - I see another 160k added with ease. as for reliability - anything that broke was my fault, or recalled. I think the front end is ugly, its a little long for a car, and everything about it is incredibly basic, but for an overall review I can honestly say this car is great. a little expensive for the basic features, wish I got the GT, but as reliable as they say Subaru's are. 11/10 in terms of mechanics and reliability.

Bought it new in Oct 2011, fantastic in snow, I live in a hilly area of PA and still get 28 mpg local and 33 mpg on trips, only issue I had with it was had to replace front wheel bearing, which i did myself. Takata air bag issue was fixed promptly by dealer, very satisfied with car and dealer, Minooka Subaru Moosic PA.

My experience purchasing a vehicle from Nate Wade Subaru was exceptional from start to finish! My initial contact was through an online inquiry and request for an ePrice - I was connected with Josh Kelly. Initially I was just testing the water as to my options to upgrade from my 2013 Subaru Legacy to a 2016 Legacy with EyeSight and other new safety features. I had my heart set on a specific color and was flexible with the options, to a point. A couple trips (225 miles each way) to Nate Wade Subaru to check out inventory and test drive a few cars - helped set me on the track to purchase. The only difficulty was when I decided on options I wanted and found that there were two cars on the lot appointed as I wanted - but neither in my preferred color. Josh searched other dealers and found there was actually one a short (40 minutes) away which was exactly what I wanted. It was a Saturday - a busy one at Nate Wade, Josh had several customers simultaneously and I never felt that I was anything but his top priority. He took the time to try to contact the other dealership to see if they would do a dealer trade for the car but the other dealership said they were shorthanded and didn't have time. This didn't stop Josh from trying other routes to see if the car was actually available and could be obtained for me. He said if it was he would drive there and get the car for me. Needless to say, the day ended without word from the other dealer so I went home. By the end of the day Sunday, I felt I'd adequately explored my options - between getting the car from the other dealer or selecting one on the lot which had the options but not the exterior/interior color I preferred. I was back on the road to Nate Wade Subaru on Monday morning. I met with Josh briefly to look over the printouts for the different cars, then went to look at the vehicles they had on the lot. Josh went to work to see if they could get the car from the other dealer. Ultimately this dealership agreed, but had changed the price on the car - so I declined. (Sorry to put you through all the Josh!) Instead I purchased the one at Nate Wade even if it wasn't the color I'd originally hoped to find. It is a lovely car (same exterior color as my 2013) and has some really awesome features! Once I'd finally made up my mind, Josh handed me over to Nick Poulos to finalize the paperwork. Nick is quite a character! It was a pleasure getting to know him a little while he walked me through the sea of paperwork. It truly felt like talking with an old friend in the short time in his office. He definitely added a nice personal touch to the process. Thanks so much Nick for the special care and everything! I really enjoyed driving home (3+ hours on the freeway). It was a stormy day and my new Legacy handled the slushy/snowy road with nimble road-hugging reliability that I expect, know and love! Subaru's are the best and Nate Wade Subaru and their staff are top notch! Thank you all!

Engine and mileage troubles

It's a pretty little car. I got the white. It does have excellent outboard visibility which was important to me . The seats are comfortable and I wanted it for the safety ranking, the AWD and the visibility all of which are as promised. It is the smallest car I've had in 40 years but has room for what I need at my age. However it did not get better than 19 mpg city and highway and they had to put a new engine in it. Now it is averaging 24 and can get 32 on the hwy in favorable conditions. I like the heated sets on the lowest setting and am happy to have the back up camera although it is nearly useless after dark-very blurry. I think it accelerates fast enough. I am not happy to not have retained auxiliary power which I thought was standard on something at this price : $26,0000. It is a huge nuisance to have to turn the car back on to close the sunroof or roll a window up or down, The sound system is horribly overcomplicated. Too many unneeded warning indicators which are pretty tiny and take research to figure out.I like the driver info center. I'm getting older and would prefer a car with fewer rather than more features. I had to search hard to find one with a compass , which I still find useful and essential but it is placed-way up in a corner of the rearview mirror. Should be on the dash somewhere to be really useful. The salesforce and the mechanics are very responsive and the car is generally well made. They fixed the engine without complaint. So they get points for that. I just think it is complicated in ways that are not helpful.

Amazing sedan for the snow! Drives well. Great features. Really the only thing that’s missing for me is the automatic lock once the car is in drive and moving. You have to remember to lock the doors. Otherwise, I love it!

I previously owned a 2008 Subaru Outback, purchased new at Nate Wade Subaru in December 2007. The main reason for purchasing my Second Outback (this time a 3.6R Limited) from Nate Wade Subaru after 169,000 hard desert and mountain miles, was Mitch Leavel and Gerald Thompson in the Service Department. It is the most thorough and trustworthy automobile service department I have ever been to, and one of the main reasons for purchasing my 2nd Subaru at Nate Wade. I never worry where in the hinterlands of the various mountain ranges in the Wide Open Western US my next road-trip will be, as I know I will make it back safely. They always take the time to answer my questions to completeness. My car salesman, Robb Patterson, was the perfect amount of "mellow" coupled with an even-keeled patience, as I am a high-strung individual who just wanted the 6-Cylinder Outback with a Sunroof. He was extremely detailed in responding to my questions, and there was little to "haggle," as I was a returning customer to Nate Wade, and Nick Poulos took care of me.

I was looking to buy a newer used car and decided to go with either a Forester or Outback. My husband and I were put in touch with Nate Wade Subaru through the Costco Auto Program. Erik Robbins was great. The first time we went in we told him that we were just looking and weren't sure exactly when we were going to be purchasing (we knew it would be in the next few months). Erik didn't put any pressure on us and let me test drive both the Forester and Outback. A few weeks later my Mom was in town and she wanted to come with us to see what we were looking at for vehicles. Again we test drove a Forester and Outback. We decided to go with a new 2018 Outback because it had everything I was looking for in a vehicle. Erik was great to deal with again. He didn't put any pressure on me and let me know each step and told me before we started the next step that I didn't have to take that next step unless I was ready. That was really nice because I thought I was going to just show my Mom what I was looking at, but ended up deciding that day that I was going to buy a new Outback. Erik was great in giving my husband and I privacy when we needed to discuss things. He made us feel welcomed and comfortable as we were working on the different steps. When we got to the finance part Nick Poulos was also great. He worked with me on my financing, so that I was able to get something that worked for me. Both he and Erik were great at explaining things to me. I have had to stop back twice since I made my purchase. Once to get the windshield screen as I want one that fit correctly and the other time to get the Zurich shield put on. Erik saw me both times and greeted me. He made sure that whatever questions I had were answered and that if I needed any help that I was taken care of. I am so appreciative of how well I was treated. I have been in other dealerships were I have been pressured to buy a vehicle I didn't want and wasn't treated nicely when I didn't buy it. That was not the case at all with Nate Wade Subaru.

Previously owned a 2007 Acura RL. My Subaru Legacy 3.6R gives me more performance and a smoother ride. Has every feature I wanted. The Eyesight safety feature is awesome. Other cars I test drove did not come close. So impressed we purchased a new Subaru Impreza for our Grandaugher with Eyesight. Previously owned Honda products.

This was the 4th wrx we have purchased with Nate Wade since 2008. They have always taken very good care of us and when it come the time to buy the 5th one we will be back. But this time was a little different as we had just purchased a 2016 in march of that year, and a weekend prior to thanksgiving we were hit by someone who ran the red light. My car was totaled, but we were both able to wake away from the accident. I let my sells man (Robert Paterson) know what had happened and he was able to get me back in to a 2017 in 2 days. He even was able to get the windows tinted and the clear bra on before we came to pick up the car. If anyone is looking for great service Nate Wade is definitely the dealership to go to. When it came to the financing Nick helped us ... as usual and he is just amazing to work with as well. When it come to maintenance I love dealing with Mitch is service, he is as well amazing

This car handles snow with fun! Basically it handles like a charm and there is nothing I would change. I have the Limited w/ Eyesight which I highly recommend. The downside are the HVAC controls. They are not intuitive at all and I find I have to take my eyes off the roads to make simple adjustments. The screen also reflects the sunlight and can be difficult to see at times. Comfort is excellent, front and back, and ingress/egress is great for folks w/o arthritis. Trunk space is also a plus.

I took my car in for a oil consumption test because I had received Limited Service Campaign (LSC) about a year ago but did not have any oil consumption issues so did not take it in at that time. When Ii finally took it in the time was up to have it checked. Still they ran the test for me at no charge. They also offered me a car wash at no charge, I couldn't do it that day so they gave me a rain-check for it. All the staff where friendly, kind and helpful.

This is my second vehicle purchased from Vroom in the last 12 months, and I can't imagine ever buying a used car from a brick-and-mortar dealership again. Vroom offers a terrific selection of late model used vehicles. The pictures really make it easy to know what the car looks like. I purchased a 2015 BMW 5-series, and the Vroom price compared to a similar make/model/mileage vehicle from CarMax was $3,000+ cheaper. I selected my vehicle over a few weeks of looking at photos. I filled out a credit application online, and they immediately called me to finalize the app, discuss rates and payments, and to get my $500 deposit. I received a loan package via FedEx 2 days later, signed all the paperwork, and sent it back in the pre-paid FedEx envelope they provided. About 3 days later, I started getting emails to schedule delivery. The process only took 9 business days from the moment I made the deposit to the moment I got my vehicle. The vehicle was clean, just as described, and runs great. Now I just need to get a state inspection and add this to my insurance policy, and the tags will be mailed to me in a few weeks. Thankfully, Vroom gives me a 60-day temp tag so there is ample time to receive the plates. I really enjoy almost everything about the car. It drives well, good features, good mileage for AWD. I wish the body was not so low to the ground ( easy to scrape on curbs etc ) but I want a sedan and it seems all sedans now are low like this one nowadays.

I am a car enthusiast! I spend way too much on cars ??? but I work 24/7 and it???s my only hobby. This review will be a bit on the long side, simply because I have so much to say about my experience with Vroom. My wife gets frustrated with me because I talk so often about how amazed I am with Vroom in every aspect! I bought my first car in 1968. Back then I couldn???t afford much, but since about 1979 I???ve purchased some very cool cars. I even bought a brand new Rolls Royce back in 1985. I???ve owned: exactly 10 Mercedes, Jaguar, Ferrari, Audi R8, BMW, Range Rover and several others. So when it comes to dealing with car dealerships, I feel like I???ve become rather expert ??? AND a huge skeptic of car dealerships!!! When you buy a high-end car, you lose SOOO MUCH money, as soon as you drive it off the showroom floor. So the last time we purchased cars, we decided to purchase nearly-new cars with very low mileage on them. We bought an Audi R8 and a Mercedes SL63. And it turned out GREAT. No regrets. So now it was time to sell those cars and buy two more. I happened across Vroom.com in my Internet search, and found the perfect cars for both my wife and I at the same place ??? Vroom.com. The cars are nearly identical to the same cars we???ve been driving, but just newer. A 2014 Audi R8 and a 2014 SL63 ??? both with about 3,500 miles on them. Even the same colors as our previous cars. I got bids from several companies to sell our cars to. Vroom offered the highest amounts on both of our cars!! And it was FAR easier to sell to them than any other company. Unbelievably simple! And the prices for the newer 2014 cars was extremely fair. I flew out from South Orange County, California to Vroom to look at and drive both cars. Vroom picked me up at the airport and brought me back to the airport. I was extremely impressed with Vroom and their showroom. And without exception, every single person I???ve spoken with and dealt with at Vroom has been not only helpful and enthusiastic, but GENUINELY concerned about making me happy. Even after the sale they keep contacting me to see how I???m doing and to ask if there???s anything that I need. They got me great financing! Less than 3% interest rate. I had no clue that you could do that with a ???used??? car. No other buying or trade-in experience I???ve ever had comes even close to how great, simple and fast this was. Oh???and they shipped the cars from Texas to us at NO CHARGE, and picked up our two cars at the same time. And the nice young man who delivered the cars was fabulous. He was so very, very careful with our cars. And not only do they have their guarantee ??? I believe you have a week or so to drive the car, and if you don???t like it, they will take the car back. They even told me several times (even after I???d purchased the cars) that if for some reason we decided we did not want the cars, they would come pick them up and truck them back to Texas at NO COST to use. Unbelievable!! Well, my wife is now also so impressed that she no longer is frustrated with me for talking about Vroom so much, and telling all my friends. In fact, I???ve already asked Vroom to look for a car for my daughter. I now would not think of getting her car anywhere else than Vroom. I mentioned before that I???m a skeptic when it comes to car salesmen and dealerships. So if I was you reading this, the first thing I???d wonder is, ???Why is this guy writing this review? Are they paying him???..???? Well, I don???t know any of the people at Vroom. I spent so much time on this review simply because I believe that when people deserve credit, and they treat you so nicely, you should reciprocate and sing their praises. My name is Dr. Rod Kurthy. Talk about a sleek car with available iSight camera system that helps ensure the safety of everyone in the vehicle. Comes with adaptive cruise control and lane keep assist. Automatic braking to avoid front end collion. Reverse camera with automatic braking and sensors to alert you of oncoming objects usually not in your immediate view when reversing. The day time running lamps are the sharpest looking thing on the road, I prefer them over my BMW LED day time running lamps. In terms of comfort you have all premium leather heated seats with a wood grain front panel that gives off a modern style. Steering wheel paddle shifters with AWD give you superb control. Keyless entry and push to start engine means you can quickly get in and go! Has the new shark fin antenna that flows with the vehicle. Automatic on/off headlamps and awesome fog lamps that individually turn on when making a turn to increase your visibility of the immediate low ground road which allows you to dodge every pothole.

I was referred to Texas Direct Auto/Vroom by a good friend and I???m glad I decided to go with them for my car purchase! I initially got Billie as my car sales personnel, but she seemed to be very pushy and just aiming to make quick sale; which is something that made me very uncomfortable. After speaking with her for a while I advised I would give her a call back to speak with my financial advisor on proceeding further on this process with Vroom. When I called back I got a different agent that saw in the system that saw I was talking to Billie and advised me that she would give me a call back in 5 mins, well 30 mins passed and I called back upset because I did not hear back from her after she ran my credit and didn???t like the fact I wasn???t trying to put 2500 down. My credit score was excellent I had a 740, but I didn???t have enough credit history she said is the reason why she kept asking me to put so much money down on 23k 24k car. The last time I called upset after not hearing anything from her a gentleman by the name of Shannon Humbles answered and I advised him that I did not want to work with Billie anymore because she made me feel very uncomfortable and I felt like she didn???t personally care about helping me through the process of the purchase. Shannon is an ALLSTAR!! He went over and beyond the call of duty to help me make this purchase!!! 7 days later my vehicle sits in my parking garage and I love it! The process was so easy to purchase, I had to put 1500 which is the standard, instead of 2800 that???s Billie was demanding that I put down! Please go with Vroom! I saw a couple bad reviews and I know every process has its flaws, but I???m here to tell you, they work! They are a very good company and I look forward to making another purchase with them for my girlfriend???s Christmas gift! Thanks Shannon and Vroom!!!!

I will say that I was a bit apprehensive after reading some negative reviews; but due to the volume that this dealer ships out, I can only assume that poor experiences are a small percentage of their business practice. I visited Vroom???s website in the evening and decided to purchase my wife a Cadillac SRX. Within minutes I received a call from a sales rep. Within an hour of that initial call, he collected my $500 ???hold fee??? that was later applied to my down payment. The following day, my sales rep called to inform me that financing was secured, even with blemished credit. (Required an additional $600 down payment which I had wire transferred). 3 days later, I received my contract via FedEx, completed it, and shipped it back. Once they received and reviewed, I was sent an email with an expected delivery date. From start to finish, the entire process took 10 days, and we received a used Cadillac SRX in EXCELLENT condition. The interior was spotless. The exterior needed a wash, but it was understandable because the car was shipped from Texas to Florida. I have already recommended this service to others, and will likely use them again. *Car does come with a 60 day temp tag, and I have not heard back from Vroom about acquiring my actual registration and plate. - However, I believe that I still have a couple of weeks left on the current tag.
