We had visited three other dealerships but ended coming back to Mike Shaw and working with Keith who we had visited before and had provided us with great customer service and straight up approach about the deal we could get on a 2024 Subaru Ascent. He was willing to work with us and negotiate a win/win for all parties. This was not the case for Centennial Subaru on Arapahoe Rd and Fort Collins Subaru in Colorado, which lost out on the deal, our business and who were not flexible in their approach to working out a purchase from my wife and I. Big kudos to Sales Consultant Keith Traczynski's strait forward approach and ability to negotiate a win/win for all parties. We liked also liked, what he stands for, his values and upfront approach, honesty with customer and most importantly love for God, Country and unbashful patriotism. These are type of people we and many other customers like to deal with, not sales consultants that are so focused on DEI that they forget what they're in business for, which is too sale cars. I drove my '08 Legacy for years and was so sad when she was totaled at 125k miles. She would've gone another 125k if she could've! I would highly recommend, especially for tall drivers like me because of the headroom. No major maintenance until about 110k when I had to replace the timing belt, radiator, power steering pump/hose, drive belts, etc., but the original head gasket stayed in great shape. She never left me stranded and I loved her. Super cool car, very reliable, practical, smooth ride with AWD and good looking, so sad she's gone!

Took my 3500 in for inspection, oil change and any recommended service. Staff were professional, polite and efficient. All recommendations for service were not started until I was able to review and authorize them. Very happy with my experience at AutoNation Doge RAM. :-)

I love the AWD system. The car handles very well in snow. It handles really good no matter the road conditions. I've owned this car for 7 years and it's never left me stranded. Gets decent gas mileage. And it has great visibility. The 2014 Legacy 3.6R is overall my favorite car I've ever owned. If I had one thing I'd like to see improved, it would be to make a turbo or preferably a twin turbo version with like 450HP.

I cannot recommend united motors enough. I bought a used Subaru crosstrek from them, and they gave me the best price I had seen anywhere. Bought 2013 Legacy 2.5 premium in early 2014 with approximately 9k miles. Now has 88k and other than routine maintenance no other issues. It has been and remains one of the most reliable cars I have ever owned. That includes a few BMW’s and Mercedes. Great all year round especially in the winter. Will definitely consider another Subaru if this one ever xxxxxx. Hoping not

I just love this place, I just purchased my second vehicle 2014 SUV and I named him Scotty. The people here are so nice. I'll be back in the future to purchase my third one. They're always in my budget. Come on people come on down before you miss out great cars.

We have a 95 Legacy. The car will go anywhere. It is a safe car with the comforts of a big car. We love it....no other cars for us. Once you own one....you won't own another. : )

This car drives very well especially in wintery conditions. The car also has blue tooth which can connect a phone or mp3 player for playing music.

Not my first subi, definitely NOT my last. This thing grabs the road like no other a bit of a stiff suspension at this point with 125k miles on it but she still rides like a dream!. great fuel mileage I get about 28mpg back hwy 35mpg highspeed hwy. seamless driving with the cvt transmission that you can also put in paddle shift for a geared feel. My only concern is she seems to drink a little oil. No leaks not burning subaru calls it consumption. But 1 qt every 1800 to 2k miles is a little much for me

I purchased a Mazda 3 from Sevan. Great service, came and picked me up for a test drive, showed me other options. I when with the Mazda. Purchase was painless. After driving it for two days thought there was something wrong in the front end. I dropped it off and they took me back to my residence. Few days later the had it fixed no charge and dropped it off for me. Great service stand behind there sales.

Excellent car, comfortable ride, great gas mileage almost 32 on the highway, i'm 6'3 and it was comfortable, stylish and loaded with all options you'd ever want which was nice for the price point

I had a wonderful experience with the Service Department at Planet Honda. I was having a emergency situation with my car and they got me in the same day. The mechanic did a very thorough job on the car inspection and gave me a complete report and even a video explaining what they found. Bought a Subaru Legacy mainly for my wife to use. This car had me questioning why I bought my Infiniti Q60 that was more than twice as expensive! Everything in the Legacy is so well thought out and the attention to details is extremely impressive. It's a wonderful car and great for road trips. Two and a half liter 4-cylinder feels much more powerful than its' displacement would imply, the air conditioning is so cold you could store meat in the car (comes on right away too), cabin storage is vast and the rear seat legroom is bigger than an old Checker cab (bigger than my old '71 Marquis Brougham-and that was a BIG car!). I have nothing but praise for my Subaru Legacy.

My first Subaru. And won't be my last. Even for an older car with a lack of modern amenities, I loved how it happened in the mountains and on the interstate.

Nice car and great finish. We are pleased with everything, but would like the mileage we are experienced is less than advertised. The interior clock and outside temperature readings are in conveniently located. Other than that the car is A-1. Great value for the money.

I truly hope this reaches as many eyes as possible and to whoever that may be reading the reviews trying to find out if this car dealership is legitimate or not. Before I get into my review, I first want to say that I have read ALL the reviews on this dealership (and I'm ONLY going to speak on THIS dealership) and one of the things that I have noticed is that when reading negative reviews, you really have to take it with a grain of salt because people these days when reviewing can be full of $#&! People are either unaccountable, have very poor communication, or blame the dealership for things that are either out of their control or things they didn't promise. And quite frankly, most of these bad reviews do not even add up or make sense. If a vehicle was fine when you bought it, then some months down the road something happens, you cannot write a bad review & blame the dealership for selling you a lemon. That is NOT a lemon. This is a used car, 'as is' dealership. Do your due diligence. Crazy thing is that if there is a problem, they will actually work with you to fix it so you can buy with confidence. My point is, the negative reviews in this case are xx. I don't know what kind of problem people have for the guys at United Motors (maybe it's because they're foreigners and have accents when speaking English), but it's childish and unacceptable. No, I'm not paid to say these things. I don't know these people like that. But I am trying to rightfully restore the undeserving somewhat negative reputation of this dealership. Now onto my review, I bought a 2019 Audi A8L from them and I'm out of state in Missouri. When I first saw the listing, I instantly fell in love with the car. I called and instantly spoke to John. By the way, every single time that I have called, emailed or texted John has always ALWAYS answered the phone or responded the same day. Whatever paperwork I've needed, various information from Audi, warrantees , stuff for bank etc, John was ALWAYS on top of everything and has always delivered in a very timely manner. After the logistics were done, I flew into Denver. I finally met John and Alex, which was a great pleasure, as they were some of the kindest and down to earth individuals I've ever met. Speaking of how they treated me, maybe they were kind to me, because I was also kind to them. Imagine that. People treat you how you treat them. Anyways, I saw the car and test drove it. It was everything they said it was. I paid, and drove it directly home 9 hours to Missouri. Boom, done. Are they perfect? No. The dealership is small which is fine but customer parking is confusing with all the cars around. However, the cars are as they advertise and they are excellent people. Prices were very fair, fees were minimal and they were honest. John and Alex, thank you for an unforgettable experience at United Motors. I would DEFINITELY buy from them and drive 9 hours home again.

Amazing car! Bought it with about 92k miles on it almost a year ago. Great reliability so far, no issues at all. Very well maintained, my only issue is that it doesn't have Bluetooth, which, I know, it's a minor thing, but my old car had it (2013 base Subaru Forester, -10/10 do not recommend). The Legacy still drives like brand new, and is very comfortable on the highway and backroads. Decent gas mileage for the age, averaging around 25 in the city and 32/35 on the highway. No issues with the CVT, either. Not even showing signs of wear, after more than 10 years and 100k miles! Built to last!

Purchased new in March 2018 Legacy Limited 2.5. Used as main commuting car until late 2023-now has 89000 miles. Commute 84 miles roundtrip at 80-85 mph, very steady and secure and 29-30mpg. Excellent in heavy rain (never driven in snow) we get in Houston. Will keep 4 more years but Subaru discontinued the Legacy so likely another brand if I want a sedan.

My husband initially gave a lot of pushback when I told him this was "the car for me". His car broke down just before a planned long-distance trip, so he had to take his turn behind the wheel of my Subaru. Every wife loves to hear " You were right"! It handled ice, snow and everything else with ease plus great MPG!

I am 5 ft tall, so I've always had a little trouble with cars. After having a 2008 (ish?) Chevy HHR for a while, I started developing back and neck pain. We still don't know what caused it, but the forward tilting headrests that forced my head into an unnatural position certainly didn't help. I traded that in for a 2013 Nissan Rogue, which functioned great, but the scoop-back seats didn't provide me the back support I needed, and I developed knee pain as well. I missed the oodles of seat adjustments the HHR had, so I searched for a car to trade in for with all those adjustments and headrests that didn't hurt. The 2013 Subaru legacy was that car! After trying 5-ish cars throughout a few days, they finally showed me this one and it was perfect. Getting into and out of the car is easy since it's at exactly the right height for me. I can adjust lumbar and knee support in addition to the usual adjustments, and when I took it for a test drive after spending a few minutes to get the adjustments right, it was amazing. There was no pain, I found myself naturally sitting up straight and completely comfortable. The steering wheel with the adjustment to bring it toward you helped, too, so I wasn't stretching out my arms to reach the wheel and my elbows could comfortable rest at my sides while I drove. I have had this car for about a month now, and although I haven't driven it very much since I don't really go anywhere, it's been a delight to drive whenever I do go out. It's just a very comfortable and smooth drive. The moon roof is just a very nice bonus. It is very low to the ground, so that's something to keep in mind. It would definitely scrape up against some oddly-angled driveway entrances. I had one instance soon after taking it home where I stopped at a stop sign, then when I pressed on the gas pedal nothing happened. It took a good 15-20 seconds for it to decide to work again and then it started to go just fine. Not sure what was going on with that, but it hasn't happened since. And, given that it's 2021 and this is a 2013 car, I just figure every car is going to have its quirks. I'll bring it into the shop if it happens again, but for now it's fine. But this is the first car I've had where I am determined to pay it off and keep it forever instead of only having it for a few years until I can trade it in for something better. It's just so nice to be able to drive without being in pain again, after 5-6 years of constant back and neck pain.

Was in the market for a Subaru when I came across this car at a used car lot. Immediately purchased it that day. It's a manual transmission and the clutch is super smooth. Great on gas. The trunk space is expanded by the back seats folding down. The seats are super comfortable. The only thing that's super important is to make sure you can depress the clutch all the way. I am... Very short ha. I've driven manuals before and never had this problem. But I cannot depress the clutch all the way even at the closest seat setting. So I have to get an extension which is fine but I know next car I buy I'm checking to see. That's the only reason I gave this car 4/5 stars.

Excellent car I’ve had for over 6 years now. I never intend to sell it. I have put so many miles on it without any issues and the AWD is excellent. Subaru even replaced the transmission after the warranty expired even though I hadn’t had any issues with it.

Its Japaneses BMW or Audi with less cost and more reliable. even in 5 years ownership of this vehicle is not drooping to half or less. like $38k coming to $25k. I have lots of BMW 328, 335,535 and audi A5. You love to drive more and more this Subaru. The only main issue I found is body is getting rusty so fast. this is a manufacture issue. they have to take more protection under paint coat . when the vehicle get rock chips, it will start rust from that point so fast.

This car is very nice and very low gas consumer , super comfortable, spacious and has a lot features. I'm personally thankful with the dealer to suggested me to buy this car
