Their team is great! I actually enjoy buying my car from them. Randy Mock is a good car salesman and treated me very well. He had to work hard to find the car I wanted. It was not easy. When I stop in for service at your shop, I always go over and say Hi to Randy! I enjoy talking with him. The main reason I buy cars from Classic Cadillac - (This is my second) is because of their service center and 'Big Chad'. He does a great job and is a huge asset for the dealership. Big Chad has always treated me very professionally and has always done right by me and my car. He is a good person and the main reason I buy from Classic Cadillac. Even though I only know him through the short amount of time I spend at their service center to drop off and pick up my car, I can say that I trust him. I???ve been researching the Subaru Outback for some time. Ex-Volvo guy looking for a wagon with the market offering limited options. I had just got out of a BMW 3 series wagon, but it did meet all my requirements; a wagon with ground clearance and a great safety record. That lease was over and I was back in the market for a new car. The VW Alltrack caught my eye, a wagon with some ground clearance. I went on a test drive and soon realized it was not the car for me. I was going to drive home and saw Kennesaw Subaru across the street. I decided to pull in and was greeted by Ralph Kurland. As opposed to a car salesman, he was a Subaru ???aficionado???, and knew the product extremely well. Ralph asked a few basic questions and narrowed down the trim to the 2.5 Limited ??? ???L??? for leather as Ralph said. Before the test drive, Ralph did a quick overview of all the options the car had. During the test drive, Ralph pointed out features that could only be experience while driving. He discussed how some of the safety features in the car were also in the Subies both he and his wife drove. Before the test drive was over, I knew I wanted to buy the car, but did not want to show all my cards. I was ready for the hard negotiation. First, the car did not come with LED headlights standard on the Limited. Ralph soon found it on the lot. Ok, this it, all check marks were checked. Ralph then started the negotiation process. Surprisingly enough, there were no games, tricks or gimmicks. Great financing, and no back and forth with the finance manager. I was happy with the price and the product, and pulled the trigger. To say that I bought the car because of Ralph is an understatement. I???ve bought quite a few cars in my lifetime, but the experience with Ralph has erased years of bad experience with other dealers and car brands. While you may want to buy the car online, it???s worth your while to step into the Kennesaw Subaru dealership to see the product and have Ralph Kurland talk about the car. He???s passionate about the product, the brand, and his job. I now understand why people love Subaru???s ??? I???m a convert.

Very easy to purchase, the entire thing happened over email and the papers were signed via overnight FedEx. Less than 1 week later, the car was in my driveway. It does take longer than a traditional dealer, but you don't have to sit there for hours while the paperwork and financing takes place. The car came in immaculate condition, no paint chips, no scratches. Interior was perfectly detailed and cleaned. Good price, low mileage, clean history report.

The rear automatic braking system kills my love for this car. If the eyesight thinks you're going to hit something (a wall, another car, etc), it sounds a brief warning, then slams on the brakes. You might just be backing into or out of a steep driveway though. It scares the daylights out of you if you're not expecting it. Literally, the brakes will lock up. There is no instant kill switch for it, and it takes a while to turn it off while holding your finger on the button. I can't back into my own driveway without this thing slamming on the brakes unless I hold up traffic while pushing and holding a button to clear. It resets every time you put the car into reverse. I hate this "feature" so badly. I wish I could permanently disable it.

Bought my car online Dec 2nd, 2015 - no muss, no fuss. 2012 Kia Soul, cream, manual (6 speed ), 34,000 miles. Went up to Atlanta, signed the documents, drove off in my new sweet girl. No problems, no issues with financing, no mechanical stuff...Carvana delivers what they say they will deliver! Look, if you want to haggle or argue, go to a dealership. If ya know what you want (like I did) and you know what you want to pay (like I did), take a real look at Carvana. Personally, I will never go dealership again. And my sweet 2012 Kia Soul? I was introduced to carvana by a Facebook ad. I really liked what I saw, but the closest vending machine was 600 miles away. I thought they definitely had a great idea, so I thought we'd try. Pretty easy buying process. They were very fair with trade in. Offered about $100 more than local dealer. Their 360 view definitely needs improvement. There were two noted items of damage on their condition analysis. While picking up the vehicle, it was raining and overcast. Once I got the car in the sunlight. There was a lot more notable damage, that wasn't mentioned. Quite a few more very noticeable scratches, chips and dings. Very surprised those weren't noted, but it was a used car so I didn't expect perfection. They really tout their 150 point inspection. My hood doesn't close correctly. I would have thought that would have been corrected. Kind if stinks, I'll have to pay the dealership to correct something that should have been corrected prior to delivery. I would have given only 3 stars for the above mentioned, but their outstanding customer service earned them 4. Their team of customer service reps truly make the buying process enjoyable. I can't say I'd recommend them to friends as we are far away from them, & the few disappointments we experienced. If they keep that high level of service and improve their vehicle condition reporting. This company could really revolutionize the used car industry.

The 2019 Subaru Outback 3.6R Limited is a Fantastic car! It has an excellent six cylinder engine/CVT trans. Lots of power whenever you need it. The Outback Limited is loaded with all the latest technical wizardry you could want. The Outback has a great ride and very good handling. Plenty of room inside for people and cargo. Words alone cannot describe my experience working with Ralph. I never felt bull dozed, rushed, pushed, or taken for granted. In fact, quite the opposite. Ralph heard/listened to MY needs, never tried to change my thought process, just work with what I needed. Instead of coming back financially with an outlandish "deal", Johnny worked to meet my needs. No fuss, haggling, etc. Very smooth process all around. Also, getting to the paper signing was no hassle either. The typical add-ons were offered by Steve but not pushing anything else onto the sale if not wanted. I must say thinking I would be getting a certified used car and driving away that night in the brand new, everything I was looking for vehicle felt great, thanks to the trio of Ralph, Johnny, and Steve!

My wife and I could not be more satisfied with our first purchase of a 2017 Subaru Outback from Subaru of Kennesaw. We had been shopping on line for a new vehicle at several dealerships, I inquired on an eprice to Kennesaw Subaru concerning a particular 2017 Outback, with in less than 12 hours, Colin Blanken responded with a response. I called and set up a meeting with Mr. Blanken, my wife and I met him at the dealership told Colin what we were interested in and were undecided what we wanted, either a Forrester or Outback, we took both cars out for a test drive. Colin was very helpful and knowledgeable answered all our questions we were very pleased and never did we feel the pressure of buy this or that today. We decided on an 2017 Outback 2.5i Limited. My wife wanted a Crystal Pearl White with Ivory leather interior. There wasn't one on the lot and to make a long story short, we put a deposit down on an Outback with a delivery date of August 29, 2017. Needless to say we were very happy our Outback came in on the 18th of August! Just what we wanted. I would like to thank all the wonderful people we met at Kennesaw Subaru making this a pleasurable buying experience. Thank you Colin, it was a pleasure meeting you, I will tell all my friends and family interested in purchasing a new car or SUV to ask for your help. So after having a xxxx of a week with not 1 but 2 cars having issues on Sunday, my wife said it was time to bite the bullet and buy the car I've always wanted, a WRX. Troncalli Subaru was one of the only dealerships near me that had any WRX in the color I wanted. Where other dealerships are still calling me to come down and drive any other car on their lot, desperate to make a sale, Troncalli Subaru did what they were supposed to do. They provided a car at a great price and didn't try to misdirect me into being convinced of something I didn't want. And that's not just the salesman Bob Shiver, but that goes for the Finance Manager Casey as well. I'm sure at other dealerships they would have attempted to have me purchase every insurance or warranty package under the sun (which I've had pushed on me before), with Casey on the other side of the table it felt like a pressure-free conversation with someone acting as an advisor, not as an additional salesman you have to maneuver around to take a car home. When someone can be transparent in the finance process and say "ok here is the best lending option that we received back" and then lay out all of the numbers from start to finish and then lay it side by side with the finance options we brought with us it was reassuring to know we were given the clearest picture of what we were working with. I cant promise I'll be making the drive up to get service done on my new car as its a bit further out than I'd like to travel, but I'd easily vouch for them if you're comparing two cars at two dealerships in the Atlanta area.

I had been shopping for a used Volt with a certain subset of options and Carvana continued to be in my search results. Ultimately I couldn't find what I wanted locally and even the results in my state for the same model weren't competitive with Carvana's price / features. I'm also not a huge fan of dealing with sales guys so it was a win / win. During the actual buying process the steps are a little vague, I guess because they're a tech startup too (I left this feedback), note you have to continue to fill in your info to reserve the car for purchase, don't quit early or you'll only reserve it for a few hours or a day, go to the end if you're serious. Otherwise literally every single person I talked to was delightful, from customer support when I had questions and final purchase call to the delivery driver (specialist really, they're not just drivers). Didn't feel tempted to use the 7 day return, the car was better than expected!

I purchased a lightly used Mercedes Benz E350 and I am in love with my car! Front start to finish the process took me about 15 minutes. The staff was friendly and made the process a breeze! One half century of purchasing cars, this Subaru meets and in some areas exceeds expectations. Great dealer support as well. A pleasure to drive especially on long road trips. It is nice to drive long distances and arrive not feeling tired.

Had a good overall experience buying my car totally online with Carvana. My used car was well described and even better upon arrival.The delivery was the best part,getting a quality car without the usual inflated dealership fees.The online document process was less coordinated with the sales team than expected but worth it.

Looked at Volvo’s and the rest before deciding to buy a Subaru. The ride is noisy most of the time. So far, I get 28 mpg, so why buy the slow noisy 4cylinder? The traction system is called X-Drive and it works well in glare ice and deep snow. Dealer maintenance is outrageously expensive, charging $600 to replace 6 spark plugs. The. CVT causes this wagon to be slow even with the high output six cylinder. The cabin heating system needs to improve so that you don’t have to idle for 1/2 hour to get heat when it’s -10.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

Easier to navigate than the sedan I previously owned, which surprised me for an SUV. It is fun to drive. Comfortable, heated seats, plenty of storage space, media and navigation system are just a few of the perks I enjoy.
