I have had many new vehicles over the years but none surpass my 2014 BRZ and now my 2018 Outback 3.6R. It is powerful, quiet, comfortable and, in black silica, truly good looking, especially for a crossover SUV. As before, when I purchased the BRZ ( what a monsterously fun vehicle!), everyone was cordial and non invasive when I came in to browse. My former Suoerstore go-to, Jason, had moved on to mange the Porsche dealership next door but he asked John Barrivecchio to help me find the right Outback. John was and is a fabulous agent: Cordial, open, completely honest and forthcoming and very knowledgeable and informative. He answered every question and often anticipated most of them before asked. I had done a good deal of research and knew that if I was buying, the 3.6R V6 was the only vehicle that would have the power needed to get out of potential accidents before they happened. I also found that the safety and warning features surpass all other auto makers anywhere near it's class. John confirmed this as did the financial individual who owned the same vehicle. One side note: during negotiations my wife came in with her WRX to ask if the damage to the clear coat was still under warranty. She was upset, and John went straight to the manager of that department and asked him to please deal with it. He did so instantly to the immense satisfaction of my spouse. As John put it, "If we can't help our own customers, who can we help?" Sure, it was a convenient thing to say, but I totally believe him and trust in the associates at the Subaru Superstore. in short, I recommend them without reservation.

This car just keeps getting better. Eyesight, Appleplay, auto door locks, improved display......I thought I loved my 2017 Outback!! Subaru continuously strives to improve upon what they have instead of trying to razzle dazzle you. I will never own anything but a Subaru.

The 2019 Subaru Outback 3.6R Limited is a Fantastic car! It has an excellent six cylinder engine/CVT trans. Lots of power whenever you need it. The Outback Limited is loaded with all the latest technical wizardry you could want. The Outback has a great ride and very good handling. Plenty of room inside for people and cargo. No need for an SUV when you can drive an Outback.

My experience from the time my wife and I drove on the lot was over the top great!!! Our salesman Bill East was kind and listened to what we had to say and answered our questions completely. His product knowledge was excellent. We did not purchase the 2016 Outback that day. We wanted to think it over for a few days. Bill was more that ok with that and did not pressure us one bit. I really mean that, NO pressure!!!! What?? :) A few days later I texted Bill and then called to put a down payment on the car. The actual purchase day was smooth as silk. They were prepared for our arrival not only with the paper work but the vehicle was ready and waiting in the Delivery Garage. That's right, they have a Delivery Garage. We ended up leaving the car for another 5 days for a few upgrades of our choosing. Again, everything was ready as promised. Since the purchase of the car we have been invited back to the dealership for informational classes on how to operate and use the multitude of functions that the cars offers. Question and answer time for us to help us maximize our Subaru experience. There was food and snack available during this visit. I have also had my first service which was a most excellent experience as well. I was made comfortable, offered coffee, water and some snacks while I waited. I thought, geeez, this is just too much fun. Who has fun at the dealership????? Right? Well, I do. My car was ready in an hour as promised. They washed the outside and not some cheesy wash either. It was clean and the tires conditioned as well. Cool. Then I got in and they had cleaned the inside as well. Whoot whoot. What a great way to start my day. I believe that the Subaru Superstore figured out how to do it right all the way around. I left that last day in a clean car and happy, advertising for Subaru. They intended it that way and it worked!!!!! Before I left I suggested that they do a "happy hour" (no alcohol) , so I could bring my friends.......... Side note: My first car was a 1976 Subaru. Let's just say I put it thought it's paces. I've heard rumor that is is still running around in Montana still!!!! (there have been sightings!!!) Now I am back in a 2016 Outback. This car is unbelievably practical, well made and good looking. It has great gas mileage and is extremely reliable. I have never had ANY issues with it. I once went on a ski road trip with 4 of my friends and we all fit comfortably with all of our ski gear in the back & skis on top! I am so sad to say goodbye to it. I am only selling it because I am graduating Medical School and starting residency in NYC in June.

My car was totaled in an accident two months ago and finally I caved and went to get a new one. I got into the dealership about 2 and realized it was the 4th of July! Dwayne wouldn't hear a word of me leaving without a car that day. He went through to show me cars that would fit my needs and not a penny over budget. If I looked at a car that he knew wouldn't be right, like too many miles or something like that, he explained to me why not. Not once did I feel pushed or rushed in any way (but lucky for him I was quick anyway). Finally we got me into something that worked for me and had me out before 4. Dwayne is amazing and absolutely no sales B.S. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a vehicle.

My 1997 Outback is still going strong, but I wanted a car with current safety features. I went to several dealerships and test drove different makes and models before contacting Daniel Falls at the Chandler Subaru Superstore regarding the CrossTrek. The 2017 models did not have the color (orange!) I was hoping for, so I waited for the 2018 models to arrive. Unlike one dealer near my home, Daniel gave me the space & time to find just the right car: 2018 CrossTrek in Sunshine Orange with a moonroof and all the latest safety features. I went to this dealership months ago while on a 'research' trip - I knew I'd be buying a car within 6 months, but wasn't buying right then. I also visited a Toyota dealership on the same day, as I was considering a Rav4 Hybrid. That experience was so miserable I crossed the car off my list (seriously, Toyota, FIVE people coming at me from all corners of the lot as soon as I got out of my car?!) I didn't have any personal experience with Subarus, so I went to the dealership in Chandler to check them out. I met Daniel Strebler, and told him right up front I would not be buying that day. He didn't care - spent about 30-45 mins with me, giving me TONS of information on both the Forester and the Outback, what the differences were, information on the trim lines, etc. Nicest salesman ever! I went back recently, asked for Daniel, had the most relaxed and comfortable car-buying experience of my entire life. Again, no pressure, even in the Finance department. No hours-long back-and-forth haggling. I maybe could have bargained some more, but I'm extremely happy with the deal I got and I LOVE the car. Highly recommend both the dealership as a whole and Daniel as a salesman! I left with a service advisor already assigned to me, my cell phone already synched to the car's bluetooth, and demonstrations on all the major options/features. I have recommended both the car and the dealership to anyone who'll listen. It's THAT different an experience, in the very best of ways.

My first experience with this dealership was in 2016 when I took delivery of my new fleet vehicle. I was given a thorough demo on its settings and features. Great group assisted me! Then just last month, I took my car in for a fix on a recall, My service rep was Kathy Garcia. She took care of me from start to finish; calling me with updates, and informing me that they found some other issues. Apparently I had a transmission leak, and I had mentioned that my windshield fluid level was low. Kathy called to tell me that the last place I had my car serviced (can't use the dealer b/c it's a fleet vehicle, and I must use the fleet company's "recommended" facilities) had crimped tall the delivery hose between the wiper fluid receptacle and the wiper blades, rendering it useless! Kathy said, no problem, we'll fix it for you. They could easily have charged me for a repair they didn't cause. I consider this going above and beyond, and I am definitely a customer for life!

I give special props, and much due ???Thanks!??? to John Barravecchio, Sales, for working closely with me to ensure a smooth buying experience. This past August, 2018, I flew into Chandler, Arizona, from the Sacramento, California area, on a Friday, to purchase a very nice 2011, Red Brick color, Nissan Pathfinder SV, the Subaru Superstore was advertising on the cargurus website. From my first contact with him after finding the vehicle on the website, to flying in and closing the deal, John worked with me to ensure my trip was not a wasted effort. Through the process Angela Mattix, Service, provided the Invoice, Carfax, and Maintenance Journal data John emailed me, and Marc Dicino, Finance, got me hooked up with the paperwork and out of there, with no hard-sale attempts for add-ons. I flew into Chandler about 8 a.m. that morning, test drove the vehicle, completed paperwork, and drove out, not too long after 12 noon. Even had time to hang out in Chandler a while, and enjoy the vehicle. My flight to visit this dealership was well worth the effort.

I paid off the car free and clear but I can't seem to get a free and clear title. I have been waiting over a month for it. When I did get it, it was not notarized or signed and it still had a lean on it. I am very disappointed. It was like he just pulled it out of a drawer and mailed it just to pacify. This is the owner! no less, first he was at an auction, then out for 2 weeks, then he was at the hospital, and now he is going to be gone for a week So I took the title back to Wheels in Motion and still waiting. I don't know what to think at this point. I trust the Tim to do the right thing, but to do business with him again at this point is questionable. Maybe it is just me, so I would recommend this dealer to a friend, because I love the people who work there, but be on the part of caution. I don't think he expected me to pay off the car, I really think he thought I was going to trade it in. I never paid off a car before so maybe this is what is supposed to happen. So I am stumped as to how to get a free and clear title. The title is still not right. It was signed or notarized or signed nothing. I may be wrong but I thought it was up to the company to remove all liens and sign off on it. At least that was what I was told so now I don't know what the truth is. I was told I couldn't take the lien off the company has to do that. So at this point I am confused. I just want a free and clear title from the DMV which shows a lien still in place after a month. So it seems nothing got done in 30 days. So my questions are: Who is supposed to remove the lien? How long does it normally take to get a free and clear title from a dealership? Now that I paid off the car why can't I get a proper free and clear title from Tim Zarbock? Why would he send me a non-notarized title with a lien still on it and call it good? I don't understand. What am I missing? Then be gone for a week? Why are his employees making excuses for him? Why do my emails and phone calls go unanswered? When I called they said he was at an auction, then he was gone 2 weeks, then he was at the hospital, and last week or he will be out of the office for a week. It seems to me a runaround just to get a free and clear title. Then when I finally did get it was not notarized, or signed and still had the lien on it. So I gave it back. This is what I have been dealing with for the past month. Why? Is it supposed to be this hard to get a free and clear title? What is wrong with this picture? Does this make since to anybody?

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

Like most I was very skeptical about buying a car online. But I did my research and google'd the company like crazy. What I found in my research is the company had laid off people due to rapid growth and during this time frame the reviews were not good at all. Which to me makes sense and most likely vroom could have done a better job to make sure customers did not feel the effects. But after that period the reviews were really good. I did not do a trade but just a purchase. I submitted my request for finance and purchase on 7/29 Sunday morning and received a call 7/30 Monday morning. I spoke to the sales person which there was no pressure just Q&A. I put down a deposit so I could secure the Jeep. There was communication via email by Vroom throughout the process including when the Jeep was in route. My jeep was delivered within the time frame they explained, which was the following Friday 8/10 cleaned and in excellent condition. I received my tag and paperwork about a month after the Jeep was delivered. I have 3 kids so spending 4 hours at a dealership is not fun. I would definitely buy from Vroom again. Just returned home from Camelback Toyota in Phoenix with another purchase, this time a used car. The car wasn't my first choice, nor my 3rd. but since it was for a college daughter to use far away from home, her wants & desires were also important. And, it turns out, I am very happy with the result. To be clear, I don't like salesmen. But I trust John DeArmond and really feel that he, and the dealership, puts my interests first. Obviously there is a bottom line. Yet, I also feel like I got a pretty good deal. This is the second vehicle we purchased from him and Camelback Toyota. The first was a new car 5 years ago. Which @ 80,000 miles now has still had NO problems and still drives like a dream. Not only was the sale an excellent experience, but the AFTER sale experience has been outstanding. John has kept in touch, literally for years, genuinely concerned that our experience was continuing to be nothing but the best. He's always been available for questions and advice regarding our purchase and other car related information. For basic tune-up stuff we have a nearby shop we like to go to. But I when we have a dealer specific thing to be done to our car, such as the 50,000 or 75,000 check, we go to the dealer. This dealer. We always feel helped and never used. So when we decided to replace the 20 year old car our girl was driving, he was the first thought of where to turn. Oh, we checked out Cars.com and the rental car companies, but our first choice was to call John. And I'm glad we did. The car buying experience can be frustrating. I've purchase at least 20 cars in my lifetime, both new and used, and really love just how painless and easy these guys make the process. Truly no pressure. Yes, they are a business, and so yes, they want you to buy a car, preferably from them. But, it's really about choices. MY choices. MY preferences, and what they can do to HELP me in fulfilling them. We gave John our parameters a couple of weeks ago and he came up with several choices that day. Spent several hours with him last week going through and driving different cars before finally deciding on a choice vehicle. We put a hold on it and when our college girl was home on spring break a last Sunday, we had her try them out. But, LOL, it turned out she liked something completely different. However, it was no problem for these guys, probably used to people changing their minds. Did I spend more than if I'd bought from an individual? Well... yes and no. Yes I paid at or below the "blue book" price. But I am also sure, and comfortable in the knowledge that this vehicle doesn't have any major problems. Nor is it likely to have any "minor" ones any time soon. And.. paying slightly more than the "suggested retail price" we were able to include an extended warranty that will take care of any problems for several years to come. Did they make a profit. Sure. But I definitely also got a deal. I'm happy, spouse is happy, child's happy. So, I've got another happy car purchase, and will be calling him again, probably in another 5 years. Because, and this is important, they're not in this business for just one sale, they're in it for the long run.

Overall, a good car. We've had a couple of problems that while covered by warranty, still made us uncomfortable. I would probably buy another one. I've owned 3 Subarus and I'm mostly satisfied with the brand.

Had to tow my 2007 Subaru Legacy car in for an extensive repair. Never met the Service writer before. I had the AutoNation extended warranty so he had to coordinate the repair approval process with them. He called me when my car arrived (2 days prior to my scheduled appointment). He worked on my car ahead of my appointment (1 day early). They fixed it and was able to get the car back early. Was extremely knowledgeable and professional when we came to get the car. Would absolutely recommend AutoNation Subrau with no doubt they are competent, caring, go the extra mile Service Dept team!

The rear automatic braking system kills my love for this car. If the eyesight thinks you're going to hit something (a wall, another car, etc), it sounds a brief warning, then slams on the brakes. You might just be backing into or out of a steep driveway though. It scares the daylights out of you if you're not expecting it. Literally, the brakes will lock up. There is no instant kill switch for it, and it takes a while to turn it off while holding your finger on the button. I can't back into my own driveway without this thing slamming on the brakes unless I hold up traffic while pushing and holding a button to clear. It resets every time you put the car into reverse. I hate this "feature" so badly. I wish I could permanently disable it.
