And while she's taking care of your paperwork, the rest of the office comes over to offer you a beverage and to just chat and make sure you're comfortable!! They do NOT attack you as you come thru the door, but will bend over backwards to help you with any needs or concerns. I just cannot say enough about what an amazing experience this was for me! Purchasing was easy and not high pressure. Kim Knorr was great to worth with. I was able to leave and think about it overnight without the pressure. I???m very detailed and this allowed me to work it through in my head. The location is beautiful and my car is fantastic as well with a great warranty because it was certified Pre-Owned. Pleasantly surprised with Volvo as a brand honestly.

My wife and I had an Excellent experience working with Richard Rollnick , Sales and Leasing Consultant for Schumacher Mercedes Benz in Scottsdale, AZ in the process of purchasing a new vehicle. I can not say enough about the professional manner by which Richard conducted himself throughout the process. He was very knowledgeable about his products, a gentleman at all times and most important was a good listener. I love a new car, but hate the buying experience.....usually! But I bought my first MINI in 2003 and just traded it in for a 2018. Buying a car at MINI is not your USUAL buying experience. There were no games and no gimmicks for starters. Dana Halligan was our salesperson and she was incredible. I never for a moment felt pressured. She was very informative and helped me obtain the best financing. Even after the sale I have called her with operating questions and she couldn't be more accommodating.
