Our 2017 Subaru Outback limited 2.5 has been a very practical and reliable vehicle for us. Extremely safe with eyesight safety suite. However, the interior needs to be a bit more luxurious. The engine, road and wind noise were basically unacceptable. I remedied that by extensive soundproofing on teh doors, floor and cargo area.
Clean, very fast, efficient. I don't worry about a thing. I let them do whatever needs to be done. They answer any questions I may have. Great salesman- Jeremy.

Great potential vehicle unless you have very tall people. The vehicle lacked leg room in the second seat if the driver seat is all the way back. The lane assist feature is great along with the four wheel drive system. I looked carefully at purchasing this car until we hit the leg room issue.
Appreciate the professionalism of Mr. Olech and his ability to allow me to shop at ease, without pressure. Was very knowledgeable about all of the vehicles and he worked extremely well with his colleagues to get me the vehicle that I wanted. Thank you!

While it's not the most eye-catching or fun car on the road, it certainly is very practical and a great bang for the buck. Great in the snow, good on gas and very roomy inside.
From my inital contact with Wendy to my sales associate Sammy, was treated in a respectful and straight forward manner that i’ve historically failed to associate with the car buying process. Got a great return on my trade and a below KBB price on my vehicle. Very efficient process that left me feeling that Balise valued my time

Just what I want in a car. It holds the road on ice and snow and is a pleasure to drive year around. My last Subaru, a 2000 purchased new had no major problems until it died an official death at alnost 300,000 miles.
This dealership had the used car I wanted and made the negotiating, financing, and purchasing process pretty painless. Paul was a friendly, helpful, and communicative salesperson, and I appreciated his straight-forwardness.

We originally bought a 2018 Subaru impreza and a 2011 mini cooper from Steve Lewis back in August of this year. Shortly after, the mini started having several issues, it ended up needing several thousand dollars worth of work, and possibly an engine on top of that. They were kind enough to set us up with a loaner car for free, towed the problem vehicle to the nearest mini dealer and had them diagnose the vehicle with no cost to us. They proceeded to let us know what was wrong with it, and offered to give us a credit back for every penny we paid towards the car. We just picked up our 2012 outback from them today and couldn't be happier! Paul was our salesman for both purchases, and he was great! He has an upbeat attitude but he's also a real person you can talk to, not just some guy who is trying to force you into buying a car. We will definitely be coming back, and recommending them to our friends and families!

Comfortable ride,love the adjustable seat that fits me perfectly. Very quiet. Every amenity you could possibly need. Safety features sold me on this vehicle. Sound system is great.
Eric LeSiege was my helpful guide in the buying process of a new 2019 Subaru Legacy. He spent all the time needed with me on my questions and final search for the vehicle I was interested in. In the end, he spent time with me going over the entire car and electronics. He was one of the most helpful sales person I have had, ever. The industry needs more like him.

Decent value for the money. Superb AWD. Good quality materials used in interior. Mileage in the 6cyl is so-so. But better performance makes it worth it. Quality issues with the high end head units, and a recall for gas gauge being off by 1/8th tank.
Dave Hanks was great! He let me look at the cars I wanted with no pressure. That was greatly appreciated!!! During the test drive of the vehicle I finally decided on, he showed me the features I had been sceptical about and how they could benefit the driver! Then the process of getting to an agreeable price was painless and quick! Thank you! When I picked up the car he was there to explain how to operate the vehicle and all the little buttons. I left a proud owner of a Subaru! I had been to several dealers before and had a real bad taste for salesmen but Dave was so awesome! No quick fast scheme ???to get me into that car today!??? I would recommend him and the dealership a million times over!!! Thank you Dave and Steve Lewis!!!!

Very well accessorized. Really too many bells and whistles for my need.
Someone that is younger and more into cities and technology with cell phones will appreciate what this car has to offer. I personally will probably never use all of the gadgets.
I went to Steve Lewis Subaru after having gone to another Subaru dealership first. The test drive with the other dealership went poorly, the sales rep did not accompany me on the test drive and just told me to do a U-turn at the first intersection because the car wasn't loaded up with gas and it took them 30 minutes to print out two quotes for leasing and financing. My experience at Steve Lewis was completely different. My sales rep Dominic Yestramski made ample time to show me everything about an Impreza and a Legacy and test drive both on the same day under 3 different routes, one of them being off-road! My folks accompanied me to Steve Lewis and English is not their first language and most sales people brush them off but Dominic treated them with more than ample respect. We shopped around with other dealerships too and did get a lower quote than Steve Lewis but the total cost would have only been a difference of $200-300 or so. I went back to Steve Lewis because my experience there was much better than the other dealerships, there is value in taking your customers seriously.

Comfortable and smart interior, sporty handling. Looks good on the outside, plenty of space in trunk, seats fold down very easily. Good all round visibility
I worked with Kyle Goodreau at Steve Lewis and he worked with me and test drove at least 3 cars over the course of 5 hours. He really helped me find exactly what was going to work with me while not giving me any work around. The whole team at Steve Lewis was inviting and made the process very easy.

My Outback is very comfortable and convenient, and has all the bells and whistles I need. It is very reliable and goes through all kinds of weather. The drive is quiet and smooth, and my 2 golden retrievers fit in the back.
This five star rating is for our salesman Derek. Not only was his knowledge about the vehicle top notch, he made taking a test drive feel like a ride with an old friend. He stayed with us throughout the entire process, made sure we were taken care of and had everything we needed, and even came in on his day off when I picked up my new car. Although the vibes from the finance department and a few of the other salesmen walking around were less than stellar, our experience with Derek was above and beyond enough to earn the dealership a great rating. Thanks Derek! Our kiddos are loving our new Ascent!

This car is superb in snow. I have to drive to a hospital for work and need a reliable vehicle. I have found comfort, ease of driving, and security in this SUV. I highly recommend it.

I thought this vehicle was a great car for the value. It drives well, and has great "get up and go." It's a great family vehicle, and has plenty of cargo space for all of the gear hauling you do as a parent or active person!

First time owner of a Subaru, but I had heard they were safe and reliable. Purchased a 2016 used Outback. I love everything about it, and I love the customer service by Subaru and the local dealership. Plus, one of the safest cars on the road. I love the driving experience.
Matt did a great job helping me find my new car. He was friendly, helpful, and professional. I love my 2019 Impreza. I would recommend long Subaru to anyone.
Very Good Car ! - Some Issues

Very happy with this car mainly because I have 6 cyl. version. Therefore no issues with acceleration. 10 way power driver seat, V6 power when I need it, Lots of safety features such as lane departure warning, low speed front and reverse crash warning. Blind spot detection warning. AWD system does have some jerky shifting at low speeds. Nav/Info/Entertaintment screen sometimes goes blank. But overall, very happy with this car. It is the top trim, so Im not sure I would feel the same with the lower trims.
We went looking for a used vehicle and like everyone else we wanted a good deal and a pleasant experience. Well, we found it here at Long when we purchased a certified used Outback. Good value on the vehicle, excellent customer interaction from our salesman David Fayard (really knows his vehicles) and just over all a good experience.

This is my adventure car. It is great in the rain and snow and for heading to the mountain trails. The ground clearance is great for the rough mountain roads. Love it.
I had been looking forward to seeing the New 2019 Forester. So while my 2009 Forester was in for an oil change I took the opportunity to see the new model. While I was in the show room I spoke to Melissa Spencer who answered my questions and offered a test drive. I was so impressed with the new model in the show room, on the test drive and with the low pressure conversation, that I thought about it over a few days and looked at the literature from the dealer and on the Subaru website. Later I downloaded fromt the Subaru website a report of the car with the options I was interested in and emailed the information back to Melissa and asked her to start the processes of locating one. Ordering the car was straight forward and the expected delivery time I was told was pretty accurate. As soon as the the car arrived Melissa called and I made an appointment to see the car and finalize the purchase. (I also brought home the operator manual from the car to start getting familiar with all the new technology). The next day when I arrived at the dealer the car was ready for pickup but the insurance company had not yet faxed back the required documents and I thought I might have to return the following day. We contacted the insurance company again. While we were waiting Melissa spent two hours making sure the new car was prepped, explained all the new vehicle options including Starlink and Eyesight. Fortunately, the paper work finally arrived and the dealer was quickly able to process the Insurance, Registry, plates and vehicle inspection and also register the car on the Subaru websites so I could go home with the car that day. Over all it was a good experience.

Mechanically sound, good fit and finish. Excellent fuel economy for an awd suv, excellent safety assist features (Eyesight)
Horrendous user interface for all infotainment - I have never sworn so much at a car - all electronic controls were counter intuitive. Some were just plain stupid such as when putting car in reverse, as rear view camera comes on there is no way to mute stereo which is set at same level/station as when the car was last turned off! Even the window controls operated the opposite way I have been accustomed (down position of switch feels like it should be up, etc.)
Another con, I found the seat cushions to be too short (inadequate length under thigh towards the knee) for long trips.
Very odd that a car that could have been so good, struck out in such basic, easily correctable ways. They should fire their electronics designer and borrow some seat ergonomics know-how from the Swedes or Germans - and they will have a very good car!
