New and used 2025 Subaru Solterra for sale near Chevy Chase View, MD

Always excellent service and especially great advice which has often saved me money, thanks to having the same trusted service rep these past six years.

It was a simple, easy process with no pressure at any step. This is our second Subaru we have purchased through Sheehy. With our first car (owned 10 years), whenever maintenance was required the Service department was phenomenal.

This was the best experience I have had at a dealership. The dealership was straightforward and honest. I requested an out-the-door price and they provided a clear written price. I traveled to the area and they sent a driver to pick me up at the airport. On inspection of the vehicle I found an unexpected issue and they adjusted the price to allow me to get the issue addressed. The sales people were not pushy or high pressure. The guy whose job it was to present me the warranty did not pressure me when I said no. I expected to be there for hours, but the whole experience had minimal wait time and I was on the road earlier than I expected to be.

Very positive experience. Bik and Missy did a fantastic job, even though we kept them at work late on New Year's Eve. We are happy with the whole process!

This is my first experience with Fitzgerald Subaru of Gaithersburg. They have customers for life with me and my family!! Their customer service is beyond excellent. John Dutton was my sales agent and he made us feel welcome, very friendly, helpful and polite. I spoke with a couple of people on my visit there, everyone is amazing. The car I just bought was beyond my expectations, excellent condition, great financial program, honestly my experience with them is indescribable. My new Subaru wouldn't start. I drive it regularly, mix freeway, city traffic usual trips avg 15-25 miles. Found out that the battery was drained. Spoke to Farrish Subaru and was able to avoid a tow by finding that it would start and remaining running after using a battery pack to start it. Farrish, gave a me loaner, completely checked the error codes, charging system and replaced the battery with a new higher capacity Subaru battery and called me when it was completed. All covered under warranty. Had a good discussion with the Service Advisors and explanation of probable cause and the increased capacity battery.

My my experience was good. However it was a long way for me to go look at a car. That’s why I didn’t go.

I worked with Vitaliy to coordinate my service and he was great! I was able to describe what I was experiencing and he had an idea of what was wrong immediately.

Although the used car that I had looked on online had been sold, I was able to get a new Crosstrek to meet my wishlist!

The Farrish Subaru service team is excellent. My Service Manager, Jimmy Soto, thoroughly inspected my vehicle and made suggestions on items to watch, without applying any pressure to correct immediately. He also reminded me of my warranty status and things to look out for while under warranty.

Another good experience today. It was my 12,000 mile service. Ashlyn was my service writer. I found her to be very attentive, courteous qnd helpful. Overall the service was excellent. Thanks.

The employees are friendly and courteous. They try to make sure you are comfortable in this environment. They explain what work has to be performed. They do not try to get you to do unnecessary work. I was greeted by two smiling faces. Lynese Hutchinson took responsibility for my car. She kept me updated via text message. My questions were answered immediately.

I brought my car in for a diagnostic to check on issue that I was having with my vehicle. Lynese H. was my service advisor and did a great job of keeping me informed throughout the process. I was initially planning to wait at the dealership, but when it became apparent that the techs would need a longer time, Lynese promptly arraigned shuttle service for me so that I could get a ride home. Lynese described all issues in an easy to understand manner and requested my approval before any repairs were made and expenses incurred. I'm glad that my vehicle is fixed and appreciative of the superb customer service I received from Lynese!
