General service appointment, oil change, tire rotation. One hour was the approximate service repair time. Total time I wait was one hour , 10 minutes. Car was brought up to the door. Very friendly gentlemen at the service desk. Very pleased all in all.

I was able to reserve an appointment in one day. The service person was able to locate a warranty that I was unaware that I was entitled to. On the day of my appointment I was offered an uber and the set finish time was spot on. Nice people. Super clean dealership. Thank you !

A sudden death required my driving the car a long way and that oil change became imperative. Anna booked me an appointment and got me in and out in record time. MetroWest provides excellent services. My 2015 Forester wouldn’t start and needs to be towed to dealership. They were very thorough check out the car. The only issue was battery needed to be recharged. They bought the car back after the repairs has complete.
