This our third time buying a car from Sierra Subaru and we wouldn’t go anywhere else. Michael Conquilla helped us each time and he never fails to put us at ease throughout our car buying experience. He’s personable and very knowledgeable. He listened to us talk about our needs in a car and he directed us to the perfect car each time. We feel valued as customers and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend both Michael and Sierra Subaru to anyone who was looking to buy a car. We live in Huntington Beach where there’s a Subaru dealership near our house but it doesn’t compare to Sierra so it’s worth our time to drive to Monrovia.

Had an overall great experience at Subaru Santa Monica. They were easy to work with and made the buying process straightforward with no major complications. The staff were friendly and helpful, and able to accommodate our needs to get the purchase complete. The location was nice and enjoyable to be at!

The people who worked at the desk were very kind and polite. They took the time to explain everything that was done. But whoever worked on my car did not reset the alert that says my car needs service. So every time I start my Subaru it states i need immediate service. I have also been waiting on a sensor part for my Forrester since December 2022. I have not heard anything yet and have reminded them about the part twice already.

Service was quite fast when I brought my car in for something I thought would take a few hours. They had it done in about 1 hour and I was quite pleased.

My 2024 Subaru was in for it's first checkup. As always, the process for efficient and pleasant. The employees are nice and informative. Excellent job for regular maintenance of my car. The service desk knew exactly what was needed and explain the nature and time frame. I was asked if I would like a complimentary car wash which was great. In the past I did not know if this was standard. It was nice to be asked.
