There was an issue with the original order that I placed but the team at Haldeman Ford found a resolution. The General Manager ( George Abel) and Sales team ( Brandon Z and Kevin) stepped up and delivered ( above and beyond). No one is perfect . The way they took ownership and handled the issue at hand leads me to recommend this dealership without reservation. i would go back for my servicing needs and if I do need another vehicle.

It was my first service visit every thing was done in a timely mannerall so the Clark at the receptionist desk were very helpful and professional about all my needs, all so the waiting area was comfortable and had complementary coffee for customers.

Had a great experience start to finish with Richard Parrott at Koeppel Subaru. From initial test drive to discussing the buy / lease decision and getting a great offer on the lease, I'm super happy with my new car. Richard was always super-responsive and I really appreciated the no-push sales approach. I'd happily recommend him and the Koeppel dealership to friends who are looking for a new car.
