Service and a salesman helped today figure out the subscription for the GPS system. I don’t like the idea of having to pay for the gps after 1 year of ownership on Toyota but I guess either you pay for the connect drive gps or use your cell phone car play (which is what I decided to do). Dealership showed me exactly what I asked for without trying to upsell me or change what i was there for. Was direct with me regarding status of one of the cars we had asked about. Was great at multitasking multiple clients without long wait times. Was knowledgeable and upfront on banking requirements and financing options before even running credit. Paperwork was quick and everyone was able to answer my questions. My mother had a great experience and we were there to get her a replacement vehicle. She left happy and excited. Dealership was family friendly. We drove over an hour for this Dealership and will do it again in the future.

I told them they are making a mistake because I was going to purchase a car for my daughter. This past Friday I did just that. My daughter and I traveled to High Point and dealt with Vann York Toyota. We were just looking when a salesman came out and asked if he could help. It was Greg Reantillo and we had some questions about a couple cars in the lot and a couple we had seen on-line. Greg was very helpful, knowledgeable about all and any car we had questions about. He was not pushy, didn't act like he had something else to do. He took his time with us and my daughter whose decision it was liked him so Greg sold us a car!
