New and used 2025 Subaru WRX for sale near Royal Oak, MI

This was a recall on my audio system. When I got the car back, all three of the FM stations I had selected were gone. Of course, I can put them back, but why were they deleted? The good news is that the car was done in the time I was told it would be and someone in Service was kind enough to show me how to set the clock--which isn't easy on the 2018 Impreza.

Very good, no pressure, honest experience. The salesman, Alex, listened to any concerns we had and acted on them. My only mixed reaction was the financing. As to the online financing, I filled it out but I don’t think the dealership looked at it and offered a local credit union financing. We wanted to put a large amount as a down payment by they advised us to get a bigger loan ; that banks wouldn’t bother with smaller loans. I question this, but didn’t know how to do this with online financing.

Great service and great people. I have been coming here for years and I know they will take care of my car as if it were their own. They are friendly, knowledgeable and I’m always in and out in no time.

All went fine. Not sure why a tire rotation costs $29 almost. I get coupons from places where the entire oil change with tire rotation is less than this. Grant it that's for a regular oil change not synthetic but even those coupons aren't much more and include the tire rotation.

My wife and I have a long-standing relationship with Suburban Subaru, dating back to our 2009 Forrester. We are now in our 5th Subaru (and 3rd Outback), and the team rallied quickly through some internal changes to make this a completely satisfying experience. Thank you, Dustin and the entire team.

My Outback's ABS lights went on and I lost power steering. LaFontaine was the closest dealership to have it towed to. I called ahead to let them know what was happening and the tow would take about 2 hrs to get to them, and I would need a rental if possible. When we arrived it was a quick in take and they had my rental ready to go. They texted and sent video of the repair process, which made it easy to respond to while I was working. Was able to approve repairs over the phone, nice and easy.

DeJuan Wiley is the best. Very helpful, he listened to everything we said and led us in the right direction. Love the vehicle.
