This car is unbelievably practical, well made and good looking. It has great gas mileage and is extremely reliable. I have never had ANY issues with it. I once went on a ski road trip with 4 of my friends and we all fit comfortably with all of our ski gear in the back & skis on top! I am so sad to say goodbye to it. I am only selling it because I am graduating Medical School and starting residency in NYC in June.

I bought the Chrysler 200 C just today, the staff services were great! they are very friendly and easy going. They got clean cars. You would love to check out their cars! I would highly recommend it for anyone!

We are a sub fam. We were originally looking for an Outback and still will pick an Outback over anything, but we also really like the crosstek! It’s comfortable, reliable (AWD IS A MUST HAVE UP HERE IN THE NORTH EAST), mileage is also great, we only fill up once every two weeks for pleasure driving. Back seat is spacious if you don’t have any children in a car seat or if you have a slim car seat. We have a graco forever for our two year old and it does take a bit of space but nothing too bad. Just wish it had a bit more space in the trunk. But we only plan to have this car for a year until we get a ‘19 or ‘20 Outback for more roadtrips, so we are more than happy with this car where we are at in our lives right now.

Two months ago I went into Suburban Subaru to trade in my Ford Focus and had the pleasure of working with Michael Avanzini. My 1st Forester is a 2009 turbocharged model which is still going strong with 110,000 miles. The newer Foresters offer safety and convenience features mine doesn't have so I decided to upgrade. The 2019 Forester no longer offers the turbocharged version so I opted for a certified pre-owned 2018 XT Touring which has a turbocharger. I love the vehicle but because the turbo is no longer available, the used turbo versions have become quite pricey. I am keeping the old one for hauling dogs, lawn equipment and towing my utility trailer. The new one will be just for people for now. The vehicle is just the right size. I am 6'4" and would appreciate a little more leg room and thigh support but the Forester is as comfortable as any other small SUV I checked. There is plenty of headroom. The turbo does require premium fuel and has a lower mileage rating. With the turbo and sports tuned suspension, it is a fun vehicle to drive and worth the money to me. In over 10 years, the older one left me stranded only once when a drive belt broke after 100,000 miles. Based on reviews, I expect the same reliability from the newer one.

I really enjoy almost everything about the car. It drives well, good features, good mileage for AWD. I wish the body was not so low to the ground ( easy to scrape on curbs etc ) but I want a sedan and it seems all sedans now are low like this one nowadays.

The only concern that I had was the fact my leg room may have been less then I had hoped for. Other then that it was an outstanding auto.

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. This is a review of my SELLING experience to Carvana. I listed my car on Craigslist and was approached by an outsider buyer named Jan. She introduced me to Carvana, which I never heard of before, and it's process. She was very helpful and walked me through the process. The first deciding factor for selling to them was that they offered me the best price (vs. CarMax, Auto Nation, Trur Car). Then I realized the process was super streamlined. All I had to do was upload my documents and, after approval, schedule an appointment for the pickup of my car. Carvana sent a truck to COME TO ME to pick up the car. The driver (Lauren?) was very courteous and pleasant to work with, too. The pickup process, which included a one-mile test drive, took no longer than 20-30 minutes. Immediately after loading my car to their truck, I was handed the check, which I immediately deposited without any issues. My selling experience from being contacted by buyer to getting the check took just 10 days! (Would've been even faster if I was more timely with uploading my docs.) I'd highly recommend Carvana for selling your cars!

This vehicle is the perfect mix of performance and comfort. The power isn’t too much nor little and it fits the vehicle nicely. The cornering is impeccable and is worth noting. You couldn’t go wrong with this car.

Don, the sales representative, was just great. He is very respectful, worked so hard to get me the best deal, always follows up with me, and made sure that I was completely satisfied. I have been leasing cars since i started in my industry in 1982, and I have never gotten the same manufacturer of a vehicle twice in a row, let alone gone to the same dealership twice in a row. So since this is my third straight time here, I think that says a ton about James and Don. I strongly recommend both of them. You will be so happy to work with them!!!!!!

Brought my sprinter van to get the radiator replaced on 10/25/16. did not drive much since (3500 miles) and today I open the hood because of a noise and saw the front grill was broken and held by a zip tie and the clamp of the turbo hose was tight so hard that it ripped the hose. They were the last people to work on it and they never told me about it. Not happy at all and of course they won't do anything about it. This is what i thought. The service manager Shawn Leline contacted me by phone and with no question ask, he reimburse me for the turbo hose and bought a brand new grille for my van. He was very courteous and kept his words to the end. This turned out to be a great experience and proof that there is stiff few people who keep their words. Awesome job. Thank you

When it comes to safety, reliability, value for the money, and best of all it's performance in the snow, Subaru is hands down the VERY BEST. I would challenge any other car brand to beat any of these qualities in a car . . . no matter what the price!!!

I have been looking for a new Jeep Salesperson for over a year --- after a 29 year relationship with my family we sadly lost our salesman last year. I have visited multiple dealerships and dealt with countless people only to leave in complete disappointment. From the moment I walked into Suburban Farmington, I had a good feeling. Cher is amazing! I have to be honest and say -- as a woman, I do not normally enjoy women sales people (c'mon girls don't always get along, let's be honest). Cher was friendly, knowledgable and laid back. There was no high pressure sales and she was willing to get what I wanted. I was in search of a 2015 black Grand Cherokee Altitude edition, which is a rare vehicle. She was confident they could get one with no issues and she was right. After discussing price, they were unwilling to move enough for me so i left the dealership. This is when I got a call from Rob Love, who asked what he could do to help me get the vehicle I wanted. We worked on price and financing for several days --- Rob was patient and knowledgable and never lost his cool with me even though I can say honestly I'm pretty demanding. I met him in person when I went to pick up my car and he was great. I also met Brad Marshall when I picked up my vehicle. I am a Leader Dog for the Blind Puppy Raiser and my 6 month old 60 lb yellow lab was not only under his desk but sprawled out in his office and Brad was nothing but accommodating to both of us. He sold me on a lifetime warranty and the tire and rims warranty for 5 years and the price and benefits was awesome. Great experience --- and while it took a few days Suburban got me exactly what I wanted at a price and financing that made sense and worked for me. I couldn't ask for anything better and they gain me as a customer for life as long as Cher is there!!

I've had my 2018 crosstrek sport eyesight for 16 months so far--- on my THIRD RADIO so far--- AND 10 other VISITS to dealership for UPDATES, UPGRADES, REPROGRAMMING, etc--- thinking of seeing a LAWYER to SUE subaru for a FULL REFUND ---THAT way they can keep GUESSING ON THIER ON TIME, NOT MINE ANYMORE--NASA can send a spaceship FASTER to the SPACESTATION than subaru can fix their RADIO PROBLEMS--- E M B A R R A S I N G

Funnest car ive ever owned. Fits some kids and a girlfriend, but its better by yourself. I wouldn’t travel very far in it but overall it’s great.

I had the hood of my 2013 2500 HD Silverado fixed in the body shop. When I got the truck back not only was the whole outside of my truck washed, but the inside was also cleaned out. Excellent service!! Thank you.

Bought it new in Oct 2011, fantastic in snow, I live in a hilly area of PA and still get 28 mpg local and 33 mpg on trips, only issue I had with it was had to replace front wheel bearing, which i did myself. Takata air bag issue was fixed promptly by dealer, very satisfied with car and dealer, Minooka Subaru Moosic PA.

I purchased my Camry at another dealership. I was not pleased with the service department regarding warranty issues. I now have my car serviced at Szott Toyota and couldn't be happier! All of the service techs do a great job and service manager Brian Michelin is great!! Brian, no matter how busy, always takes time to listen to my concerns and has gone over and above to correct issues l've had! I drive 50 miles one way to have my car serviced at Szott and it is well worth my time and peace of mind! Joe D.

I especially like the room in the back storage area, i had to use it to haul bags of leaves when i first got it and could haul 8 bags, I can put in 2 golf bags easily, and for traveling its great.

The Subaru Legacy is an excellent vehicle. Subaru has nailed the practicality formula with this vehicle. It is large inside, gets excellent fuel economy, has strong mechanical components (engine, trans, AWD system), and is a perfect family vehicle, though the engine is lacking in power. However, and this is a big, however, the Subarus are NOT built for your comfort. The seats are comfortable enough, as is the ride comfort, but the lack of refinement is alarming. The vehicle is loud, brash, and has little concern for luxury. The interior trim is cheap plastic and rough to the touch. There is very little sound deadening, a decibel meter read 79 decibels at only 50 mph, unacceptable in modern vehicles. Reliability is something great to be concerned about, and Subaru offers an excellent package for reliability and practicality, however, the lack of concern for refinement and quality engineering, especially in todays market, is bad enough to make me sell the car. In a modern market, reliability is something that can be found in most vehicles, but modern interiors have improved far past where Subaru is currently. Want reliability, get a Toyota. Need AWD, get a Toyota RAV4. Your comfortable bottom will thank you for it.

I have leased and purchased a lot of vehicles in my life, and I have never been treated so well as I have at Serra. This was my second lease from Serra, and I will definitely return for a third.

2012 Cruz 24,500 miles sounded like Bird chirp'n inside top of engine. Repair tech found #3 plug loose, removed and reinstalled to correct torque ..... I had to pay, why ??? Service says plugs are wear item and not covered by 6 year 100K mile power train warranty ????. Spark plug OK, did not need to be replaced, just installed like it should have been when the engine was assembled ... dah. !!!!! No different than an engine compartment noise because loose engine mount or alternator loose - not installed correctly - and have to tighten fasteners ??

To be honest, the car is great. It looks and feels great in and out. The seats are stylish and the dash is sleek and has a large touch screen (mines a Sport model). However, there are downsides. I love how cool the screen is, but not having buttons feels dangerous. I have to look down too much to hit the buttons since I can’t feel then like a regular radio/whatever. Secondly, whoever thought it was a good idea not to make he cup holders round is crazy. Half is curved, but then it’s straightens out to look like a short bullet shape. What this means is that no cup is secure and the drinks bounce around and when you learn about it it’s from spilling coffee all over in your brand new car cuz you went over train tracks. Third, the transmissions jerks sometimes when you let off the accelerator. When it downshifts you can feel the car since back as the transmission starts to stop the car when it should be saving energy by coasting. These I’m told are normal traits in the car. Lastly, the 28mpg city rating is false. I get 20 in the city driving like a grandpa. Apparently these things suck when the engine is could and my 2 miles commute sees the worst efficiency I can imagine for a brand new 4 cylinder with such a good rating. All in all though, I like it and it’s a sexy car.

Great car, but battery died after 6 months and Bloomington Subaru didn't make it easy to get it replaced. This is a known issue with Foresters.
