I purchased it used in 2022, it had 76k and now has 96 in 2025. It's 4wd with the 5.7 Hemi in the Overland trim. It hasn't given me any trouble.

My daughter needed a new car and I have tried contacting many of the local Kia dealers in regards to cars they have listed on their website. Metro Kia of Madison was excellent with communication and follow through the others didn't respond (1 finally after a week) in a timely manner. While it wasn't in stock, it was expected to be in soon. So one of the sales associates let us test drive his personal car that was the same make and model. He was polite and answered all of our questions.

Owned a 2015 Sorrento since 2018. It's a great SUV, very comfortable and smooth quiet ride. Lots of power (v6). No issues only routine maintenance.

I purchased this car as a second car and to use with my RV. This is a 2014 Rogue Select. After a lot of looking, I found a 2014 Rogue Select with 14,600 miles. This was confirmed in the Carfax report. After going thru the car completely, I have found 2 things that need repaired. I have driven Nissans with CVT transmissions of over 20 years. If you keep up with all the maintenance then you shouldn't have any more troubles than with any other car. It has the Nissan 2.5L 4 cyl engine. This engine has been around for a long time. This is a very basic car. I will be upgrading the Headlight to LED (GTR Ultra 2), Installing a mirror dashcam system and a tow hitch. I wont be installing Fog Lights. The audio system is marginal and will be upgraded in the future. I haven't decided about the aftermarket warranty as the factory warranty expired a long time ago. So far this car is a good ULTRA LOW mileage used car. It is reasonably comfortable rides well and has an acceptable level of performance. I think it is a good car for the intended usage.

As a woman it can be intimidating buying a new car. This dealership goes above and beyond to win your business. I cannot say enough about their customer service. There are no games being played. They are a wonderful dealership. Buy here without any hesitation!

Now in my 6th year with my 2017 and still like it. My complaints are simple. Needs larger fuel tank, better gas mileage considering its size and engine, would prefer manual transmission, and get rid of the xxxx engine shut off function. Love the size, comfortable, still seems solid. My only repair was replacement of the satnav unit that crapped out.

This has been one of the Best vehicles I've ever owned. It is probably The Most Reliable car I've ever had. The only negative in my opinion is the paint job the Manufacturer did or the paint they used. Other than that it's been a great vehicle.

Brian stayed in touch with me, eager to meet with me and help in any way. He showed me the cars I was focused on and didn't try to steer me in another direction. A very nice experience. Haven't completed the sale. Probably going somewhere else.

This car has very good off-road capabilities as well as a good quality/price bring but it has certain recurring problems like the fuel pomp and ect...

I've had mine for 12 years I've driven it a cross country 6 times. It is a fantastic vehicle. I pulled a small travel trailer and it didn't change my gas mileage one bit. From IL to LA California never a problem.

Had been shopping for another brand but when I test drove this car I fell in love. It was quiet, smooth driving and riding. Price was right for me.

Purchased this car used in 2017 with 42k on it. Currently at 144k has the 2.0l and AWD. I’ve switched immediately to full synthetic, done coolant flushes, and changed all fluids. We have 2 Escapes now 14/16 both with 2.0 and AWD. Love them. We do the preventative maintenance. Hopefully we hit 300k. Most of my previous vehicles have done 266k and 400k.

For the first time I drove this car, I feel very satisfied. I like the sound and the smoth engine sound while ecelerating. I love everything about the so far anyway.

Owned this car for over 10 years and had 0 issues. Great family car that will fit 3 car seats across the middle seat. So much leg room for older kids as well and was a top selling feature. Numerous bells and whistles that are similar to newer cars like lane departure, blind spot and 360 camera view.

Susan who is the owner of this car dealer shop is wonderful. She worked through the approval and purchase process in a timely manner with us. They are very talkative and makes it like you are also their family. Our family car broke down so I and my husband decided to check them out for this 2018 Honda Odyssey. Turned out we made the right choice to go to them for this family car. We loved the minivan. They also have many more luxury and wonderful cars at a cheaper price! Check them out! This is a follow up review, I did have to change the head gaskets out on my 2010 forester. I've seen this is common, once again, the work is able to be done by a DIY mechanic. Since 2020 Ive had to change the ignition coil, spark plug wires, head gaskets in February of 2024, and also the crankshaft position sensor. The car had 165,000 miles when the head gaskets needed changed. So far it has 173,000 miles and still runs well. Also changed were the clutch and throwout beairng, and another timing belt change. It still runs very well, the exhaust is getting rusty and have had to fix that, overall its been a good car. I've owned it for 12 years and the ability to work on it yourself is what I really like about it, it isn't fast, but its quite utilitarian and my dog loves it as well. So if you don't mind working on your own stuff its one of the easiest cars to work on with the way the engine is oriented in the longitudinal position. I've always changed the oil every 4-5000 miles since I've had it, the heads and valves were completely clean. I'd say if one keeps up the servicing on these they are good vehicles to own. Not looking forward to when it blows, they don't make plain cars like this now adays.

My 2016 Honda CRV Exl has a problem with the push button is not starting until about 3 or more pushes , after each push the lights in the dash comes on with a click sound, but no start up , until several pushes.

My dad bought this car around 2010. Used it, gave it to my mom, my mom gave it to me in 2020. Rarely had issues. Hearty car, withstood my neglect. Never needed anything other than oil changes. It got totaled in an accident last week. I'm grieving the loss. This car was a champion until the very end. RIP Barbara.

I have a red 2017 Jeep Cherokee that I bought used, and I love it. I live in the blue ridge mountains of Virginia and this car has been able to deal with everything i've thrown at it. Deep snow, muddy trails, icy roads... You name it. I have the V6 and I can hook up a heavy uHaul trailer and go up and down all the mountains with it. My wife even hit a deer in this car... It obviously had to go to the repair shop, but my wife was safe. The only thing that bothers me a little is that you can't slam on the brakes and throw it in reverse... You need to stop completely, take two seconds and then put it in reverse.

My wife and I purchase all of our vehicles here from the great sales team. The amazing service department is what keeps us coming back time and time again!

I bought my Equinox new off the lot in 2015 to be my winter driving car. I’ve had it for 10 years, and have driven it 60 miles round-trip in some of the worst winter weather in the lower 48 states. The Equinox held the road well on ice, in slush, and in deep snow on days that I was on the road before the snow plows. It has always been reliable and has never left me stranded. I’ve had no major issues in over 107,000 miles. I appreciate the cargo space which is much better than the newer models. I regularly recommend Equinoxes to my friends and family.
