I'm 65 years old and have owned many cars and trucks all my life and this Tesla is completely different from anything else you will drive. People make fun of Elon Musk but he and his engine ers hit it out of the park with the Model 3 ! It looks great, drives like a dream, very quiet, instant acceleration, and "one pedal" driving where you never have to touch the brake. And all the different feature that the car does you can set up to your liking and most can be operated by voice commands. The car receives automatic "updates" over the "air" from Tesla so it is constantly getting better and learning new things.

We have great service experience every time we come here and have an issue or just doing maintenance for our Durango SRT. Hooper is awesome, very friendly and helpful. Hooper went above and beyond in writing a note so that I can show it to the shop that previously changed the wrong size oil filter. Will definitely come back again.

I've owned my 2018 Tesla Model 3 Long Range AWD car for 5 years and 65,000 miles. Over that time, the only maintenance I've done has been wipers, wiper fluid, tires, a 12v battery, and cabin air filters. The car has been a blast to drive and flawless. I was able to find a single paint run on one of the mirror caps. Tesla offered to replace it, but I never did. It's not noticeable. Panel gaps are better than the Camry I park next to every day.

I have had my Model 3 for four years. I have had no problems after the first week. I have taken it all over the east coast and have not had any issues finding Superchargers. The only issues with charging is that the superchargers often do not charge as fast as advertised.

What a spectacular experience. I usually buy used cars, but went ahead and purchased a new 2023 Q8 Prestige. The ONLY person to work with here is Ahamed Eboo. He is wise, professional, transparent, and listens to each and every one of your wants and needs. This level of professionalism has, for the most part, dried up in the car business, not with him and not with Audi of Marietta. This place is very modern and amazing. Before the purchase he guided us every step of the way. Then upon arrival of our 2023 Q8, we went to the dealership and he made the purchase 1000% pain free. I would buy again when I am ready. He sits in the car with you for 45+ min and shows you each feature. Which you usually take 6-12 months to discover by yourself. Not with him, it was important to him to make sure we saw all that this amazing beast of a vehicle has to offer. I bought my midrange 2018 Tesla 3 in Dec 2018. Although the battery is not impressive range wise, this car has been so impressive over the more that 4 years I've owned it. The comfort, quietness, amazing sound system, make it effortless. Every drive is like the first (although w many updates on power, even faster) drive at delivery date. I have over 70,000 miles on it and have not had any issues that are major. I have bought 1 set of tires and had rocks hit me so 3 windshields, all paid with insurance. We have taken this Tesla on so many road trips to Houston, Yosemite, Zion NP, Las Cruces, Sedona, Phoenix and San Fransisco from SoCal. We just traded in my husband's 2018 3 on a 2021 3 AWD/Dual motor for our longer trips and bc we were losing our HOV tags. All in all these are fantastic cars and we keep buying them. Can't imagine how much we are saving in gas, probably $1.600 a month since we are professional musicians and drive so much!

My appointment on today was once again a great experience at Infiniti of South Atlanta. Although a few technical issues existed with the computer systems on today, we must keep in mind the fact that sometimes technology will have its hiccups, and as customers that is beyond our control, but for Chris Marrero, despite the inconveniences such hiccups may have caused, he continued to push through with a smile on his face as he assisted me by continuing to provide great customer service. In the end, he explained things to me as it relates to my car while working closely with the technicians assigned to do the work, they were once again able to provide an uninterrupted and exemplary service. Yes, I will be returning soon to have the compressor placed on my car as I look forward to Chis Marrero assisting me with my car needs. Continue to shine Chris and THANK you!!

This is my second Model 3, both 2018s. I ended up trading my first one for a Model Y but ended up having to get rid of the Y and bought another 3. My first one was a LR Dual Motor and my latest is a LR RWD. All are amazing as long as you take the time to become accustomed to what living with an EV (and more importantly, a Tesla) require to utilize the technology and how to incorporate them into your life. It's great having up to 300 miles of range each morning with my home charging and autopilot, when used appropriately, is a game-changer for anyone to use on lengthy trips. The 2018 Model 3 is a great car, especially with gas prices reaching up to $7/gallon in my area.

This dealership is the best one I’ve been too in all the 35 years for which I have been buying cars. Both Michael Thompson and Mohsen Toosi helped us reach our final decision and they covered tag and title cost. In other words, they processed our title transfer and license plate with no doc fees. Again, let me repeat, there were no documentation fee’s. This transaction was cheaper and less painful than buying from a private party. If you need a vehicle this is where I would go. I will be back when we upgrade our Mercedes Bluetec which we fondly call our “Memphis cruiser”. Backstory: Our son lives in Memphis and so we drive back and forth monthly or as often as he tolerates. 😊

I recently purchased a 2018 Tesla model 3 from BMVW and I had an excellent experience with everyone at the Dealership. I appreciated that there was never any pressure to purchase the vehicle after I test drove it. The whole process went smoothly. I would recommend purchasing a vehicle with this Dealership you will not leave disappointed, Also I had a charging station installed through a company that BMVW recommended and the guys did an excellent job. They went above and beyond to install the equipment and to made sure that it looked good (aesthetically) on the house.

The finance manager, Khalid Kanan who was extremely professional and knowledgeable, provided me with several options to choose from which would suit my budget. Buying Experience: My buying experience was outstanding and extremely extremely customer friendly. From the low/no pressure environment, to the speed of the transaction, as well shipping the vehicle to the location of your choice - at no cost. In fact, my family and I have purchased several cars in the last decade with Drive a Dream being the most satisfying. As mentioned, my sales associate, Steve Brant, was top notch. Moreover, Steve's coworker's from John his fellow associate to Basim Galla the General Manager, are extremely helpful and made the buying process extremely satisfying. I went to Carmax on 4th of July. The place was not super packed, so that was great. We had a little 9th month old on tow, and were nervous that it would take us all day to shop. The only thing that took a lot of time was waiting for a sales man. Apparently, the new young guys at the front were more interested in flirting (yes flirting) with each other and playing around than realizing that we needed help or just plainly asking us if we were being helped. That really bothered me, as we wasted 30 mins just sitting dumb. The front desk girl was no help.. she was the one to tell us to sit and wait and then no where to be seen. Finally someone professional and extremely courteous walked by ... the service manager. He quickly apologized for our wait, and brought along Daniel Claudio. I am SOOOOOOOOOOOooooO thankful he did. Danny was professional, kind, humble, hard-working, and just all the way a pleasure to work with. He represented Carmax the way it should be. He took the details of what we were looking for and walked us around to cars that would fit our needs. The second car (nissan pathfinder) was a recommendation from him... and that was the car we bought. Danny if you're reading this... THANK YOU!
