Nice staff, great selection of Tesla vehicles. Good prices. It took a while to get seen but they were short staffed. Unfortunately I wasn't able to get the car. But I will be back for it soon.

I’ve had my M3P for 5 days and I freaking love it! Controls take some time to get used to where everything is. I’ve had maybe 30 cars and this is my favorite by far. I highly recommend if you’re in the fence, just buy one. You only live once!

Absolutely love my Tesla. So much so we bought a 2nd one for the family. Smooth drive and zero maintenances in two years. Frequent software updates means I got new features long after purchase. Though I do suggest avoiding FSD. That's vaporware and will not be released in the lifetime of vehicles sold today.

This car is like something from the future. Five star crash rated, zero gas required, no oil changes or maintenance. And quick!!! This car moves and handles like a race car. This is the best vehicle I have ever owned. I’m excited to drive it and I love every moment of the experience

So fast, stable and responsive! Like being squirted out of a hose when you hit the accelerator. Comfort is first-class, too. I have had back surgery, but I never get fatigued or sore in this car, not matter how long I drive for. I couldn't say that about my Porsche's. So many "WOW" features, I feel like I learn something cool about this car every time I drive it. You will NOT be disappointed!

The best car for the money on the market today. It drives much better than my old "German Engineered Road Sedan". Handles corners better than my old Porsche 911,

Dealer incentives and Ford's incentives made shopping here a better choice. To get the deal I needed. Prices were a bit better than other dealers.

My husband has been badgering me about getting a new car to replace my 17-year Prius and we casually discussed acquiring a Tesla. He found CBT on Cars.com and sent me several options to look at. I was more concerned with the ratings of the dealership than the car as I work in customer service and know red flags when I see them. This site has absolutely terrible reviews for CBT and I was extremely apprehensive about even driving an hour in the rain to visit the dealership. All things said, we went anyway (the husband wouldn't give it a rest) and I have never had a car buying experience as easy and pleasant as this one (don't tell him I said that lol). He made an appointment with Norman who literally had the car we were interested in pulled up to the front of the dealership before we arrived. When we arrived Norman was with another customer and asked Angel to help us (I hope she bought a car!). Angel was very nice, gave it to us straight, and was very accommodating. We saw one car, test drove it, and we were ready. Angel sent us to Frank to discuss funding and that too was seamless, quick, and just an overall pleasant experience. Frank was super friendly and chitchatted with us and even threw in a charger for our Model Y. He gave us examples of how he, his friends, and family all love their Teslas. Just a genuinely nice guy. I know this business you have to put up a facade to get sales, but you could tell this guy was kindhearted and loves what he does. We did not want the $3k rims/tires that were on the car so they switched them out and Frank told Angel to be sure he got us good tires. From there we finalized everything with Sean. The former ball player who was super easy going and told me us about Tesla insurance and connected us on the app. The process was fantastic and everyone we dealt with provided us top notch customer service. It's only been a few days but we are very happy with our purchase and car buying experience.

They fixed some cosmetic issues with a car that I wanted to buy, Tal is also set to perform another minor fix to the car I purchased from them. I was referred to Felix by my uncle and he was not wrong about the quality of their service. Jonathan from the Service Department assisted me with 2 issues I had with my Equinox that were still under warranty. Making an appointment over the phone was much easier than doing it online, but as soon as I dropped the car off at Felix, Jonathan took care of everything. He updated me on the status of the vehicle and gave me a timeframe of when he expected the work to be completed. My car was in the shop longer than I had hoped, but I?m just glad the service techs were able to figure out the problem and fix it. I did notice an issue after I picked up my car, but Jonathan was right on top of it after I reported the problem. They resolved the issue in a timely manner. Everyone I came in contact with at Felix was very helpful and kind. I?ve been to other Chevy dealers before but Felix Chevrolet is top notch.

William in the service dept is and always has been the model ALL of your service representatives should follow, especially the younger guys! William truly does care; he listens and goes the extra mile to help and fix whatever he possibly can- we've been dealing with Will since 2017 and wouldn't want it any other way- he's the best- HE is the reason why we stay at GMC. -Salvador and Priscilla Elias

Great selection of cars! The staff is very knowledgeable & friendly. They are upfront with all their costs and worked with me to get me in the car I wanted. They have a great showroom and staff. I highly recommend!

Paul Joval is awesome! He's knowledgeable without being pushy. Me and my husband had texted Paul earlier in the week regarding a SUV we saw online.
