The moment I got the demo car onto the highway, I thought to myself, “I LOVE this car!” Which rarely happens. I test drove both the Model 3 and Model Y in snowy conditions, and had not a single bout of fear that I may lose control. A few weeks ago, when we were getting a winter blizzard, I was driving my Mother home from Boulder. It was snowing about 2” -3” per hour, people were spinning out all over the place. Definitely the best used car company around - highly recommended! I came here since they happened to have a specific car I was interested in and was amazed at the excellent service and low pressure sales. Zeke was wonderful to work with; he handled everything independently and it was great to not get the run around with multiple managers and sales people. He got me a fair price for my trade in and when the car I bought had a few mechanical issues (100k+ mi so not unexpected) he went above and beyond to figure out the issues and get me safely on the road. Next time I'm back in the market for a car I will definitely be contacting Auto Quest.

The Tesla driver interface is unique, but becomes second nature and pretty good in just a few drives. Interior is very comfortable, quiet, and spacious, but a bit sparse for the price point. Performance is great but the inability of virtually all EVs to meet their EPA range estimates without going downhill with a tailwind is disappointing. Charging at home is great. The Tesla charging network works very well as does the Tesla app on your smartphone. We have seen none of the build quality issues others have previously noted. Tesla customer support for us has been good and responsive as we’ve worked through questions and bought accessories. Overall, with weight and aero being determinants of EV range, the Model Y is a very well designed vehicle. Aero drove the exterior design and weight the interior. The resulting looks are either something you like, or not, but for their purpose, they work. Right sized and shaped outside, very spacious inside. Recent price cuts made the value decision one we could live with. Compared it with every other EV of its size and very happy with our choice.

Been shopping for a 2024 Maverick for about a month online. Had some other contacts with Ford dealers in the region. The Sound Ford folks very quickly offered one with features I wanted and even got it below MSRP. Made an appointment, paid cash, drove away in about an hour and a half. Good customer service, very considerate folks. In my case, I paid cash, but they seemed well set up to discuss financing if needed and trade-ins. No last second changes, added fees, delivered what we all agreed on. Kinda what buyers want so they can figure out what they can get. Also compare this review to what Pierre Ford in Lynnwood offered (after they knew what I requested and would pay cash: $2000 above offered price if I didn't finance with a "preferred lender" and have a trade in. Plus, the cars they wanted to show had all kinds of stuff I didn't ask for. Give Sound Ford a try, they seem very straight forward if you want a car. Thanks.
