I love everything about my 2017 TRD PRO Cement Gray 4Runner "except" the ENTUNE system. The Quick Text message system only works 1 out of 20 times. Not very useful when hands free safety is concerned. Dealer R&Red the Entune system, however replacement Entune has same problem. Not happy as this adds to the danger of handling a phone instead of using the Entune Quick Text while driving. The Entune system Quick Text didn't work with either of my new Samsung or Moto Android phones even after I changed phone carriers. Also the right side touch screen buttons on the original Entune system failed as well. Very disappointed Toyota. This was my second 4runner purchase. Other than the Entune system, a perfect vehicle IMO.

The dealership was not able to find the specific car and accessory packages I wanted, but the salesman, Gio, did an excellent job searching their network for vehicles and keeping me informed. I will definitely give them the opportunity to sell me my next new car. Highly recommended. I've taken two of my previous Toyotas to this Greeley dealership for service since 2010, even though it is an hour and a half drive each way. I will continue with my new 2025 Toyota.

I have the 2017 Cement colored TRD Pro. I love everything about it except the EnTune system where the Quick Response works inconsistently like 1 out of 10 times. The dealer replaced the system but even the new replacement exhibits the same issues. Quick response text fails the same way with my Samsung and Moto android phones. The original Engine system right bank of touch keys stopped functioning soon after warranty. :-(. But it was replaced by the dealer since I had a history of complaints about the inadequate Engine Text Quick Response....it still fails to send the Quick response message 9 out of 10 times and reports a error message. Dealer tried updating SW but that didn't work Other than this we love our 2nd 4Runner. The other 4 Runner is a SR5 Sport V8 4WD. We love it as well

I purchased a 2017 4Runner TRD OffRoad brand new. This is the second one we"ve owned the first one being a 2007. This is the best vehicle we"ve ever owned. If your looking for alot of bells and whistles this is prbly not the ride for you. If your lookin for something durable and rugged then look no further. Great off road features, smooth ride and ample storage makes it a winner. Except for having to replace the hood latch this beast has been trouble free. The halogan headlights are way outdated and I replaced them with LED. As of this review I had an appraisel of 29,000.00 with 75k mi and I paid 36,000.00 brand new. Would like to get a pickup but I don"t know if I can part with her.

We were visiting Salt Lake City, driving a rental Toyota Corolla and needed help pairing our Apple i-phone with the car's sound system. Even though we had not bought a vehicle from Mark Miller Toyota we were warmly greeted by receptionist Rika Medina, who quickly located a staff member to assist us. Moments later, Jonathan Denanda came to our assistance and patiently walked us through the process. In no time he linked our phone to the rental car system and explained various functions so we could maximize our listening experience. Jonathan was patient, courteous and very knowledgeable and we were very grateful for his expertise. It made our four hour drive to several Utah state parks much more enjoyable having our curated "soundtrack" to go along with the magnificent scenery. I bought a used 4Runner from Findlay Spokane with Riley as my sales associate. I can't speak highly enough of the integrity the used car sales team has. After the sale an issue developed with the vehicle I bought that required some repair work not covered by the warrantee. I live about 400 miles away from the dealership so couldn't just bring it back there for the work. Trent and Luis worked with me throughout the process to get the issue resolved to my satisfaction. Great service guys! What you would expect from Toyota!

Overall is ok, but buying process takes too long like around 7 hours, didn't leave until close to 11pm at night, sale staff and I didn't get a chance to look through the whole SUV, by the time I've gotten home (2.5 hours), I've noticed front passenger side wiper was separated, detached from the housing unit, I've attached it back to my best ability, doesn't quite look right, I'll go through a local Hyundai's dealership for the repair, also the cargo cover was missing from the vehicle, but it was listed on sticker, I've called my sale person (Eli M.) the next day to informed him, at the time of the this writing, ten business days later I'm still waiting for the replacement from the dealer.
