One of the last SUV’s with a real 4x4 and towing capacity. The engine and transmission lasts longer than anything similar. Not the greatest mpg but this is greatly off set by reliability and longevity.

Worked with Alonso C. in the used car area. Had previously researched the vehicle I wanted (2018 Chrysler Pacifica) and he made the process easy, non-confrontational, and easy. Let me start by saying thank you Tamara! I had to take my Ford in and it was diagnosed as needing a catalytic converter. They had given me a price and I took it to my service manager and they asked me to get more quotes. Tamara took the initiative and called B & B muffler shop in Cleburne got the quote and then she actually after approval delivered the vehicle to the muffler shop and made arrangements to bring it back after the service. That's called real customerservice! I hope other people in customer service will read this and take it to heart! She didn't have to do any of that, but she did it willingly and even before I asked. I can't say thank you enough! John
