I?ve consistently had terrific service from Gabby Thomas and the team at McDavid Honda in Frisco! Gabby keeps me informed while I (usually) wait in a clean and well-lit waiting area equipped with water, vending machines, TVs and free Wi-Fi.

My wife drives this vehicle and she is a small gal. She said it fits her great and rides very smooth. Gas mileage isnt the best but she doesnt drive it everyday so its not a big deal for us .

I had a great experience at Toyota of Plano today. Chris was my service advisor and provided exceptional customer service from start to finish. He was informative, attentive, and made sure we were comfortable while we waited. He even surprised my daughter with a slice of pizza—such a thoughtful touch that really stood out. One of the last SUV’s with a real 4x4 and towing capacity. The engine and transmission lasts longer than anything similar. Not the greatest mpg but this is greatly off set by reliability and longevity.

My only complaint about this vehicle is the two tone interior. I feel like the color should be consistent. Other than that, this SUV is the total package

I live in California and while visiting my daughter in Fort Worth my 2011 FX50s broke down needing a starter. I called the Infiniti dealership in Dallas which was close and they told me that they may not work on it because of its age. I contacted Grubbs Infiniti in Grapevine and they immediately told me that they will fix it so I can drive back to California. They did exceptional work and and the service manager was attentive to any questions or concerns I had I recommend Grubbs and super satisfied with the work done on my 2011 FX50s.

Jose the Sales Manager listened to what I wanted and found the vehicle at another dealership and brought it over. Briana in Sales showed me all the features and explained how everything works.
