My wife drives this vehicle and she is a small gal. She said it fits her great and rides very smooth. Gas mileage isnt the best but she doesnt drive it everyday so its not a big deal for us .

I continue to get my car serviced at Toyota because of the customer service Joel Caspers provides. He's friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The work is always great. If there is an issue he will make sure its taken care of in a timely manner.

One of the last SUV’s with a real 4x4 and towing capacity. The engine and transmission lasts longer than anything similar. Not the greatest mpg but this is greatly off set by reliability and longevity.

I brought a battery purchased a year ago, 2024, that has 84 months of warranty and asked to be tested and if not working assess probation and replaced. Toyota employee asked me to provide proof of purchase. I did not have receipt from a year ago. I asked him to check in his system using car history by VIN. He said each Toyota dealer is different. I did not think the issue was name of the dealer rather the centralised Toyota dealer system dealers use. I mentioned this battery was used just one year with 6 more years to go. He replied he doesn’t care whether purchased a year or many years ago. All they need was proof of purchase. How many people keep receipts for years? If something of big value was purchased, it will be kept as long as needed. Gentleman was not willing to check in Toyotas’ Sysem. I did not appreciate that type of poor customer service. I finally asked him how good/bad my battery was. He told me to take Toyota’s battery to Oreily or Auto Zone and get it checked. Another disappointing comment. Toyota should find constructive solution for its products and parts to its customers. Gentleman should not redirect customer concern to other business like Oreily or Autozone Hopefully, this type of poor customer service will be properly addressed and soon corrected.

This Car met all my needs. It has plenty of legroom in the front and back .The ride is good love it , Compare to other cars that i tested

I approached buying my Miata with usual fear and trepidation... price was a concern... I didn't want to part with my 2001, yet thought it was time. Lori was very patient and relaxed. At one point I decided not to buy and she, without argument, placed it back on inventory. Also, at other points I'd dealt with Mark and Luke, co-workers with Lori--all cooperated with each other in a very professional and friendly spirit. I had two issues under 30 day warrantee--I was given a loaner car and was called in 1/2 day that car was ready! Location is a problem, gps a necessity for someone new to Dallas. I can now find it after 8 or so visits, but laugh when I finally do get there each time. I'll probably return for service, as I have a warrantee contract, though it allows me to go elsewhere. I feel I have some real and honest friends there, a good experience.

I was shopping for a RAV4 on cars.com, and acquired about a car at Cowboy Toyota. Luis Santos replied and was helpful and professional. He knew I was shopping at other dealerships, and he helped me work quickly to get to favorable terms. For whatever reason, most dealerships will not negotiate a final price by email and want you to go through the hassle of coming to their place to negotiate more. Luis Santos and Cowboy Toyota did not do that. He took my emailed offer to his manager, and we wrapped up negotiations quickly so that I knew I was coming to their dealership simply to purchase the car and fill out paperwork. Once there, Luis helped the paperwork go smoothly and had the car clean and ready for me to drive away. Luis Santos and Cowboy Toyota made what's usually an unpleasant process pleasant again. The best way I can describe this dealership from both sales and service is to say that it is the way customer service should be done. The values placed on the consumer is something both old world in terms of respect, and new world in terms of how to manage the experience and maintain long term relationships with their consumer. My vehicle was bought used and needed service six months after purchase. I must commend both the service writer Jessiel Cortez and the service manager Krista Polito for their professionalism and kindness above all expectations. I am immensely happy with my decision to both buy my vehicle from Sewell, and trust their service department to manage my automotive experience. To put it simply: I don’t know why anyone would go anywhere else for a car.
