Today I had my 2014 Lexus ES 350 Mark Jacobson package serviced for the 80,000 mile checkup. Today my mechanic Camaou surprised me with a video of the work he was performing on my car. What an astonishing idea and extra tool to take care of the customer. I’ve owned a 2022 Toyota 4Runner sr5 for around 2 years now and the whole time I’ve put that thing through basically xxxx, and it has never ever broken, or had anything wrong with it, it may not be considered a truck to some but it sure has driven better than any truck I’ve ever driven, the 4Runner is a beast

I had a very good experience with LOCO Motorcars. I found them to be very honest and attentive to the needs of the customer. They honored their Word with "everything they promised" this is paramoount to car buyers. I highly recommend them and can trust them.

Not the most technologically advanced but that is what I was looking for, keep it simple! The features it has are the important ones, at least to me. This is my third one since 2011 and I love not having to bringing them in for repairs.

I have it serviced approximately every six months and when I get it back from the shop, the car runs so much better every time. Amazing build quality…you can feel it in everything. The last of its kind. Buy one while they’re still around. Don’t buy if you’re concerned about fuel mileage. Trade off is drive it easily 20 yrs without replacing hybrid battery packs and CVT transmissions. Old school bulletproof reliability and quality.

From beginning to end I have loved my experience. Henry was fabulous in handling my salde. He has a great de.eanor and was very patient. Vincent was superb in how swiftly he had the deal done and was very informative with the options offered. Brandon was super nice in answering my calls in requesting courtesy shuttle and made a point to meet me personally upon my arrival. Everyone else (I did not get their names) were super helpful. What stuck me was how professional the sales staff was and extremely nice, willing to make sure I had my needs met. I have not bought a car in 13 years and have always loathed the process. I dealt with Ali he gave me one of the best quote in the nation! He was so great and professional. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of getting my own financing first and then picking out the car I wanted. I wanted a 2022 Highlander but I couldnt get more money for it from my credit union unless I cancelled the loan I already had and re-applied for a higher loan. I couldnt stomach risking being left with no loan.

I want to preface this by saying I did not end up actually purchasing a car just yet but did want to come on here and say the sales staff I worked with (Daniel the Salesman and John the Sales Manager) were incredible to work with. Very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. Told them at the beginning I wasnt looking to buy that day and never once did I feel pressured. Got all the information I asked for in a timely manner, was able to answer every question I had immediately. If I do end up going with a Mazda they have definitely earned my business.

Really like the staff, and the manager. Especially SooAh was very friendly and easy to work with. He was very professional and walk me through every step with all the details my car needed.
