Traded 2023 Highlander Ltmd AWD for 2024 4 runner because it was sadly disappointing. Chose 2024 4runner before they ruin it with the 2.4L turbo & electric motors the 2025 is suppose to get. Have a 2022 4runner we love so why not have another as our second vehicle. Both are TRD Off Road models and seem to go just about anywhere you dare with surprising results Everytime ! Good visibility,great comfort, enough room and safe & reliable.

Exactly what I’d expect from Toyota. Ended up trading in my 2014 4Runner and haven’t looked back. Super reliable and great in snow! I love my TRD Pro!

The process was pretty smooth. I also really like the option to return the car within 5 days and the 30 day warranty. All in all, they treat you right and take the worry out of buying a used car! Just bought a 2021 Highlander from Mountain States Toyota, and I couldn’t be happier...unless maybe it came with a lifetime supply of snacks in the glove box. From start to finish, the experience was smooth and (dare I say it?) actually enjoyable. Quin and Steve were the dynamic duo I didn’t know I needed, super helpful, low pressure, and they somehow managed to get me excited about floor mats. I also had a chance to meet Patrick, the manager, who popped in like a friendly boss in a sitcom. Supportive, laid back, and clearly runs a tight ship. Trey in finance made signing paperwork way less painful than expected. No pressure, no surprise add-ons, and only a few pens mysteriously disappeared during the process (I’m watching you, Trey). All in all, great people, great service, and a great car. Highly recommend Mountain States Toyota. I purchased a new '21 Outback from Mark Berger, after my '19 was totalled by another driver in a rear-end accident. Mark was very helpful and responsive, and very attentive to details and my questions. I had to drive 4 hours to Boulder to pick up the car, and he was very patient with my scheduling that trip. He and the team there were professional, courteous, and very timely with every aspect of my purchase and follow-up. I'd give 6 stars, if I could.

When I purchased my truck the sales and finance department were amazing. I was about to pull out of the parking lot and the finance manager came running out to let me know they just got a better interest rate! I went back in and a few minutes later I was driving away with a better deal! After getting the truck home I received a call from the salesman asking if I was happy and how my experience was. I let him know I was happy but that the aftermarket bar light wasnt working and that I didnt particularly care but he sent me a new light anyway! I cant say enough about this dealership!
