When I purchased my truck the sales and finance department were amazing. I was about to pull out of the parking lot and the finance manager came running out to let me know they just got a better interest rate! I went back in and a few minutes later I was driving away with a better deal! After getting the truck home I received a call from the salesman asking if I was happy and how my experience was. I let him know I was happy but that the aftermarket bar light wasnt working and that I didnt particularly care but he sent me a new light anyway! I cant say enough about this dealership!

Just bought a 2021 Highlander from Mountain States Toyota, and I couldn’t be happier...unless maybe it came with a lifetime supply of snacks in the glove box. From start to finish, the experience was smooth and (dare I say it?) actually enjoyable. Quin and Steve were the dynamic duo I didn’t know I needed, super helpful, low pressure, and they somehow managed to get me excited about floor mats. I also had a chance to meet Patrick, the manager, who popped in like a friendly boss in a sitcom. Supportive, laid back, and clearly runs a tight ship. Trey in finance made signing paperwork way less painful than expected. No pressure, no surprise add-ons, and only a few pens mysteriously disappeared during the process (I’m watching you, Trey). I ordered from this dealer, even though it's 45 miles from me because the sale rep knew the Mach-E very well and had a car I could drive. Ford dealers closer to me were clueless if not down right stupid when it came to the full electric Mach-E. A few glitches on the delivery but over all a very good job by the sales person Brandon. Great ride!
