This is the 2nd car I’ve purchased from them my first sales associate was Richard 3 months ago my rav4 was totaled in a wreck so now i got a 2015 Sienna with the help of Alex who is The ABSOLUTE best he helped with everything and made my shopping experience a good one definitely recommend shopping here every one is nice and they have really good pound cake
I must say that I was pleasantly surprised with my car buying experience at Stokes Brown Toyota Scion of Beaufort. The sale process went very smoothly in large part due to my sales agent, Kirbee Fields, who was very helpful and stayed calm throughout the entire process....even when I wanted to get a little uptight. I can't say enough about Kirbee and the entire team at this dealership. The atmosphere is great and everyone seems ready to help. I would definitely recommend Stokes Brown Toyota Scion if you're in the market for a vehicle. At Stokes, they make it happen!
Tom, the salesman was very nice and helpful. We were in Michigan trying to help our son in Georgia, who is in the Army, purchase his first used car. We wanted to make sure that the dealership didn't "see him coming" as he was only 19 and not experienced at all. Tom helped us through the whole process and made our son feel comfortable.
This is the best dealership I have been to. The sales process was fast and easy. They helped me find exactly what i was searching for. Will be back in a few years to trade in for a newer model. Robbie was great, really went out of his way to help me out. Jessie made the deal great and Dana made sure my vehicle was covered.
I found a vehicle on cars.com that was on this dealer's lot. The listing was extremely thorough and honest, which helped me decide to make the trip to look at and drive the truck. John made sure I knew he was onsite to help if needed, but otherwise left me to look the truck over in peace. No pressure at all. The actual purchase was quick and easy. We found a few problems with the vehicle that I truly believe the dealer did not know about and John has already made efforts to help with that. Meredith has been in contact regarding title and registration. Service after sale A+. Would use Kellers for my next used car purchase.
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
Ridgeline service visit. Service Advisor, Eric Singleton, was outstanding beginning with his initial phone call to me to confirm coupon discount to the service visit. Professional, courteous, knowledgeable. Experience could not have been better! Thanks HHH and Eric Singleton!
We went to look at Toyota 4 Runners. We were taken given a test drive from Amanda Mendiola. She was very helpful and we were able to get a quote to take home. We then went looking at other dealerships for a week to get other quotes. When we returned, Amanda immediately recognized us without us saying anything to her and remembered what we had looked at together the week before.
We had found a different price online and Amanda had them match the price for us. Amanda spent most of her time with us and she was very personable and very honest. Aaron Thomas also helped assist her some in the process. We then were passed on to Kirk Pennamon, in financial department. You would think he would just be about all business, but he too was very personable and very honest and he gave us a bunch of helpful information about the vehicle and buying cars that he did not have to even talk to us about.
We appreciated the non-high pressure sales atmosphere, where we did not need to buy right then and there on the spot. We were able to take our quote home and compare it to other mandy dealers and then return to get the car we wanted. Some other dealers did have the "buy now, high presssure sales" and that then made us return to Savannah Toyota.
Then, on top of that, we had won a TV in their "spin the wheel" price drawings for new car buyers, after we bought the car that night.
We had a good experience in buying our car and would recommend them to others.

I was having a hard time trying to trade in my Ford Focus every dealership turned me down because of the negative equity I would have with a trade in. Then I found Savannah Toyota & they helped me every step of the way in finding a car that was good for me & my family! Not only did they take my trade in but they paid $5,000 more than what it was worth & helped me out so much! Erica Johnson was the best sales representative that I have ever worked with I strongly suggest you go here & ask for Erica she was extremely polite & went above & beyond to help me & my family!
Savannah Toyota has very friendly knowledgeable people. I came in for an oil change and they discussed the condition of my car but and did not try to charge me for additional services. The downside was that it took 2 hours even though I had an appointment.

Wonderful car buying experience on my first brand new SUV (2017 Toyota Highlander). These guys worked as a team and made this the best experience I have ever had. I shopped around for a month and this was the last dealership I visited and they are wonderful to deal with. I stared off speaking with Erik Nothem in the internet department and Eric Williams assisted me because Erik Nothem was with a customer. The sales managers Justin Patrissi, Justin Ward, and Bob King all did an amazing job!!! The Finance Director William Hampton and the other F&I Managers made the paper work very easy and fast!!! Mike Taft, the General Sales Manager, was excellent!!! I would highly recommend Savannah Toyota to my friends, co-workers, and family!!!
I bought a 2918 RAV4 on 11-21-17. My salesman (Richard) was great along with everyone else except the Closing Manager - Glenn. He was extremely pushy and high pressure. My wife and I were both very disappointed. He would not accept no for an answer. I almost backed out of the entire purchase as a result. Just thought you should know.
