Went above and beyond on my Odyssey

I took my Odyssey in for repair last year when cylinders were misfiring. This was due to a flaw in the Eco mode that caused oil to get on plug and foul the pistons. Service memo allowed them to repair 3 last year. When a 4th started misfiring, the service team at Grainger, and my service advisor, John Kleckaushas, went above and beyond. Because this is a pretty involved repair, the Service manager contacted their Honda representative to explain the situation and initiate an appropriate response. After Honda's response, Grainger repaired the remaining 3 cylinders to insure the problem would not reoccur, and John kept me informed throughout the process. Repair was done quickly and efficiently and the service team was pleasant an accommodating throughout the process. Thank you.
