I bought my Avalon new in 2011. I absolutely love the way it drives and handled and the comfort! I have made 18 trips between Dallas and Albany, NY without one single problem. It is a very comfortable ride. I am not selling it just praising it as I love it.

The sales person was very well knowledgeable and allowed he customer to make decisions at the customer own pace. Roley was very good at his ability to provide good directions in the purchase of a Lexus Vehicle but did offer different suggestions in order for us to decide on the best product with a fair price.

We always buy Toyota for low maintenance and reliability. We just purchased a 3rd used for our daughter. We are overall very pleased...3 issues. 1. Toyota Entune - the BlueTooth media system is lousy and impossible to operate. Very disappointed with that. The front seat could be more spacious, and when the rear heater is in use, the middle console gets very hot. Overall, however, for comfort and dependability, we love this car.

The very best non "luxury" full size 4 door. The usual Toyota top shelf fit & finish, styling & dependability. Best feature, for us, 27-36 long distance mpg in a roomy, roomy (Im 6'2") interior. Also Imao, sharper looks than its Lexus cousin.

I have the sportier 2020 TRD and this is a flawless car (purchased a dealer car in '21 with 8k miles - I can prob sell it for nearly what I paid for it 4 years later). Roomy.. powerful relative to the price.. gas mileage is shocking.. routinely shows 31mpg on longer drives.. JBL sounds system.. People always asking me about it because of the TRD package. Looks great, drives great, Toyota reliability.. And now that they stopped making it, it's holding its value. If anyone wants a bullet proof car with a world class v-6 and a performance tune.. this is your car.

The absolute best vehicle for the money. Yes, you can buy other brands that are higher priced but this vehicle is by far the best I have driven. The sense of security and comfort is what I rate this vehicle for.

Great car but my 2019 Toyota Avalon Hybrid Limited got 42.4 mpg when new but only gets 35 mpg now. I'm 75 y/o and drive the speed limit always. Average 35 to 40 miles per hour. Does anyone know why. Dealer is no help answering this question.

We recently purchased a used Jeep Wagoneer from Heller Ford in El Paso, IL, and the entire experience was nothing short of fantastic. Awesome car. The features offered in the Toyota Avalon fit my "needs and wants" categories. This car is comfortable, efficient, easy to drive, and is generally a GREAT car. The fact that it is my fourth purchase of a Toyota Avalon is testament to my satisfaction.

My Avalon is a pure pleasure to drive. It has Toyota reliability, outstanding styling inside and out, and a large trunk capacity for traveling. I could not recommend a better sedan.

They have a very nice Explorer SportTrac Adrenaline that I like very much. I contacted them on what engine it had, V-6 or V-8 and they responded promptly. They seem to specialize in nice 20 year old cars with very low mileage. Check out their inventory.

I purchased a 2006 brand new. I fell in love with it. Everything was perfect until now. I haven't been able to drive for a couple of years so it stays parked. I learned that if you don't put some use to it and just keep it parked, you will discover problems which are more my fault. I never had any problems until I got sick and stopped driving. I refuse to let my car go because I plan to drive again and it's the most reliable, quiet and comfortable ride. When I would give others a ride, they loved it! I'm just annoyed that toyota doesn't make that style anymore. The space, reliability and comfort is amazing!!!

2022 Avalon limited hybrid, 19,000 miles no issues. Fully loaded and easily comparable to Lexus ES 350h. Leather door and seating upholstery stitching and comfort and much more make it comparable to Lexus ES 350. Rear seat folds to easily hold bicycle in trunk( Lexus ES 350h rear seats do not fold). Love this car. Only complaint is OEM Hancook tires are only par but will be replaced in time.

I came in with my Daughter looking for a nice car for her. We left with a great car, great deal and great experience. When we walked in the door we were paired up with sales associate Travis who introduced himself and got going figuring out what she wanted. Never once did he push. He set us up to look at 3-4 vehicles and 2 to test drive. We drove, the car that was eventually purchased, and came back ready to purchase. Travis carefully talked us through the purchase process. He was very careful to let us know that there was an open recall on the vehicle. We traded in her old vehicle and received a (more than fair) offer for it!. As we were going through the payment / signing process, he kept stopping in to see how we were doing . The gentleman who helped us with the paper work was pleasant and very helpful. When the decidedly un-painful process was over, her car was ready, clean, with a full tank and ribbon-on-top. Travis saw her out of the garage and on her way. Plus he recommended a killa pizza joint for dinner. Kudos Sir and kudos to CarMax.

This the 2nd avalon limited I have owned and I bought both "newly" used because of the low Miles and cost advantages. I have absolutely loved my 2019 Avalon Limited, it gets great gas mileage for a big roomy and comfortable vehicle, and came equipped with a lot of bells and whistles normally found on premium luxury cars. In my opinion, this car is by far a better "Value" than the Lexus ES models, yes, you can get the same features on the Lexus as you will find on the upper-end Avalons, but it gonna cost you a lot more. In making a decision to discontinue the Avalon line, Toyota has made a conscious decision to force those of us who love the Avalon to look at the Lexus ES 350 line in the future. So, it's gonna cost me more in the future to maintain the comfort level found on the Avalon. But, remember, Toyota owns both Lexus and Toyota.

We bought a Lexus from here today. By FAR the best buying experience I’ve had. I had originally inquired about this vehicle a month prior but it was already reserved. The original buyer dropped out so Rosalie Isern contacted me. Ms Rosalie was very knowledgeable- she informed us of everything about the car and all the warranties and got our phones set up with it. They gave a very fair trade in value for our vehicle and were very kind and courteous throughout the whole process. Definitely recommend.

Purchased my 2021 during May- this car performs beautifully, the 300 horsepower car gets into traffic with such ease, the cabin room excellent- drove to Florida from New Jersey, felt like we drove only a few hundred miles, but we drove over 1500 miles one way-would drive this car without any hesitation. Plan to keep this car for many years. Would highly recommend this auto would give it a 10 star rating Hope they bring back the Avalon with the amenities we have with the 2021 Avalon-- Good luck with your Avalon if you have the the privilege to own one-- Happ[y Avalon Driving!!!!

Hi good morning to all. I wanted to apologize to the El Paso Honda dealership. I purchased a 2023 CRV Hybrid and truly thought I had made a mistake. At 70, yrs of age I believed it was just to high tech for me. I had a hard time trying to accept the fact that Hybrid vehicles did not have what I was looking for. I also thought that the gas tank was empty! I posted a review that was not very nice. It was my mistake and wanted to reach out to apologize. The sales, service, and finance departments did an awesome job. I wanted to thank the Sales Associate, Thomas Calderon, for assisting me from the time he introduced himself to me, my son and daughter-in-law. I am so sorry i jumped the gun and i know that I will enjoy my new vehicle. I have owned two different Honda vehicles; I am sure that this one will be just as dependable as they were. Excellent vehicle with a lot of options compared to other cars in its class. I am happy with the exterior and interior look. On long trips it is very comfortable and 31+mpg on the highway. Around town on Sport+ it is fun to drive, just wish the car came with better stock tires, the OEM Bridgestones are OK when new but after 20K miles no grip. The engine is great sounding and reliable. Toyota's adaptive variable suspension works well on all modes. Soft when in normal mode and very stiff when it's in sport+ mode. I enjoy the 360 camera, apple car play, driving modes, heated seats all around and steering wheel. All the USB-A & USB-C ports available for charging is nice to have and the ambient lighting is a nice touch. My only complaint is in the interior quality fit and finish. I know it's a Toyota so I expect the plastic on doors and some trim pieces but in the rear deck/C pillars I get some rattling noises and when the sound is up - the bass amplifies the rattling noise. I feel like the fit and finish could've used better quality control. I tune it out with music loud and lowering the bass. Other than that I love the car, I love looking at it and hearing it every morning and driving it daily for years to come.

I was interested in working with this dealership as a few people in the area who know dealerships and cars recommended this dealership. Everyone was friendly and the dealership has a good ambience. I worked with Beth Clemmer who is very knowledgeable and not a high pressure salesperson. It doesn't seem to be a high pressure place and the sales people like working there.

I bought a 2012 Avalon 2 years ago, my mechanic told me it was one of the most reliable vechicles on the market . I absolutely love the vechicle . My only complaint is that I’m 6’2 and it’s too low to the ground and my head nearly touches the roof when I’m behind the wheel. If this vechicle was a few inches higher it would be a luxury vechicle for a life time . I highly recommend this vechicle…

I bought this car for my retirement. This will be my 3rd Toyota. I have owned the Sienna XLE and the Matrix XR. My son still drives the 2007 Matrix. Luxury, comfort and reliability. This car is a joy to drive.

I had a 2000 Avalon and wanted to keep it forever. Well it got totaled in the hospital parking lot. The best car I ever owned! I decided to get the 2020 Avalon Flex. Beautiful car and rides really good. I am a Toyota person, good cars ! Never had any problems with them other than everyday wear and tear. Great CAR!!

I own a 2016 Toyota Avalon, bought it brand new in 2016. This is by far the best car I ever purchased, a little expensive but worth it. Currently has 74K. Never had a single problem with it. As long you maintain regular maintenance, this car can last for several years. I will buy Avalon again in.
