Used 2024 Toyota bZ4X XLE for sale near Hasbrouck Heights, NJ

Car was nice with exception of the high price and rusty rotors. It was just previously washed before seeing it. Made it hard to see if there were any flaws. It is about $10-12,000 more than it's worth.

Unfortunately, I made the mistake of getting my own financing first and then picking out the car I wanted. I wanted a 2022 Highlander but I couldnt get more money for it from my credit union unless I cancelled the loan I already had and re-applied for a higher loan. I couldnt stomach risking being left with no loan.

Service manager Elliott Heaney did a fantastic job! My 2010 RAV4 had to be towed in for service due to a roadside breakdown on June 5. When I first talked to the service scheduler they said the soonest they could work on it was June 21. Later that day Elliot called me saying they received my vehicle from the tow service. I described the problem and the service date to him. He said he’ll try to at least get diagnostics run on it to see what the problem was. When We talked the next day he revealed the problem and said they’d try to work it into their schedule. Long story short, my RAV4 was repaired and ready for pick up on June 21. Elliotts customer service exceeded my wildest expectations and was second to none!! It was the best auto service experience of my life!! Thanks Elliott!!

I recently bought a used Tacoma from Mountain States Toyota and had a great experience. Quin was easy to work with, really honest, and made the whole process simple. There was no pressure at any point, just solid help and communication. Shane from the BDC also did a great job keeping everything organized. He made sure things were ready before I showed up, which saved a lot of time. The Tacoma already had some tasteful modifications, which was a huge bonus. It was in great shape and exactly what I had been looking for. Overall, everything went smoothly from start to finish. I would definitely go back when I’m in the market again.

Price was fair but they did not include the title and taxes in the listing price which would have been helpful. Also, they tried to charge me $1,200 for spiffing up the car but when I took it to my shop, they found that the air filter was filthy. They had said they changed it.
