Recently purchased a new Telluride. Everyone including Eli (sales) and Richard (finance) were absolutely amazing. So glad I decided to take my trade to Kia on Atlantic. No one tried to push anything on me (sales= purchase; finance= warranty). Eli brought several cars around a let ME decide if anything was the right fit and, in the end, we got the right vehicle for our family. Eli spent several hours and pretty much the whole day just for that one sale. So, hats off to him for enduring us. Once I got to Richard, he made everything a snap and was extremely pleasant and not pushy. He answered every question I had and, once again, was very patient, personable, and relaxing to deal with. So glad I stopped in at Kia on Atlantic. Best decision I've made in a long time!
2024 Toyota Corolla Cross Hybrid review
3,000 miles in my 2024 hybrid cross and no issues, just great transportation, safety and value. All the safety features work great, there's lots of available power; it's a comfortable driver and the cargo capacity is great, for such a small car. I've had many Toyotas, all bought new from 1974 on, but this is by far, the best.

The finance manager, however, did not have the paperwork ready when I walked out and promised me that they would be delivered with the car. The car was delivered two days later and no paperwork in the car. I don?t think anybody needs to beg for paperwork and it should be ready within a few days. Thanks to a wonderful woman who works in sales at the dealership , she FedEx me the papers. That was the only problem that I had and it was very frustrating. I applause the salesman that I worked with and the sales woman.

My service advisor, Michael Martinez (I hope I have his name correct), set the tone for an exceptional visit. He greeted me warmly, clearly explained my service options, and even spotted a nail in one of my tires that I hadn't noticed. Since I'm currently on a road trip from Maryland and will be driving all the way back home, that simple observation likely saved me from a major inconvenience, or worse, during my return trip. I sincerely appreciate his attention to detail and commitment to my safety. I was also impressed by the dealership itself. The facility was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained. The waiting area was inviting, and the complimentary refreshments were plentiful and thoughtfully stocked. What truly set this experience apart, however, was the digital vehicle inspection video. Being able to actually see my vehicle while the technician explained the inspection findings and maintenance recommendations was incredibly helpful. That level of transparency built a great deal of confidence and trust. It's such an outstanding idea that I'll be recommending it to my home service center in Maryland. When thinking about buying “my last new car” I settled on the Hyundai Elantra SEL Sport and headed to Gettel Hyundai on RT 64. And I am so glad I did! Having done my (extensive) research, I sat down with Scott Mintz (sales consultant) and began “the dance”. He provided straight forward answers with no nonsense and no pressure. Understand that I had a number in mind and was not going to exceed that number (outright cash purchase with a trade) After Scott made a couple of trips to the “glass office” Bill Marquis introduced himself as the GSM (the hand-off), I explained the rationale behind the offer and we agreed on a number and we closed the deal. All in all, the finest car buying experience of my life!!!
