My experience with buying a new car was exemplary with Dulane Barnes. Dulane is very kind, professional, respectful, knowledgeable, and responsive. I wanted a very specific model, color, and trim level - which was difficult to find in the market. However, Dulane never gave up - he communicated updates at just the right intervals and found my “unicorn”! I absolutely love my new car! Dulane was wonderful! I highly recommend him and this dealership!

I bought a used car from this dealership several years ago and have been bringing my vehicle here for service ever since. I have it serviced approximately every six months and when I get it back from the shop, the car runs so much better every time. The person I have been dealing with is Scott Mudd and he is the most pleasant person to work with. I would definitely recommend anyone to this dealership.

Service was superb. Price for my 75000 mile checkup reasonable. Service personnel at the front desk were so friendly and HUMAN, especially the fellow from Vermont. Service was quick but efficient and all my questions answered. Great place all around. And great waiting area too.

My wife and I bought our car from Ourisman's Gordy Mueller a little over 2 years ago; we tend to follow Gordy from dealership to dealership because we trust his judgement in helping us select our cars and seeing that the dealership handles maintenance and services for us in a good fashion. Our most recent experience with servicing was a little over 2 months ago. Scheduling the appointment was quick and easy and the handling of the actual service was completed very quickly. All staff were knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. All in all our entire experience in buying and having our car serviced at Ourisman has been extremely good.

Every time I go to Jerry’s, my experience has been great. I’ve had my Camry almost 3 years and have NO problems with it! I love the free washes and the warranty where servicing has been free! The only thing I don’t like is when I’m there, my name comes up on the computer, so my salesman asks if I’m ready to upgrade to a newer model.

If Kiersten didn't tell me, I would not have known she was new to Toyota. She has the knowledge, and such a wonderful personality. She was a joy to work with. From beginning to end I have loved my experience. Henry was fabulous in handling my salde. He has a great de.eanor and was very patient. Vincent was superb in how swiftly he had the deal done and was very informative with the options offered. Brandon was super nice in answering my calls in requesting courtesy shuttle and made a point to meet me personally upon my arrival. Everyone else (I did not get their names) were super helpful. What stuck me was how professional the sales staff was and extremely nice, willing to make sure I had my needs met. I have not bought a car in 13 years and have always loathed the process.
