We have just leased our third Lexus from Lexus of Rockville and our salesperson, YK Oyefusi. YK has always giving us outstanding service and attention. His upbeat personality and energy makes him a joy to work with. He has made the pain of car buying easy and less stressful by taking note of our likes, dislikes and budget. The whole team that we worked with make you feel valued and we really appreciate that. We could have gone anywhere, but when we thought about it, it only made sense to go back to YK and the folks at Lexus of Rockville.

My experience with buying a new car was exemplary with Dulane Barnes. Dulane is very kind, professional, respectful, knowledgeable, and responsive. I wanted a very specific model, color, and trim level - which was difficult to find in the market. However, Dulane never gave up - he communicated updates at just the right intervals and found my “unicorn”! I absolutely love my new car! Dulane was wonderful! I highly recommend him and this dealership!

6/19/23 - I found the exact car I was looking for on cars.com, and purchased a RAV4 at Jim Coleman Toyota in Bethesda. Everyone at the dealership was professional, no pressure, and respectful. The sales professional in particular, Mr. Luis Cortes, made the experience very easy and enjoyable! He is extremely knowledgeable, kind and helpful. He guided me through the buying process. On 07/24/2025, I had a noon appointment with a salesman at Waldorf Toyota. The salesman was very considerate, warm with a friendly personality and professional. I asked him for the cheapest Rav4 possible. Instead, I got a 4WD Rav4 at regular price. Everyone at Waldorf Toyota was extremely nice, friendly and professional. They made the process seemed so easy. I got the vehicle and the deal that I wanted. I love my new vehicle.

I bought a used car from this dealership several years ago and have been bringing my vehicle here for service ever since. I have it serviced approximately every six months and when I get it back from the shop, the car runs so much better every time. The person I have been dealing with is Scott Mudd and he is the most pleasant person to work with. I would definitely recommend anyone to this dealership.

I had a wonderful experience with Mr. Monir. I also work in the sales profession and have been stressed out while looking for the ideal vehicle. My experience with this dealership was so great . I had an appointment with Mike Davis I came in to do a trade in with my old vehicle because it so messed up . Mike Davis was very patient & took the time to make sure that I left out there in the perfect vehicle . From beginning to end I have loved my experience. Henry was fabulous in handling my salde. He has a great de.eanor and was very patient. Vincent was superb in how swiftly he had the deal done and was very informative with the options offered. Brandon was super nice in answering my calls in requesting courtesy shuttle and made a point to meet me personally upon my arrival. Everyone else (I did not get their names) were super helpful. What stuck me was how professional the sales staff was and extremely nice, willing to make sure I had my needs met. I have not bought a car in 13 years and have always loathed the process.
