Got the XSE back in October and I haven’t had a single issue with it. Inside looks amazing and feels nice and cozy. Outside looks great. I get wonderful gas mileage. Huge sunroof to put down on nice days. Great jbl speaker kit that really can make your bump. Smooth driving can manage anything you would need to from the steering wheel. Great car, probably will drive a camry until they give me a reason not too

We've bought 4 vehicles from them, so far. We have them serviced there, tòo. Always a great experience and there is so much to do. You can eat at the cafe, sit in massage chairs, drink free coffee and much more. Employees are great, too.

Positives: Great fuel economy in the hybrid. Comfortable, smooth ride. Negatives: feels like riding in a coffin- numb, dead feel. Interior is ok, but still very cheap feeling. I pushed though an arm rest yesterday when exiting, too much plastic. Too many lines/busy on the exterior. Not good looking in my opinion.

I had the most pleasant experience today working with Selena. We met at 11am and after her firm handshake, within 30 seconds we bonded and I knew then I was at the right dealership. On the test drive we yakked like we'd known each all our lives. Everything went quickly and flawlessly. Juan was the nicest finance guy I've ever had and I've bought a lot of new vehicles in my 70+ years. I believe everyone that worked at Cherokee Co Nissan smiled and spoke to us while we were there. Very friendly, laid back bunch of folks with no pressure whatsoever. I highly recommend these people to handle your next vehicle buying experience. I hate buying cars, but overall it was a good experience. The sales reps were professional and knowledgeable and found me the car that i wanted. The only glitch is that the first car that i signed a contract for was going to come from a different dealer in less than a week. For some reason, I was called several days later that the car fell through and was not available. They did find me the exact same car within the next 30 days and honored the original contract to include the trade in value of my Nissan Armada.

I had just left my doctors office after receiving some bad news and was very stressed when my engine light came on . I made it to world Toyota and found out what was wrong with my car and how much the bill would be which stressed me out more. Isaiah was so understanding and let me vent with encouraging words. He was, patient, professional and understanding. He text me with updates through my time there and was so kind to me. He is truly an asset to the company.

The facility is great, clean (even the bathrooms) spacious well lighted, welcoming and friendly - overall very positive customer experience — it is a faith based family run business that does not apologize for its faith or values. The business is a high performing one that respects its customers equally regardless of gender, race, nation of origin (but make no mistake, it is an American owned business that flies the U.S. Flag with pride) — Hooah! By all outward appearances it promotes hard working emoloyees who meet the goals of the business unit. The few times we’ve had a problem / concern, management responds immediately and does what is fair and reasonable to resolve the problem / correctly address the concern … The 2025 RAV4-Limited is exactly what we wanted - it’s a keeper, just like our 2006 Highlander is …

I was told that I needed rear shock's by the mechanic but I had my rear shock's changed about two weeks ago, so not sure what the mechanic was seeing that had him/her think that I needed the repair🤔

The service associate was and always is very professional, knowledgeable and kind! The customer service is top notch and absolutely phenomenal! I am always extremely pleased with with the services I receive!
