When I first visited, Valentina asked me if I had a favorite color. Then she asked me to choose my 3 preferred colors in order of preference. By the next day, Valentina called and said that Hillside had my first choice of color, the Cutting Edge, a beautiful smooth and elegant silver. Valentina also did an amazing job in handling the many complex details in leasing my Prius for the first time. 2025 Camry SE is a nice ride. It's almost luxury feeling but kinda sporty as well. Averaging 49-50 mpg. Pretty comfortable and pretty decent power with 225hp so it doesn't feel slow. Pretty happy with purchase and would reccomend it. $31k + tax

The service department has been excellent in maintaining my car since 2005 I have been a customer and my experience has always been great I live in Ramsey and go to Jersey City to have my 2005 Toyota service that should tell you something about this Toyota dealership.

I like my 2025 Camry S.E.. I think it is a nearly perfect car, except for the price of the car, which was too much. I paid nearly $36,000 for this car, but I feel this car's value is closer to $22,000. All cars/trucks are severely overpriced. The quality of the car is outstanding, the ride is taut and sporty, acceleration is more than adequate. The dealer experience was nearly traumatic! It sickens me that Toyota sales-managers can lie so easily and advertise falsely without having to spend some time in jail in an attempt to rip-off consumers!

The service department is always excellent. Even though I did not purchase my new vehicle at this location in 2022 (not by choice, but because inventory of new vehicles of my preferred model was very scarce at the time) they still offer all the benefits of the warranty and extended service plans I signed up for during my purchase elsewhere - making for great Toyota brand loyalty. I work closer to this dealership than the one I purchased from, so it was a pleasant surprise to enjoy working with this dealership right from my first visit. I especially appreciate the shuttle service they offer to take me home and back when there is going to be a long service procedure. Also, I have a choice to schedule online or by phone, and I like having both options. Finally, the explanatory videos taken by the technicians when they have finished the job are great to have both at the time, and later at home when I want to review and fully understand what they said once more.

I’ve owned an 03 Mustang Gt w/ a soft top The only reason I mention that is because I loved that car for the feeling I had while driving it. I get that same feeling with this car, but don’t feel like I’m in a Tin Can. I’ve only owned it 3 months and have driven 8,000 Miles, so far, it seems like the most responsible decision I could’ve made when buying a New Car.

This is the best Camry in the last 20 years! The tech is awesome, reliability is the best, and the gas mileage is unbeatable. I will always recommend a Camry to everyone because of the price and what it offers. Toyota is not cheap but it will save money down the road!

Their ratings are high because it is definitely well deserved usually I would be skeptic thinking it would be many fake reviews but after our own experience at Hillside Toyota their reviews are truly legit!!! Their cars, trucks are amazing. Their customer service especially the one who helped us whose name is Valentina is excellent, professional, helpful and she is so cool. Any questions we had was answered. Anything we did not understand she went beyond to help us from beginning to end. Definitely ask for her for above and beyond service and assistance. On top of that first day got some awesome yummy popcorn and the last day bagels and coffee. We are new to the new technologies in our truck and she explained everything and even set up everything for us. Thank you Valentina and Hillside Toyota.

The best part is how there are absolutely no sneaky dealer fees. All you pay is the advertised price, $75 admin fee and whatever tax and registration fee. Great deal and fast transaction! There should be a snack station while waiting and the coffee station needs to improve a little. people who buy cars sometimes have to wait for them to finish and would be nice to have something small to snack on after a big purchase! overall gilbert was great!
