After I'd done my research, I called a bunch of Toyota dealerships in my region with my "fair" price. Classic, unlike many other dealerships, did not play around. They immediately got to a friendly price and treated me with respect. They never made me wait for a callback or a return email. They were on top of it from step 1. They also never wasted my time with any "that's as low as we can go" stuff, and to their credit they didn't try to cast aspersions on their competition the way some of the other dealers did. They stayed honest and respectful. Their sales manager emailed me a day later to see if there was anything else they needed to do to earn my business. I told them what my lowest quotes were. The manager told me, in a way that was both confident and reassuring, "We are going to earn your business. We don't lose deals over a few hundred dollars."
After a few very friendly, enjoyable emails back and forth, he got near enough to my price that I was very happy. Later, he closed the deal by offering to bring the car and the paperwork to my door, saving me a 3+ hour round trip! (I can't rate the facilities, because I never even had to go there!)
The next day the car arrived at my house with the salesman and paperwork. The salesman, Eric, was friendly, amiable and super helpful. He walked us through the paperwork quickly, didn't try to pitch us extended warranties, undercoats or any other gimmicky "extras." Then he walked us through a few interesting features on the car. He shook my hand and let me know if there was anything I needed or didn't feel good about with the car to call him personally. The guy was the absolute opposite of every stereotype out there of salespeople. He was outstanding.
My overall experience of Classic Toyota was quite simply the BEST purchasing experience I have ever had, bar none. Whether it was houses, guitars, appliances, cars, you name it, this experience was the very top of them all. I absolutely recommend Classic. I know they will get my very first call when I buy my next car. And I will be shocked if I ever buy from anyone else again. Thanks Classic!!

A good performing car

I'm getting excellent fuel mileage averaging 57 MPG in the summer and 52 in the winter. My only complaint is the interior space. We feel a shortage of legroom in the front and rear. Entering and exiting the vehicle is difficult.
Was very happy with the service with Mike Lentine. Took so much time with
me to make sure I understood about the car and what went with it.

Great car all around and performance when needed

Great car I purchased the first batch that came out back in August of 2017 manufactured at the Kentucky plant. It performs great and is a huge jump from the Scion tC 2012 I had before. With that no matter how conservative I drove I would get 24 mpg, with 2018 SE CamHy and replaceing of K&N engine air filter (replaced cabin also), I'm getting around 50mpg average on most trips on Eco setting.
Never really need to use the Sport mode, but it's nice to have the power when needed available at a buttons push. Also changed the stock OEM Hankook tires to Continental PureContact LS, and the car is now perfect. Much better handling and grip and fuel economy with the new Contis.
The safety features of a luxury car and at a reasonable price. Currently gas prices are going up so I'm glad I invested in this rather than a gas guzzling trendy SUV or CUV, especially when most people don't even use all that extra space. Can't go wrong with this vehicle.

Easy easy EASY way to buy a car!

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. Mechanic said to me, "This car is perfect, like new." Just what I wanted to hear. Thanks Carvana! I am telling everyone I know about you guys. Good to work with you! Janet - 2017 Nissan Pathfinder

Selling to Carvana: super easy and no-hassle!

This is a review of my SELLING experience to Carvana. I listed my car on Craigslist and was approached by an outsider buyer named Jan. She introduced me to Carvana, which I never heard of before, and it's process. She was very helpful and walked me through the process. The first deciding factor for selling to them was that they offered me the best price (vs. CarMax, Auto Nation, Trur Car). Then I realized the process was super streamlined. All I had to do was upload my documents and, after approval, schedule an appointment for the pickup of my car. Carvana sent a truck to COME TO ME to pick up the car. The driver (Lauren?) was very courteous and pleasant to work with, too. The pickup process, which included a one-mile test drive, took no longer than 20-30 minutes. Immediately after loading my car to their truck, I was handed the check, which I immediately deposited without any issues. My selling experience from being contacted by buyer to getting the check took just 10 days! (Would've been even faster if I was more timely with uploading my docs.) I'd highly recommend Carvana for selling your cars!

I researched hybrid cars for 2 years before deciding to purchase a 2018 Toyota Camry Hybrid LE. It's a wonderful car! It's quiet, very comfortable and extremely affordable. My wife and I drove it from Chicago to LA and back this summer. We averaged 55 mpg on this 6,000 mile trip. I have owned 4 Toyotas now and this 2018 Camry Hybrid is a gem!! 5 Star Plus!!!
I ordered a new 2019 Ascent from Brad Lunar of Ganley Subaru in Wickliffe back in February 2018 (the first week Subaru was taking orders). Subaru started making deliveries in June and I received the 3rd Ascent received by Ganley in Wickliffe. Brad and Mike Kaminski kept me informed throughout the process and while they weren't offering any deals on the Ascent due to the high demand and limited production, they did work with me on the trade of my 2016 Outback. I've bought a lot of cars in my life and while the process is always a little painful, dealing with the guys at Ganley Wickliffe is relatively pain-free. The 2019 Ascent is the 2nd Subaru, I've purchased from Ganley Wickliffe and the 6th Subaru that I've owned in my lifetime. I love the car and its a good group of people at Ganley Wickliffe. They are low pressure and well informed.

In Montana, we have to drive long miles, in all conditions. This car has met all our transportation needs very well. This car rides and drives like a much larger car!
Amazing experience for my second purchase at Bedford Toyota. I have known the Sales Manger Frank for many years! He is honest and quite frankly THE BEST in the industry! I also had the pleasure of working with Nick T. (Sales). He knows his product, isn’t pushy, and was most helpful start to finish! Like I said this is my second purchase with Bedford Toyota and highly recommend them and their staff to meet your vehicle needs. They go above and beyond for their customers. You can buy here feeling safe in the knowledge that you made a good decision! You won’t regret it!

My 2011 Prius was making a noise, a grinding sound. Turns out to be rear wheel bearings, both the right and left. I appreciate the same day service; I called on Tuesday at 8:00 am and got the car in by 2:30, and a call from Scott in the service area. This is a pricey fix, but Scott did a nice job letting me know this was an $1,100 fix. He ordered the part by 4:00pm on May 29, and the car was fixed by 2:00 pm on May 30th. The bill came to $1068...nice to have a bad surprise! Thank you very much for fixing my daughter's car so quickly. I also appreciate the advise that the car is in "good shape" so worth making this fix on a vehicle with 136,000 miles. That was also helpful. Thank you.
I came looking for a car in my price range. The salesman found several cars in the type I was looking for. We found a great car with a good price, and I felt comfortable the entire time. Buying a car can be really stressful but I never felt pressured or stressed. I was treated fairly and the process was rather quick and painless. I'm really happy with my purchase and overall experience
Although I did not make a purchase Mark was very kind and helpful

I had already researched hybrid vehicles and have owned two so I already had picked out this v eff hickey for a rest drive. Both my previous hybrid cars, a civic and a Prius, have/had smaller engines, so the added power of a larger engine felt nice. Very roomy and comfortable.
