I have always wanted a Toyota. Their reputation is outstanding, as everyone knows. I finally got to purchase a 2020 Corolla (I called it my Covid baby) in July of 2021. Well…at the end of September in 2023 I got into a collision with a SEMI TRUCK going about 65-70 mph. Maybe it was pure luck or maybe it was Toyota. Either way, the car did get totaled but I was safe inside and as the headline says- I got another one! Besides possibly saving my life, it’s comfy, cozy and cute 😁😁 get a Toyota- you deserve it!

The salesman, Mr. Hernandez, was extremely friendly, patience, and very knowledgeable of the Kona. He explained the Kona's feature which I didn't discovered or remembered from our exhaustive research of the vehicle. He explained how to use these features before and during the test drive. Mr. Hernandez did more than selling the vehicle to us. He sold Koons. They should be proud to have such a salesman on their staff, kudo. It's a team effort at Koons, the salesman, sales manager, and the financing manager. We didn't finance, but the paperwork was handled by the financed manager. It's all digital and we were given a flash drive with images of the signed documents. It's our first time buying from Koons. We started out with our long time Hyundai dealer from whom we had bought new vehicle previously. We made an offer which they accepted, then they said, "we made a mistake in MD vs VA sales tax." We are from MD buying from a VA dealership. Fair enough, it was an honest assumption mistake, but they didn't come back with an updated price. We had no time to waste, so we went to Koons. We could have financed and then paid it off after a few payments to take advantage of the HMF $1,500.00 incentive, but the time and effort weren't worth it. We paid cash.

I purchased a 2020 Corolla in 2022. Paid $20500 for it. I love the car. Nothing fancy but for the money I expect to keep it for quite a few years. Several of my friends who are mechanics recommended the Corolla for it's low maintenance and realibility

the 2020crlla was not a goood car becuase it is way smalller and rbaly the msallest ear of the corllla. I do not like the way it si made int erms of the interior or the extrior. both things wer ebad and even the lights were ugly. I did not like the girlll. the grilll was very ug;y and the hwole shape of the car is not goood at all. but it is way better than the rvaf at least which is a goood thing. but i don't like the new ones. I would rather get the older ones.

I drove over 4 hours to buy my Honda Civic. I was dealing with Mr. Logan. I had a really great experience. They had the car ready for me. They even ordered me jerk chicken and beer. They had the best deal in the nation for a good quality used car I was car shopping for over a year. It was exceptional customer service. We purchased our new Dodge Durango from Koons Tysons CDJR in April. The Sales Manager, Tony Screnci, was instrumental in coordinating the sale of this vehicle. He was very responsive and transparent when answering all of our questions via email and made the sales process go smoothly. He even ensured all paperwork was in order prior to our visiting the dealership. Marc Tranen was our Product Specialist. He, too, was excellent in responding to our emails and furnished information in a timely manner. Unlike sales staff at other dealerships, he never pressured us into making a decision. On the day we signed the contract, he checked with staff throughout the process to see how things were progressing and kept us informed. He spent time demonstrating all the electronic features of the vehicle and even synced our phones in the car's system. He was very easy to communicate with and made us feel comfortable. He gave us his business card and encouraged us to contact him if we had further questions. This is a great dealership and we would defintely consider buying another vehicle from them!!
