Used 2024 Toyota Corolla sedans for sale near Heath, TX

I called on the Pre-Owned vehicle I was interested in and dealt with Presley Wickham, the salesperson and Scott Miller, the General Sales Manager. I explained I was very interested in the truck but did not feel comfortable leaving my house as I have recently had surgery. Long story short, they completed EVERY aspect of my deal online and over the phone and email. Presley showed up to my house in a mask and gloves and we did business on the tailgate of the truck by signing the paperwork. The truck was immaculate on the inside and I can tell it had been totally sanitized. I cannot stress to this dealership my gratitude of taking such good care of me and being so mindful of being careful during COVID-19. It is a Corolla so don't expect a Lexus. Many nice features like keyless operation, auto headlights and parking brake. Human Factors design is terrible. The center display has a lot of good information, but in font so small it is distracting to try and read it while driving. When you engage cruise control, a warning in small print legalese appears for several seconds, blanking out your speed and telling you not to take your eyes off the road. Of course if you want to read the warning, you cannot see the road. Other feature that is annoying is the assumption that if anything like a coat or a book are on the back seat, you must have left a small child in the car so it beeps repeatedly when you lock the car and then sends you a text that there is something in the back seat. Oil is 0W-8 so don't expect to do your own oil change as it is not generally available in stores. The ride is comfortable for an economy car and it is reasonably quiet. If you love AndroidAuto, you will like the interface, if you don't like it, well, Toyota does not give you any other option that is easy to use. There are 2 cupholders, a small glovebox, and a very small center console compartment. No other storage. No place for a small box of Kleenex, no place to store sunglasses.

The basic Corolla is a terrific value. The 169 hp non hybrid offers plenty of power and 41 mpg highway. Narrow car fits in my old single car garage. Standard features aplenty satisfy my needs. Safety features a plus. Sportier performance than Car and Driver review gives it credit for. I suggest this lowest price Toyota model is a diamond in the rough. A lot of fun for a modest price.

I purchased a used 2024 mustang from this dealership in Dallas. I live in Houston. The whole process was easy, and everyone I spoke to was friendly and professional. Since I was so far away, I sent someone to test drive. The car was great. No problems. They were up front with the car originating as a fleet car (which isn’t necessarily a bad thing). Phillip took care of me, as he always does! He’s my favorite advisor and he got me in and out fairly quickly. I had an appointment at 8:15am. I showed up an hour ahead and Phillip told me he would try to get me out within an hour and a half of my appointment time but I was out no later than 8:40am

I continue to get my car serviced at Toyota because of the customer service Joel Caspers provides. He's friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The work is always great. If there is an issue he will make sure its taken care of in a timely manner.

I brought a battery purchased a year ago, 2024, that has 84 months of warranty and asked to be tested and if not working assess probation and replaced. Toyota employee asked me to provide proof of purchase. I did not have receipt from a year ago. I asked him to check in his system using car history by VIN. He said each Toyota dealer is different. I did not think the issue was name of the dealer rather the centralised Toyota dealer system dealers use. I mentioned this battery was used just one year with 6 more years to go. He replied he doesn’t care whether purchased a year or many years ago. All they need was proof of purchase. How many people keep receipts for years? If something of big value was purchased, it will be kept as long as needed. Gentleman was not willing to check in Toyotas’ Sysem. I did not appreciate that type of poor customer service. I finally asked him how good/bad my battery was. He told me to take Toyota’s battery to Oreily or Auto Zone and get it checked. Another disappointing comment. Toyota should find constructive solution for its products and parts to its customers. Gentleman should not redirect customer concern to other business like Oreily or Autozone Hopefully, this type of poor customer service will be properly addressed and soon corrected.
