I have been coming to Folsom Lake Toyota service for a number of years, and have been very satisfied with the level of service and customer support. The Service Advisors are all helpful, but by far, my favorite has been Brandon Fisher who always goes the extra mile to keep me informed and communicate in a timely manner. There is a very large, open comfortable common waiting area with a TV and a smaller enclosed quiet area with a table and chairs.

Great experience! Ben Sullivan (internet sales) was a true gentleman and sales professional. Even the floor staff was courteous and attentive! I hope to always do business with Ben and Folsom Lake Toyota.

The brake actuator went out on my 2014 Prius and I reached out to six dealerships and on-line sources only to learn the part was on back order with no idea when it would be available. Susanna, Lew and Carl in the parts department knocked themselves out to find it and in a matter of days obtained it. They are now my "Go to Team" for doing what it takes to get the job done. Before I came to Roseville Toyota, I knew exactly which car I wanted: a 2022 Prius Prime LE in Blue Magnetism, and I was not willing to compromise on the color. After searching through all my local dealerships in Southern California, I was finally able to find one in transit to Roseville, abour 430 miles north of me. I worked with Ali Goibnazarov during the week leading up to the vehicle's arrival and my subsequent purchase. Fortunately for me, Roseville does not take deposits and sells its vehicles on a first come, first served basis, or I never would have had the opportunity to buy my car. Ali was a dream to work with. He went above and beyond to keep me informed about the status of the vehicle and when it would be expected to arrive on the lot. He was extremely responsive to my questions and responded promptly in all communications.
