I have always wanted a Toyota. Their reputation is outstanding, as everyone knows. I finally got to purchase a 2020 Corolla (I called it my Covid baby) in July of 2021. Well…at the end of September in 2023 I got into a collision with a SEMI TRUCK going about 65-70 mph. Maybe it was pure luck or maybe it was Toyota. Either way, the car did get totaled but I was safe inside and as the headline says- I got another one! Besides possibly saving my life, it’s comfy, cozy and cute 😁😁 get a Toyota- you deserve it!

On the 16th of Feb i was in an accident in my 17 corolla xse. A car was lane hopping and was trying to get around traffic and no matter which way he act he was being stopped from getting around other cars. On his last lane switch he side swiped my passenger wheel well and made me slide into the Steele post barrier. This car handled very well i wish i could post photos but for how this car handled in this accident or being smashed on both sides this car handled perfectly. Thank you for making this a safe car

I did not know what to expect when arriving at Folsom Lake Toyota, but I was pleasantly surprised by the outcome. I was treated with genuine care, interest, consideration and professionalism. They really went above and beyond to make the new car purchase easy and stress free. This is what buying a car should be. I met with Chris Fabiani first, who was great, very informative, professional and relatable nice guy. He was honest and helpful. I decided to think about the decision for a couple of days, and was not treated with haste or pushy salesman tactics. I came back and met with Skyler, the Manager and then Gerald Remeiro, the Assistant Sale Manager. Skyler stepped in and helped a lot with the initial process, and Gerald took it from there. We drove the vehicle to my wife so she could see it, which was really nice. We had great conversation on the drive and I felt that the Team at Folsom Lake Toyota truly displayed passion for their profession, which is something hard to find these days. I was not given any incentive to write this review, but I respect people who have a passion for their craft, which was displayed from start to finish in my experience. Simply their knowledge, professionalism and genuine courtesy is hard to find in a sales team. This experience far exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Folsom Lake Toyota to anyone interested in buying a Toyota. It was hands down the best new car purchasing experience I have ever had.

I've owned several Corolla's before, and the 2023 XSE is the best one yet. The fit and finish of the exterior, and the design and materials of the interior are all high quality for a car in this price range. The overall drivability is excellent, and feels like a car that's much more expensive. I'm still not really a fan of the CVT transmission. When you go to accelerate quickly, the car seems to be sliding in between gears and never actually chooses one. But after reading the owners manual and learning to shift the gears manually, it allows the cars performance to really shine through. It has 10 gears in the Manual Mode, and it's actually pretty fun to shift with either the up & down shift paddles on the side of the steering wheel, or pushing the gear-select lever one at a time. Anyway - it was the only driving issue I had, and Toyota already had a solution. Overall, this new Corolla is the best value car I've ever owned.

I recently had an excellent car-buying experience at EchoPark with Austin when purchasing my 2022 Civic Sport. He was laid-back, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on making the process easy and stress-free. From start to finish, he walked me through everything, answering all my questions without any pressure or upselling tactics. It felt more like a conversation than a sales pitch, which made the entire experience enjoyable. Austin clearly knew his stuff and was patient with me as I made my decision.

I have only had this car for 1 month but so far it runs well. My only issue, so far, is the front bumper and black grill. The bumper came loose ( I bought used) and now, the black grill has come loose... the hood seems to be tighter on one side than the other but works fine... just is not even...carfax said no wreck though. The exterior of cars these days seem cheap and flimsy. I never had that problem with my Honda CRV. I cannot tell you how many cars I see on the road with loose bumpers.

Before I came to Roseville Toyota, I knew exactly which car I wanted: a 2022 Prius Prime LE in Blue Magnetism, and I was not willing to compromise on the color. After searching through all my local dealerships in Southern California, I was finally able to find one in transit to Roseville, abour 430 miles north of me. I worked with Ali Goibnazarov during the week leading up to the vehicle's arrival and my subsequent purchase. Fortunately for me, Roseville does not take deposits and sells its vehicles on a first come, first served basis, or I never would have had the opportunity to buy my car. Ali was a dream to work with. He went above and beyond to keep me informed about the status of the vehicle and when it would be expected to arrive on the lot. He was extremely responsive to my questions and responded promptly in all communications. Ali also was mindful of the distance I traveled for my visit and did everything he could to give me an opportunity to buy the car within the restraints of their no holding vehicles or deposits policy. I just love my Toyota Corolla. It drives excellent and it's not a gas guzzler, I have to pay very little for gas ⛽ and it goes very far on such little gas. It's a very attractive 🚗 car and it's worth the money 💰 that I have to pay each month. I just love 💕 the car 🚗 and I wouldn't trade it in for anything else.
